They come to my home and are never late. When I was in a wheelchair, they parked the van, took me inside the building to the doctor's office on the second floor and made sure I was checked in. Another time, I needed a procedure done at a hospital in Phoenix. The driver took me to the hospital, followed me inside, and found a wheelchair for me. She then took me to the registration desk.
