Let me first start off by saying if i could give NEGATIVE STARS i would absolutely give them -5 stars. The dispatch is HORRIBLE. They are trained to lie to you and give you false ETA's of drivers that "are enroute to you" when no ones coming and then make you call back over and over and over saying the same thing. They cancel rides for no reason, and have serious attitude problems. The worst customer service interaction i have EVER had came when i talked to this black lady who is the supervisor / manager of the dispatch center. That lady is a monstrosity. She is a vile person who is extremely disrespectful and does everything in her power to try to make up reasons to not do her job and try to screw you out of a ride because shes a miserable person. I wish they could get zero stars. This is BY FAR the worst company I have ever been forced to use. I need transportation for my members and consistently their phone system disconnects, never understands, and never speeds anything up. Their drivers show up for like 2 minutes then cancel the ride then you'll be waiting HOURS to get a new one. This is the Fyre Fest of transportation companies. Veyo staff is exceedingly inept and lack basic customer service skills. All escalations and complaints are handled via cut and paste replies that is sent with giggles on their end. The people who get hired at Veyo were fired from other low end jobs so Veyo is more than happy to hire them. Look at all the other reviews on here: why is it that there are 20 bad reviews for every 1 good review? Be on the lookout for the rebuttal they will have from my review. Notice how similar their reply to me will be. That's cut and paste just like their other replies to the other people's reviews. Veyo excels in passing the blame and never acknowledging their mistakes. They have cancelled rides dozens of times without warning and when you question them, they will find it very funny. When you mention any inconveniences to Veyo: their attitude will be "it sure sucks to be you". If you are looking to MISS very important medical appointments like organ transplant or dialysis than please use Veyo, they will not disappoint you. 80% chance they will cancel your ride, 15% chance they will just no show without canceling and 5% chance you will actually get a ride to your medical facility. Might be a good idea to buy some life insurance before your Veyo ride so you will have a lawsuit when you're important medical transport doesn't show up and you become deceased because of it. When you do inform them of a death due to a canceled ride please know they will have a cut and paste reply like this: please file a complaint to your medical provider that the passenger kicked the bucket due to unforeseen driver scheduling. Have a nice day. That is exactly how Veyo will reply: very insensitive, highly unprofessional and deeply unconcerned. Not Military Friendly! I applied for a job as a Driver. I am Military Spouse coming with a legal Green Card, a german passport (wich is the most powerfullest passport in the world), a clean Police report from germany, a valued german Driver License and with Orders to Arizona. I told the company I have driving experience in Germany, Netherlands, Luxemburg, Belgium, France Switzerland, Austria, Prague, London, Virginia, Florida, Georgia, Ohio and Arizona. Had to ride in one with a client and he wouldn't roll up the window despite it being 40 degrees outside. He claims he's claustrophobic and has to roll his window down. I have a medical condition that is sensitive to cold and now I'm in extreme pain because he claims he's claustrophobic. I had a ride scheduled with Veyo for a medical appointment. I called them the day before to confirm that they would be picking me up. But no one ever showed, and Veyo couldn't even tell me what was going on. Then they called after the fact to say they were sending a driver. I actually had to explain to them that they had already caused me to miss my appointment and there was no longer any point sending anyone to pick me up. DUH! Another time I was treated in the ER for a chronic condition that I have. After being discharged, I was told that Veyo would send someone to take me home. Guess who NEVER showed up? My rides are consistently late. I never receive text messages regarding my rides. I have complained multiple times and contacted IT; still not fixed. Twice now I have had male drivers be rude, aggressive, and flat out yell at me. The driver claimed he called me 3 times. I showed him my call history which showed ZERO inbound calls from him. 2 major issues here on March 18th 2021 at about 115 pm I was on the i10 and sr 51 interchange with a driver merging onto the 51 north and the driver nearly got into an accident with me in the car and I have severe anxiety issues and he thought it was funny as hell he looked like he was either high or drunk from drugs or alcohol and not paying attention. Veyo is now owned by MTM another medical transplant company that has its own drivers. They bought Veyo to build their company and run Veyo into the ground! They refer to the Veyo drivers as road scum. They only give the Veyo drivers that work for MTM the good trips. Meaning you will get paid $1 per mile for only the time the customer is in the car. Average trip for Veyo driver not part of MTM is 3-5 miles. You topically will have to drive 13 or more miles to pick up customer. Do the math! A nickel a mile! And it will take you 45 minutes or more to complete the shenanigans. Five dollars an hour does not even pay for the gas forget the wear and tear on your car and money to pay bills. One star is too much. Veyo has repeatedly left my minor son attended. They picked and dropped him off at a therapy appointment on the wrong day, after hours and the office was closed. UPDATE: the service has considerably improved, the drivers are now mostly their own in cars marked Veyo, and they are on time most of the time. The cars are almost always clean and some are real nice, like today I was picked up by someone in a Tesla. However, it does still take 1-2 phone calls and making sure the person you talk to sends a message to dispatch if the ride does not show at the designated pickup time. Calling them sooner rather than later if you do not get a text with your driver's location at or before your pickup time seems to be the best way to get service. Be on the line by the 15 minute mark after your