Back in December, my grandpa, who has advanced Parkinson's, was in a memory care facility in Rancho Mirage, CA, and needed to be medically transported to another facility in Bakersfield. I was given the task of finding the transport service, and was having a difficult time. The companies I found either did local transport only, or long distance with a minimum that was much further than what we needed. After several failed attempts, I started another search and came across MMT. I submitted an inquiry on their website in the evening, and to my surprise, I got a response from Jack that night. He gave me a rundown of what was included in their service and a price for the trip. By the following morning, I was on the phone with Lori getting everything confirmed. My mom was able to ride with them, and she was so happy with the service and said that the team on board took excellent care of my grandpa. Situations like that are never easy, especially when you've never been there before, so my family and I are extremely grateful for MMT, and should we be in that situation again, we know who to call! The drivers had their own luggage, so when they loaded my parents luggage the van was rather cramped. The windows are covered by their logo, so it's almost impossible to see out of them. The step into the van is very high, and they do not provide a ramp. This is an expensive service, and I expected better. Again, the drivers were lovely, but the van leaves much to be desired.

The owner immediately got off the phone and called his driver. Within 5 minutes he called back and said he'd have his driver pick them up immediately. I can't thank Royal Express enough for the excellent service they provided after a long day of travel. We will definitely use Royal Express exclusively in the future.

We needed a reliable and safe transport for a family member from a hospital to the airport who…read moreneeded a walker to get around after surgery. We called QTS the same day we needed the transport and they were readily available with a van that could accomodate a stretcher, wheelchair, AND a walker. They offered us several choices of transports at different rates. The driver was courteous and professional. He met my relative at the hospital exit door and wheeled her onto the van safely while tying down the chair with safety belts. He also carried her luggage and walker onto the van as well. Got to the airport and he transported us to the airline entry door on schedule. Will repeat with QTS in the future!

I forgot to mention that she needed oxygen which he didn't have at the time, his immediate response was I will run back to the office and get a different van. They returned a short while later with a different van with O2 on board. Upon our arrival home the company that was to deliver oxygen had not arrived yet so we were in a little bind. Ken's response was we will just wait here until that tank is empty. They sat for a while, then left I presume for lunch and returned and just waited outside until the tank had run completely dry. That was absolutely above and beyond any type of service I expected! Then I got an email with the bill, expecting some sticker shock as I opened the email, but nope not these guys. They do not take Medicare but their prices were beyond reasonable and that included all of the extra time and effort they put it in. I called to ask about them and was quoted their rate. I immediately booked a date and was told they would call to confirm 2 days before my procedure. That call never came. I canceled my appointment. I'm not sure what happened but I would definitely contact another transportation company in the future.
