They are close to finished with the remodel of the older home my wife grew up in and I have been very pleased with how it's shaping up. They've transformed a badly dated and dim old house into a bright, open, inviting place that will be great for family gatherings. They have gone above and beyond in helping us find ways to stretch our limited funds and have been very good at listening to suggestions as well as giving them. They obviously know what they're doing and are very knowledgeable with regard to finishes, fixtures, lighting, and style. All while being sticklers that the various codes are being complied with. I Highly recommend them.

Over the past months, we have watched Peters Design Build transform a 1950s home with unique…read morearchitecture from a veritable haunted house into a place that feels modern, open, and clean. Not only that but they designed creative solutions for correcting major structural and seismic deficiencies, as well as addressing gnarly electrical and plumbing issues - but were able to do so without the total tear-down we had feared. I manage a large tech manufacturing team, and have enough technical and process knowledge to appreciate the complexity of the problems this house presented, and the elegance of the solutions. I think before and after photos only go so far (although they look great!) in telling the story. More importantly, PDB is doing high quality work that will stand the test of time, and doing it efficiently and wisely. Great experience.

I'm lost when it comes to construction projects and Dave and his team were able to help me understand the various options for remediation available to me and followed up with documentation to help me evaluate and make a decision. Great team there with Dave and would definitely recommend the crew for any construction projects you have in mind!

She offered to discuss the issues and have workers come out to make things right. By this time, but I had encountered the issues mentioned in the first review addendum. I accepted the reimbursement. I still regret hiring S&I to work on my property. I recommend you do you extra due diligence before hiring them. I don't trust their high-star rating.

Initially this seemed like a good experience. The company is responsive and is willing to give…read morerapid estimates (and revisions to those estimates). The work was done quickly, and we thought to our satisfaction. Communication between myself and the team doing the work (via the project manager) wasn't seamless, so there were a few issues there. Some of that was on me, though - I requested a couple of changes that weren't on the original scope of work and Joseph agreed to them, which was lovely, and that information was a bit unclear due to the last-minute changes. That said, while I was initially understanding of the errors they made (there were several) because the company was responsive and made corrections, this past week I discovered an error that was significant (and it's far too late to really be willing to accept a correction - I don't want my yard torn up again at this point). Part of my yard design was "planting areas" where I would install my own plants, as this company does not do that. They were laid out using bender board, and were supposed to contain soil (so that plants could be installed). These were covered with bark, like the rest of the yard, but with drip irrigation for the eventual plants. When I saw the bark going in, I asked the crew about the soil/planting area, and was told, "Yeah, it's okay, we're doing it." (There was a language barrier between myself and the crew doing the work.) This past weekend, I went to install plants I had purchased (as the weather has finally cooled), and discovered that the "planting areas" were no different under the bark than the rest of the yard - there was no soil, just the bark and the weed barrier. To be able to plant anything, I needed to cut through and remove some of the weed barrier, then install soil myself. This error is not small - it's completely different from what was contracted and agreed upon. The project manager should have checked that things were done as specified, and he did not. It should not be expected that a homeowner will dig under mulch to ensure that the expected soil is present, any more than a homeowner should watch to make sure drywall is correctly installed. As a result, I cannot recommend this company.

We reached out to Antormen (David) for the crack in the front of our home. Pros: Good Communication, photos of the entire process, handled inspections and permit process, professional crew, David was super understanding when we asked to pause the project for a couple weeks, and the best part pricing. No mark up on materials, and they were the most competitive quote we got out of 3 quotes. Cons: A lot of dust/debris, I know if I would have asked they would have done another pass at clean up and a few rocks were damaged in the demo which they did help fix. We plan on working with them again on future projects.

David was an easy choice following the initial consultation. He came prepared and put the estimate together quickly. Their office took care of all the permitting and helped us connect with a designer who helped us source our desired materials. We are currently already on our second bathroom project with David, and again the process is flowing on schedule. Highly recommend David to anyone looking for a contractor they can rely on.

So happy we found Edri Construction to do a few major exterior repairs on our house. I'd met with…read moretwo other companies prior to contacting Edri--one declined the job, and another ghosted me. I left either a voicemail or a message on Edri's website (can't remember) and they called me back the same day and our Project Manager, Isaac, came out soon thereafter to check things out and start the estimate process. Isaac gave me the estimate exactly when he said they would, and at this point I had a feeling we would be in good hands because the communication and follow-up were all on point. Our house needed new fascia and soffits and a new balcony cap, and after seeing a few houses with natural wood soffits, I wanted to change the plan from matching the existing painted soffits. This was no problem for Edri and they helped select a beautiful cedar wood and brought the vision to life. The work went pretty much as planned with some minor delays for expected things--weather, etc. No nightmares where the work gets behind and you have no idea when it will be done. Communication was so great and everyone who worked on our house was professional and friendly. They even arranged to take their lunch breaks when our kid had her nap. Isaac would come out at the end of major milestones to inspect the work with me and make sure I was happy. Minor issues I found were addressed with no hassle. We were so happy working with Isaac and the crew that we asked them if they could add on several additional projects, which they happily did. The quality of the work is very good, and we have gotten compliments from many neighbors. I could not be happier with how it turned out myself. Thank you, Isaac and crew!

I would consider this a challenging project as we had limited space to work with and wanted to build in more counter/cabinet space while also adding in a dishwasher and replacing other appliances. This required new electrical and plumbing. The team was unfazed by the scope and was ready to start following week. From the outset, the process was highly organized making decisions simple and hands-off as possible for us. They immediately sought out all required permits while keeping us informed on the important details only and handling all the permitting minutia themselves. David and his team completed every aspect of the job with pride and precision. The team were true masters in their trades and completed all parts of the job from plumbing electrical drywall appliance installation tiling - everything from start to finish. They were also friendly and took extreme care to protect all common areas. The kitchen came out great with any instance where we had a follow up adjustment, they always took the time to fix it until we were happy. Communication was outstanding. On top of everything else, each interaction with this company was an absolute pleasure. Everyone who worked on our kitchen obviously took tremendous pride in their work from demolition to completion. We Would highly recommend Edri Constucion for a top-notch kitchen remodel.
