As we arrived, we were greeted warmly by the staff members and were told that if we had any questions then they would be more than happy to assist. They also offered treats for our fur babies which is always a bonus! The store was neatly organized with plenty of walking space for owners and their pets to roam around. We came specifically for some birthday hats and accessories and were pleased to find it close to the entrance. As we were trying different hats, one of the employees Arrow offered to take some pictures of our birthday girl and told us that they offered a birthday goodie bag. We were delighted to hear this as who doesn't want to spoil their precious puppy on their special day? It took only a few minutes for them to get us a bag and Arrow also mentioned that we get 25% off treats, toys and food that could be used with the same year. What a steal! We decided to get them some hides (our dog picked them out for his sister and himself) and dog food. We came in for a birthday hat but left happily with much more. The genuine care for their customers and pets was very clear. From friendly and professional customer service, all types of products, and one of those neat water dispensers for dogs and cats was fantastic! We will be back!

She was charming, transparent, and we truly enjoyed her energy and approach. She also shared that the Kirkland puppy play had just restarted and they're still trying to spread the word. We reserved again for this Saturday and I called ahead, asking the store manager (Ted) to please have Diane call me if our puppy ends up being the only one again, as that defeats the purpose of puppy play and socialization. Unfortunately, Ted was not particularly accommodating or customer-oriented. He stated she likely wouldn't call because she teaches classes all morning. When I explained that Diane had almost done so the previous week, his response was, "It's free!!" -- which felt dismissive. While it may be complimentary, our time still has value, and the goal is structured social interaction with other puppies. After some back-and-forth, he did take my number to relay the message, though it felt reluctant. We understand puppy play can serve as an introduction to training services -- and we are genuinely considering signing up. We really like Diane's approach. However, customer experience matters, and interactions like this do influence our decision about where to invest in training.

I had picked up my stuff and I asked where the tag making machine is and the associate who was casually just chit chatting with another careless associate said I can't let you use it because it is located in the dog training area and today we are training dogs and we do this 2 times a week! So they crate up the area and the machine is located in there 2 times a week 2 full days not usable! What a customer service and what a way to lose new customers !!! I've been searching for a reliable grooming service for a while so I was really glad to find a…read moregroomer with a storefront instead of mobile services (I had a bad experience with mobile before). From the moment we arrived, the groomer came out to greet both my dog and me. They took the time to listen carefully to what I wanted, especially when it came to specific areas for trimming. The full grooming service was completed in about an hour and a half. My dog looks sharp with his new haircut. I also really appreciated that the groomer give me updates of the session. Overall, a great experience that I'll definitely be coming back for the next grooming service.

One is a senior, and one is a puppy. They did great with both and handled both being afraid of the dryer so well and didn't force it. Katelyn does such a great job, and she really listens to what you want, and she has your dog smelling so good. Kayleen did such a great job with my older dog and has the patience of a saint. I highly recommend both ladies. Theresa and Jessica up front were very knowledgeable and helpful. I will only be taking my fur kids here from now on.

After I switched from Royal Canin and started feeding them JFFD Balanced Remedy diet and salmon bark/chicken bark/venison jerky, they seemed to reverse age. Their eyes became clear. They were not urinating in their sleep. One of them had a limp that went away after switching to JFFD. More importantly, the help at the Redmond Pantry has EXTREMELY knowledgeable, kind, friendly and helpful employees. I feel so confident in their recommendations. I travel several times a month for business and needed to find consistent, dependable, affordable and of course loving, clean, professional care for my baby bully. Katherine was so great in explaining all of her services, and making me feel like she was the true doggie expert that she is. My nerves were calmed and I felt much more at ease being able to travel for work without worrying about Rocco. She walked me through her daily routine, and schedule and made sure to note any special diet, exercise restrictions or special needs of Rocco when we had our first stay. Rocco just loves Mike - I think they have a special bond since he is so happy to be dropped off there without a care in the world that I'm heading back out of town. Not only do they truly love my dog, but they take great care of them with daily walks, lots of love and attention and making sure all of his special needs are being met. Bulldogs are a bit high maintenance, with allergies, and sking/breathing problems that I really wanted to find someone that listened to my special instructions, and gave me frequent updates while I was traveling how my baby was doing. Katherine even went above and beyond and picked up a harness for Rocco so that he could enjoy walks without struggling with a standard collar that can be uncomfortable. He just loves his harness - because now he knows when I put it on that he gets to go on a fun walk with his doggie friends!!! I can't say enough about this wonderful pet sitting service that No Worries for pets provides. I have had to ask them to watch Rocco on short notice and they are always very good about accommodating my needs as best they can. They only take a few dogs into their home at a time in order to ensure each dog gets personal time, care and attention. The doggies even get their own comfy beds, and doggies suites in their home to share. The house is very clean and doggie friendly and I don't have to worry about Rocco getting into something, or hurting himself while I'm traveling. We took our rescue puppy for boot camp and for several 'graduate programs' and she comes back from every day 'at school' with new skills and a huge smile on her little canine face.
