Had my roof replaced recently and worked with project manager Vladi. From the start, communication was solid - he always picked up or called back quick, which isn't always the case with contractors. It's always tricky finding the right contractor but in this case Green Group made it easy. Once we contacted them for some roof work, Roy Mol, our dedicated project manager showed up the very next day to review what was needed and provided a quite immediately. Most other contractors we reached out to never actually got back to us which leads me to the second highlight about Green Group. The level of communication provided by Roy and Ailer was excellent. They were always in touch about the status of the project, on-site to inspect the work, and provided updates consistently with a level of white glove service you don't typically see. We had a great experience building our second story home office addition with Green Group Remodeling. We met with numerous contractors and received comparable quotes. We ultimately decided on Green Group because of our project manager, Ben. We wanted to work with someone who is responsive and who we can trust. From the first time we met Ben, he had a very open personality, listened to us, and was very helpful. He didn't try to upsell us, we never felt pressured, and he was more than willing to share his network of professionals whom he trusted, to help us through the planning and permitting process. He did this on our very first meeting without knowing whether or not we will be his client. None of the other contractors we met with were willing or had any recommendations to provide. Throughout the building process, Ben made sure everything went according to plan and budget. Every time we spoke, he always asked if there is anything we need, what he can bring, or how he can help. We had a few hiccups but Ben took care of it by working directly with our structural engineer and architect - who was difficult to get a hold of. There were also a couple of times when we weren't happy with the way something was done but Ben fixed it as soon as we made him aware. We finished the project on budget and on time. Going through a remodeling/addition process (especially one that lasted 5 months) while still living in the house with kids, is stressful. Working with someone who is responsive and whom you trust makes the experience much easier. Just had my out master bathroom and closets completely redone. As you can see in the pictures, the end result was amazing!
