The tamago was perfect, perfectly cooked (beautiful yellow), and that little bit of sweetness. Service is fine. It was pretty quiet for a Thursday lunch. Seating is plentiful and comfortable. I'll probably try their sashimi bento (that comes with tempura) next time, or pick and choose certain fish for sashimi. Fun fact, this place has a changing station! I've been taking the baby with me, and it's nice to have this comfort.

The restaurant had just opened when I walked in so I think I may have been the first customer. I picked a table & a young lady came over to give me the menu. I ordered two rolls. A dynamite roll & red dragon roll. Let me tell you these rolls are huge! I couldn't finish it because it was so big. The taste was great. Service was also very good. The atmosphere here is laid back & friendly. That's exactly the kind of vibe I like. While I was there some people came in to order take out. I hope this place is busy enough to stay in business because I really like this place. I think this the owners or people who work here are good people. They have always been so nice to me. Their washrooms are always clean too. I hope they stay open for years to come. I'm going to keep eating here!

I did ask for no herring or butter fish, and they didn't give me any which is super nice of them. I also asked for more soy sauce and wasabi and they did not hesitate to give me more either! Tomo recently renovated the entire restaurant, giving it a more modern and stylish look. The prices seem to have stayed the same, but they no longer provide complimentary crunchy noodle soup or orange slices after the meal. We've been ordering their Chef's Choice Party Tray for years. Recently, they introduced an even more premium option above that. It's a bit too expensive for us, so this time we ordered from their seasonal Summerlicious menu instead. Every dish had interesting flavors and was well worth trying. The service is always friendly and consistent. We'll definitely continue coming back to try more of their menu.
