We walked around and saw different sizes and colors and we ended up talking to a gentleman who was shoveling some finer rocks into some buckets that he had in his SUV. He was telling us about his project at his new home and showed the ideas from his query on ChatGPT!! Wow! That gave us an idea to try and upload ideas for our space using ChatGPT when I got home. It looked fabulous, gave some design suggestions and tidied up the space even though we didn't use the exact stone nor landscaping. We were close to having our landscaping company build it. I'm really glad we brought in a specialist instead. Mark came out, measured both areas, picked the one he thought worked best, showed me the design, and asked what I wanted. I told him: tough, hard to play, something that simulates real golf. That's what we got. Letting Mark design it the way he thought was best was the right call. The customer service was incredible. The pool company had left the drain area unfinished, so Mark drove to Lowe's, picked up a drain cover, and came back to finish it himself. He even updated where the irrigation should run to make it a fun, usable four-hole green. That level of attention to detail, not just letting things slide, was consistent throughout. We also had them install artificial turf in the other area. With young kids, Mark thought about details I wouldn't have, making sure it was soft underfoot and wouldn't get too hot. He really listened. He came back a week later for a walk-through and cleaned up the edges to make sure it was exactly what we wanted. The price was very reasonable for what we got, and the end product is so much fun. The green is tricky. You have to get the pace and angle right. We absolutely love it! The crew were super polite and professional folks working through extreme heat over two days (super quick imo). They did a cool underground drainage features with our existing gutters that I'm excited to see workout when it rains next. On the way home one month or so back, there was a PRT crew working in the neighborhood and it motivated me to reach out again. They quickly replied through Yelp once I sent them a message and the estimator was here in a couple of days for an estimate and to provide guidance. He was very helpful in making the decisions we choose. We pretty much revamped our entire landscape. New Sod, removal of old sod and installation of zero scape/natural flat stones/gravel. Replanted all the beds, reworked sprinkler system and a massive trim out of existing shrubs and the sort. Not inexpensive, however they were still less expensive then another service, who suggested such things as a French drain, which really didn't make sense and came in a couple grand higher. The crew were numerous and were on time, courteous and knocked out the project in only a few days. One slight slip was the sod was not available on the last day, so we skipped a day and had the job completed the day after. It still was in the time frame they informed us on to begin with and let us know the day before the sod was to be installed. The result of their hard work will be truly noticed when the new plantings take hold. We have been fortunate with having several days of rain and cool weather. A couple of weeks in the sod has taken hold and none of the plantings have died and are all perking up from the transplanting experience. We are very happy with the results and the ease of working with PRT from start to finish.

I was a bit nervous when I saw one of them with a hedge trimmer going to town In the beds like Edward Scissorhands, but he did an amazing job and stopped to use other tools when needed. He asked me a few questions throughout the visit and was happy to trim a bit more or differently in spots I asked. They also had pulled the large weeds and sprayed everything too small to pull. They offer a monthly bed maintenance program that I'm going to seriously consider starting this spring. Here are some before and after shots. The owners, Kyle and Jenna, were very hands on and really cared about providing great services. Unlike other "mowing services", they provided comprehensive services - helping with lawn care, landscaping and irrigation services. For years my lawn looked great. It appears that the owners have either sold the business or have turned it over to different management. My lawn has suffered. I will likely have to replace the lawn because of the damage that the new management has done. Meanwhile, they have nearly doubled the price they charge. I can say one thing positive about them: they showed up.

We had an old and non functioning irrigation system that we inherited from the previous owners and rather than just ripping it up and charging us for a new one, Aaron spent hours servicing and getting it to work, and then customized it to work with the new yard layout. We also had some freak of nature downpour of rain pretty soon after the big project was complete, which washed away some of the granite and caused the patio to settle with some dips. Aaron came back and fixed it all and added in additional drainage to keep it from happening again.
