The donuts here are croissant donuts so their texture is that of a croissant. Now that I got that out of the way-- Their donuts are flaky, soooft in the center, and full of flavor. These are best eaten warm! If you do take out, pop them in the microwave for 15 seconds or so and they taste just as good as they do in the shop. Our favorites: The Glazed Donut, the Cinnamon Sugar, the Chocolate Iced. My favorite seasonal donuts are the Key Lime, Raspberry Lemon, and Maple Bacon. Tip: their donut holes are huge and sold by the piece. You can order one of each flavor or all of the same. A good move if you're wanting something smaller or you want to try more than one. They have flaky, delicious kolaches made with meat from local barbecue joint Guess BBQ. Our favorite is the Turkey and Colby Jack. They serve Intelligentsia coffee. Not sure what blend it is but it is perfect with their donuts. Their branding is on point. Fun colors and design on everything. Inside is clean and it's been pretty quiet whenever we've been there. A good place to bring your books and study for a bit.

Pictures of his kids are on the fridge, and descriptions of the menus are pasted on the counter - seemingly created by little hands. This guy cares about his food. This time - I ordered a simple bacon, egg, and cheese bagel. The bacon is perfectly crisp, and generously heaped on top of two fresh eggs you watch him cook in front of you on the grill. I love watching my food get prepared. Cooking for someone is an act of love - and I tasted it in every bite. Keep doing what you do! Your hard work is appreciated.

JW Seafood - specifically when in season, the fresh oysters are amazing! 3. Prairie's Prairies- they have quality French pastries and baked goods. We love their scones, croissants, and their puffs....oh yum! 4. Goodie Dumplings- They make them fresh on site or have frozen to take home. They have everything from veggie, chicken, beef, pork, and seafood! This are so good. It is usually a snack while we walk around and then we take some to go to add to our ramen at home. They add a lot of vendors throughout the year which is fun! They have craft items as well which we have even bought a few items from those booths as well. We've been coming to this place for a couple years. Often we forget it's here, and tonight we remembered we live this place and swung in for pozole and flautas (our favorites).... And somehow, this place has gotten EVEN BETTER than any other time we've been. The man behind the counter today, who we haven't seen here before, absolutely knocked it out of the park. He put together a chicken tinga lettuce wrap, but on naan for us that was arguably the best damn thing we've ever had out of there. The tinga was great, the salsa was great, even the freaking crema was great. Excellent. And per usual, our pozole and flautas were killer. We'll be back quite soon!
