Very disappointing experience. I came here on a date, and we sat at a table right in the center of…read morethe dining room for about 30 minutes without being acknowledged or waited on at all. What made it even more frustrating was that they weren't particularly busy at the time. We watched people who came in after us get waited on while we continued sitting there. I tried three separate times to get one of the younger waitresses' attention, but not a single person acknowledged us or even looked our direction. Eventually, after half an hour of being completely ignored, we got up and left. As we were walking out, the owner actually thanked us for coming in, apparently without realizing that we had just spent 30 minutes sitting in his dining room without receiving any service whatsoever. A family member later asked about what happened because I had told him I wouldn't be going back. The owner and the older waitress reviewed the footage and confirmed that we had, in fact, been sitting there for approximately 30 minutes without being served. The owner's explanation was that he thought we had already been waited on and had already eaten. That explanation honestly makes very little sense to me considering there was never any food, drinks, dishes, or anything else brought to our table. The older waitress initially apologized for what happened, but then proceeded to have what my family member described as a nasty attitude toward him for the remainder of his visit, and that attitude apparently continued when he returned another time. As far as the food itself, from my previous experiences here, I've found the offerings repetitive. It seems like much of the same food over and over without much variety or anything really changing. I understand restaurants make mistakes and tables occasionally get overlooked. But they weren't slammed, we were sitting in the middle of the dining room, I repeatedly tried to get someone's attention, customers who arrived after us were being served, and we were still ignored for 30 minutes. The fact that they later reviewed the footage and confirmed how long we had been sitting there only makes the experience more unbelievable to me. One star. I won't be returning.
Great decor!

I ordered a margarita nothing too fancy but still really good. Menu was simple with burgers, wraps, quesadillas and a kiddos menu. A typical bar menu. Except Ryan's Pier was a total hit, and our new lunch time outing! Everything was really good! We ordered the kids cheese quesadilla, chicken wrap with onion petals and some homemade crab cakes. I have had zero complaints...until this past month. Now the service is still rather decent, but it is not what I am used to. Our usual waitress was a joy to be around. She may have not known our names but she did know us. Yet we have not seen her in well over a month. She may have retired, or simply found another job, but we truly miss her so much. A couple weeks before last Christmas I watched her work her proverbial ass off because she was the only waitress/bartender on staff but she did not miss a beat, and we have always tipped her very well. But lately, the wait staff has left a little something to be desired. This past Thursday we went there for supper and while the service was somewhat decent, it was lacking. Not enough attention was paid to the tables and I would like to say the place was busy but there were maybe 8 full tables, and 5 guys sitting at the bar, maybe kinda busy but I have seen it FAR busier and I had EXCELLENT service on those nights. Never had to wait for a drink, and never had to re ask for my side of ranch for my fries. Don't get me wrong, the service is still decent, but damn, I do miss our regular waitress.

On weekends they have crazy cheap steak, fish fry, and prime rib specials. You have to put up with the country music channel on the tv...(but on the flip side they have free wifi, so don't bitch).
