Even when Jennifer is unavailable, my little poofs get walked by another person from the staff and I'm always shocked at how much I like the rest of the team too (because I am very attached to Jen!!!). Besides the amazing people who walk the dogs, this company also has features that make me feel secure -- like the gps map of where the dog walkers went with my pups and a timestamp of when they started and ended. My parents were turned away immediately after arriving, and I received no phone call, email, or follow-up offering care or rescheduling. What kind of warning is that? That a long-time client who communicated in advance and asked her non-native-English-speaking family to help just ONCE? It sounds so bizarre and unnecessary --unless it was just gossiping. But gossip leaning on a discriminatory narrative? Either way, it felt unprofessional and frankly disrespectful.