pickup time. Phone waiting time has gotten better with the automated system handling booking, but still no online booking and same-day booking is limited to urgent care.. This service has taken over transportation for my health insurance and they are decent but worse than the former vendor, ALC, not to mention a bit more dishonest. Their website brags about their technology and that they don't use "consumer ridesharing services." I presume this is done to help them differentiate themselves to win more contracts but is not true, at least in Southern California. This is how it really works: their app requires login info they can't give you and your insurance doesn't bother to, so you have to call to schedule. When you call, there is usually a wait of 3+ minutes. They then tell you that if you don't call 2 days ahead of time, they don't guarantee you a ride. ALC took trip requests same-day and when they started offering Lyft service, sometimes with only an hour's notice, which is critical for last-minute appointments. I have figured out that this is not because of a limitation in Veyo's service but rather an artificial scarcity tactic to make it seem like their rides are hand-crafted to for the needs of medically fragile patients; but in reality, the "providers" they use and give you a name and phone number of largely just call Uber or Lyft for you, which Veyo explicitly says they don't do. Not that there is anything wrong with this. I WANT to have Uber or Lyft because it's more efficient, but be honest about it and let me book rides when I need them and you can deliver them. One "provider" said they were all booked when I needed to be picked up sooner from a therapy center to be taken to urgent care because I was acutely ill, then called an Uber to pick me up 45 min. later to take me home rather than to urgent care. Veyo, working in the Arizona market as a provider for insured medical transportation, is a "middle-man" agency poorly managed and criminally owned. Based on the level of service and training demonstrated by the company's frontline staff, no quality resources (i.e. money) are being funneled back into the organization. Telephone queues have become longer each year and ever more complicated. One wonders if that's a flaw in their system or, a devious way to limit "wasteful" customer interactions. Additionally, every attempt to reach a level of management high enough to create actual and meaningful change for the individual Client is met with a long "hold" which will eventually bring the user right back to the beginning menu - and the Veyo ordeal continues. Grievances filed with my insurance company come back reporting "no trip was ordered" by Veyo as the reason I missed my regularly scheduled AUTOMATED appointment. Veyo also sends company's with wheelchair vans of very questionable service quality, I have refused transportation a few times due to van safety. Veyo apparently didn't report this event for their records. In short, Veyo should be investigated by both the state of Arizona and the Federal government for it's veiled distribution practices concerning transportation trips throughout the state, quality considerations when assigning transportation trips and a full corporate audit by the state of Arizona and Federal government. Removal this "middle-man" blight from the American health care system would greatly benefit all parties concern. Thank you for your time. read more

Yesterday my son had a urology appointment with the medical transportation being provide by Veyo. We received confirmation of the pickup time the previous Friday so we were not concerned about the transportation. In our conversation with Veyo, they told us transportation would arrive 15 minutes before to 15 minutes after the time. When our son's pickup time past, we called Veyo. We were told 15 minutes more. We were told to call back in 10 to 15 minutes. These calls went on repeatedly and still no van. Finally, they Veyo admitted they were not coming. This is a terrible way to treat some of the most of the most vulnerable among us. read more

I would like all the hours of my life back that I have spent on the phone fixing problems. An hour one day thirty minutes the next day twelve minutes the day before that. It all adds up to a very long waste of time. If I was getting paid 15 dollars an hour for the last three months veyo would owe me 1,000 dollars. Fix the problems veyo. If I cancel a trip then cancel it , please don't send a driver it's a waste of my time and theirs. Stop sending drivers an hour early!! It wakes me up and then I end up being late because it takes me thirty minutes to fix the canceled ride. Oh and yes I did file a formal complaint, I even emailed your company. Cut and paste responses. Does anyone really care? No because you get your money from the insurance so the customer doesn't matter. Your drivers are great but the call center people are the worst people I've ever dealt with in my 30 years of talking on the phone. I call and either get hung up on or someone doesn't speak English, one will send me to member services and another will call for me. Some approve to add a stop and others put you on hold for 30 minutes. You guys have made me cry more than anyone ever has over a ride and getting to my doctor. It can't be this hard. Quit trying to profit every penny and hire some decent people on the phone. If you make changes to company policy like 15 minute leeway to an hour send out a notice in the mail or even a text. Instead of changing the rules and leaving people wondering what's going on! Properly educate the people who work for you on disabled people and that it's their right to have someone help with a cain or walker and that a driver can't leave them if it takes more than 5 minutes to get out to the car. This place is just a complete disaster. First off I'm really not happy with them not sending a courteous text anymore and o tell me a driver is on their way so I am aware. Secondly when a driver does call when they arrive since I dont have their number and if we finish a call I have no way to call them back if there are problems. Case in point a few weeks ago I arrived at my doctors appointment today and realized as soon as I got out that I left my phone in the car. I had to call Veyo and had to go through the long 10 min process of almost like I was booking a ride just to get a human being. When I finally got to talk to