It would be remiss of me not to leave a review for "Stan the Man" from Affordable Charters!…read more From the very beginning, Stan was courteous, professional, respectful, and extremely helpful. His knowledge of Cape Cod and Martha's Vineyard was invaluable and added so much to our experience. I especially want to highlight the exceptional care he showed to a member of our group who required wheelchair assistance. Stan was attentive to her needs and was there at her beck and call, always willing to assist with patience, kindness, and respect. Most importantly, Stan is an excellent and safe driver, which is extremely important when traveling long distances with a group. We felt comfortable and secure throughout our journey. Healing for the Soul Ministries was celebrating 20 years of ministry, making this trip especially meaningful to us. Stan made such a wonderful first impression on our entire group that we will gladly request him for our future trips. I believe that speaks volumes about the quality of his service and character. We thank God for choosing "Stan the Man" to be a part of this milestone celebration and for helping to make our trip so memorable. Stan, thank you for your outstanding service. You truly lived up to the name "Stan the Man!"

Stan arrived on time and from the outset he was exemplary in appearance, behavior and professionalism. Stan showed that he cared about our experience and did everything in his power to make that possible. Getting on or off the bus was never an issue because Stan was right there to assist in disembarking. Stan continued to show his concern for one of our attendees who used a wheelchair to get around. he was always there to help her on and off the bus, what a gentleman! Stan showed his experience as a professional driver as he maneuvered the bus through the streets with care and precision. I would take a drive with him anywhere. Stan we thank you and appreciate you for making our experience along with Nancy an enjoyable one. Blessings on you!

THERE IS ANOTHER BEST BUS COMPANY WITH REVIEWS ON YELP. THAT COMPANY IS UNCLAIMED. RELY ON THESE…read moreREVIEWS. This specific review is about Best Bus PRIME. Not the standard Best Bus service. I heard about the PRIME service which is basically an upgraded bus. The bus has single seats on the right and double seats on the left. The service is advertised to have tray tables. The tray table in my single seat does not work. I want to rate this service a 3 because of the tray table not working. The seat pitch (space between seats) is larger/longer than standard buses - which is true and is nice since I'm over six feet tall. One thing that's not advertised but I did notice was shades for the window which is nice. My window had them. Some did not. As others mentioned, the wifi can be spotty. In the age of cell phones and mobile hotspots, just be prepared to use yours in case the bus wifi goes out. The complimentary water was nice - but it was not cold/chilled. Just ambient temparature water. The timeliness of arrival always depends on traffic - so most times the arrival time is after the scheduled time (especially since Best Bus advertises 4 hour trip times from DC to NYC) - I have not seen arrival times within 4 hours - it's always later (sometimes up to an hour later). It's due to traffic though, not driver skills or service. Overall I do like Best Bus PRIME. Would I take it again - probably - if the schedule works. It only runs once a day - all the other services are regular Best Bus service.

It was originally built in 1936, as a new station for the Independent Subway System line. My wife and I used this station to do a transfer between the E line (coming from JFK) to the F line (going to Mid-town manhattan). Since we were going in the same direction, we just had to get off the E line, and just wait for the next F train on the same platform. Trains were running every 3 - 6 minutes.

There are multiple entrances located in each neighborhood. It is located nearby Queens Courthouse vicinity. It sits on Queens Boulevard, a major thoroughfare. It became compliant with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) 1990 with elevators (source: https://www.mta.info/accessibility/stations). There is no mosaic tile or mosaic name tablet which is very disappointing as I always have a predilection, appreciation and enjoyment looking at these tiles for artisans skilled trade tile setter and the MTA NYC Transit history (no, I am not a transit buff nor a Big Apple history buff). This subway station contains yellow trim line with a black border and small "UNION TURNPIKE" captions below in white lettering on black tiles which is rather unappealing and boring. There are several MTA buses where straphangers are able to connect at this station. The mezzanines level is split in half which is gargantuan and wide making it a challenge for straphangers to connect to Q46 bus line that runs along Union Turnpike. This western half of the mezzanine had its token booth closed and removed, ergo totaling inconvenient. Aggravating to straphangers.