someone I was assured that after my doctors visit they would be happy to take me to the Veyo lost and found then home. However when I called back they said this wasnt the case and now they said I have to find my own way back to the Veyo lost and found just to get my phone back. I need my bloody phone for work and yes it was my fault for forgetting it but pretty sad they can work with me when I did call them immediately after I realized this situation which wasnt more than 10 min after my drop off. Look I get drivers may be busy with other rides but something needs to be worked out when I was again prompt on getting my concern in and was lied to about what info I received. Needless to say It took them two days almost 2 1/2 to get my phone back which means I miss work because I needed my phone in order to work and I even informed them of this matter in the urgency of why it was so important. Veyo acted like they didn't care. And good luck getting service!!! you may schedule a ride but you better make sure to keep checking on it because they'll lose your appointment for a ride. I just had it happen two week later from originally the phone incident and was almost late to a doctors office visit. I can't afford time off beyond what I have. Then I'm told when they could reschedule it so I could get a ride today oh we might not have a driver. What??? You screwed up and I made the appointment two weeks before today. Then they tried to say oh because you didn't schedule any 48 hour. Now you're going to have to wait longer for a ride when I scheduled two weeks before on this trip and they lost it and can't fix their own mistakes and try to punish me for it. I heard the speech 3 times from them on the ride to the hospital and twice trying to get home. Which made a doctors visit that should've taken no more than two hours take me almost 3 1/2. Then they had to even send a Lyft driver instead of a Veyo driver because it was almost 5 o'clock and they close at five and they only did that because I screamed a riot over it. If I had it done that I wouldn't even have had a ride it all home You even have to call in for anything such as updating your rides, needing to ask any sort of question or the likes. And get ready when you do this because you're gunna have to start like you're scheduling a new ride spend 10 minutes of your time just to find all of this out and then they tell you you might not have a driver? I am disabled, and Veyo medical transport is a supposed "benefit" of my CalOptima OneCare insurance. I had an incident with a reckless and abusive Veyo driver named Emiliano in September. The driver was late as well. When he started yelling at me, I picked up my phone and told him that I was now recording. He continued to yell at me, told me to "be quiet," and more. I put the recording on YouTube as published but unlisted, and contacted my insurance company to file a grievance about the driver. I am now in receipt of a letter from my insurance company stating that "Veyo is unable to substantiate any verbal conversation that occurred in the car between you and the driver" and that Emiliano is a "great driver for Veyo." My 95 year old wheelchair bound mother was transported for a brief medical procedure yesterday After the procedure when she called for her return trip she was told no one was available to bring her back She was left stranded as they said they had no one available the rest of the late afternoon. Fortunately family members were able to get to her but this was not only very scary for her but also unsafe as no one has a wheelchair accessible vehicle. This seems so very wrong. This is happening way to frequently. On June 14, my mom had a Dr Appt that she missed because the driver was a no show. I called my mom's insurance several times who then called the transportation provider which was Veyo. They said the driver will be there in 18 minutes, then 7 minutes. In the second call, her insurance escalated the situation and said a driver will be urgently dispatched. This was at 4:45, her Appt was at 5:15. I called her Dr to report what happened and wasn't able to reach anyone. Even if the driver had shown up, it would have been to late for her Appt. Another time we waited 3 hrs for a ride back to her nursing home after her appointment. I'm going to tell the insurance company not to use Veyo any more. I tried to file a complaint 4x via their website and I kept getting a critical error message so I was unable to send it. read more

This past Thurs I had an appt downtown phx. I needed a ride there and back after my appt. Both drivers canceled me claiming they "couldn't find me". The pickup was on a street right off of 91st Ave btwn bell and union hills. Literally just a few houses down on the right. Easy. The 2nd one was from a dr office that there are constant Veyo drivers coming in and out of in downtown. Simple 7th Ave right off of Indian school up on the right. Again Easy. Easy to find on Google maps. What is really going on is I got two asshole drivers in a row (same day within 2 hrs of ea other) that were also most likely working Uber and or lyft at the same time and dropped my ride for theirs. Apparently it's become a problem with veyo drivers. Well that appt I was going to took me almost a year to secure and I would've missed it if veyo hadn't had lyft take over on the way there. Just made the appt. Just to turn around again an hour and a half later and have another driver cancel my ride. Veyo finally found me another ride. But the office had closed and I had to stand outside in 116-117 degree weather for an hour waiting for a ride that was scheduled to puck me up within ten min after my appt. I only used veyo bc the ac went out in my care in the middle of a heat wave. I'm gonna have to find another way from here on out. I'm pissed and I'm not putting up with that shit again. VEYO rein in your drivers. I don't know if you realize what they are doing by taking uber/lyft jobs over veyo is...so let me tell you. It's Classism. They're going with the more profitable job. I drove for them for 1 day. It took that long to see that it was horrible. As a veyo driver most of your trips will be no shows, all of the customers phone numbers are wrong or disconnected. You are driving around sketchy apartment complexes picking up drug addicts taking them to meth clinics. I thought I would be picking up old ladies for Dr visits.. It was ridiculous.
