Kind of annoyed at you Academy. First of all, the bus on the way to Atlantic City had no bathroom. Boooo. Second, you drop us off at Caesars over an hour late... because we left over an hour late. Then, you give us a slot machine voucher telling us that it can be used at Caesars and Bally's (basically any of the Total Rewards casinos).... but it ONLY works at Bally's. Laaaaaaaaame. It also seemed like nobody knew what they are doing or where the departing Academy buses would be taking off from. Now I know this next part isn't your fault... but sitting next to a guy snorting coke (or heroin?! I have no idea) on the return trip didn't really help my image of you. I think I'll try another bus line for traveling to AC.... or I'll just take the stupid expensive train and cough up the dinero. read more

I mean, it's a bus, so of course it's not going to be FREAKIN' AMAZING or anything. Got here at 8:45AM for our 9AM ride, and the lady asked if anyone else would like to take the empty 8AM bus. 8AM?? But isn't it already 8:45?? Oh well, sure! We get on board, and the passengers are annoyed at how late their bus is. The bus was about 75% full, btw. We lucked out since they left right when we got on there. During the ride, there was no wifi or bathroom, so they made a stop about halfway through for a bathroom break, and to pick up more passengers. When we got to Caesar's, we got a $25 slot voucher, which was nice. Our ride was on time, too-2 hours and 15 minutes as promised. On the way back, we got there around 20 min before departure, and they did leave on time. This time, there was a bathroom on board that was ok, but there was no hand sanitizer (all good, I had my own!). This bus was packed yet without wifi once again (what's up with the false advertising, I agree!). We were going to make a straight shot until we saw another Academy bus that broke down. And so, we picked up those passengers, who had to stand in the aisle for the rest of the 30 miles back to Port Authority. It must SUCK to be in that group...and that would make my review a 1 star. There were no reimbursements/anything offered for that plight, btw. So, it really depends on your luck. You can pay ~$20 for a roundtrip AC trip and risk breakdowns, crowded buses and delayed trips and hope for the best? read more

Is the glass half full or half empty? Bet on black or red? Best way to get to AC? probably not. You're pissed that your bus is late because it departed an hour late? That sucks. I'm not sure why they delayed your bus, but they let me onto your bus so I was able to leave early. You think the bus ride sucks? Well, it could be worse. You could be stranded on the side of the road only to have another bus come by so you can ride (whoops, I mean STAND) back to Manhattan. Overall, the price is right. I ended up winning some money from Caesars, so I'm happy. Hey, you're going to Atlantic City, why not make everything a gamble, including going there and back. They advertise wifi, but the wifi dies maybe 30 minutes into the ride and you're left with your (limited) data to get the rest of the work done. Most of the seats are permanently leaned back and the levers to raise them don't work/are stuck, so if you're in a seat with a leaned back seat in front of you, you're basically boxed out of any workspace. Cramped and uncomfortable, absolutely would not recommend. read more

Avoid this company. I had chartered a bus to transport students from the Bronx to NYC. I sent payment and needed to adjust the pick up time by 45 minutes. Left a voicemail and sent an email to my contact at the company for the earlier pick up time. That was a week prior to the event. No out of office, no reply to my email. I receive an email confirmation the day before the event with the wrong time. Emailed back immediately, no reply. Followed up with a call and was told that they didn't like my tone and would be cancelling the transport. I was distraught, but not disrespectful. If Academy Bus is going to outsource to to other bus charters, the least they can do is ensure that the bus is clean and modern. This trip was reserved about a year ago and the day trip was this past Saturday. I have no complaints about the driver, he got us on time to our destination and got us home safely. But the condition of the bus was horrible. The overhead bin looked like it had not be clean in weeks and the bathroom had a smell. I had to clean the bathroom and asked my guests to not use it unless necessary. The seats on this bus were way passed the normal wear and tear, they had masking tape on them! We saw several Academy buses at our destination in PA and those buses and drivers looked high class! If Academy is going to outsource, they should informed the client. We had gotten three quotes and went with Academy who had the middle quote, next time we will go with the highest quote as that company buses show great pride! Will not be using their services again. I wish you could give minus stars.... This bus line is by far the worst I have ever come across. Go Greyhound. They are the same price and much more reliable. Me and two friend were taking the bus to Atlantic City. We were just going for one night. We reserved seats online for 6.00pm on friday. We left work early and arrived at 5.45. The staff are utterly rude and the lines were total disorder. People pushing and shoving. After lining up and waiting for the bus, that didn't arrive until 6.15, we didn't manage to get on, as it was full. even though we had reserved seats for a specific time. We asked the staff for information, they were rude and unhelpful. They offered no explanation and then disappeared. We were then told that we could board the 7pm. so we lined up until then. Only to be told it had been canceled!! We should have got our refund then, but I had booked the hotel already and would loose my deposit. So we waited even longer, nobody providing us with reliable information! Finally the manager arrived and managed to board us on a bus that was travelling somewhere else in NJ but could drop us off on the way. We arrived at Atlantic city 3 hrs later than intended!! This is only the first part..... The journey back was 10 times more chaotic! we rushed to catch the bus leaving from AC to NYC at 2.30pm. the trip had already been cut short by our late arrival, which was annoying, but we had appointments in the city so it was even more essentially to arrive in NYC in time. The 2.30pm bus was canceled!!! then the 3.300pm was canceled!!! Then we were told to quickly run to another hotel for a 4pm pick up which was then "full". the pick up was the first stop and the bus never arrived so how could it be full? turn out that you can privately rent academy buses, so they canceled the bus to provide for the private booking, and didn't provide a replacement bus!!!!!! So far 3 buses canceled. We were then told to go to another hotel for the 5.30pm bus!! by this time we had already missed all our appointments in the city and were loosing hope in even being able to leave AC. what is to say that the 5.20pm wouldn't be canceled?! There are no representatives of academy anywhere and when i tried to phone, the staff were rude AGAIN! and could not provide any information or explanation. Also the manager was not available until Monday?! seriously?? when I asked for the staff personnel name for reference, he refused to give me it!!!! Finally the bus arrived at 5.30pm with no explanation or apology. we arrived back at NYC at 8.15pm!! Academy buses ruined what could have been an enjoyable trip. but also wasted half a day of our time (at least) I will never use them again and am now attempting to get a refund and compensation for wasted time and missed appointments! read more

Ugh. I hate to gamble, but I always find myself on this bus line because my parents live an hour from AC. I thought the fare was reasonable, especially considering the fact that you are given casino dollars. However, this "casino cash" can only be used for slot play (at most places) so you just end up loosing 15 minutes of your life. Also, the bus is usually crowded with the rudest patrons. Case in point: The woman behind me was yapping about how she hates when people recline their seats. Her friend quickly stated, "Oh I don't ask, I just push", while promptly pushing my chair into the upright position. They also insisted on eating their smelly McDonald's meals, while yelling at their children that "the stuff in Mama's juice cup isn't for little kids". I WILL NEVER RIDE AGAIN...period, I will ride only if somebody else is paying my ticket, and I'm not even sure if I want to give them that business. Please beware... I got on a bus going to Atlantic City, which was fine But going back to NYC is were the trouble happened. The bus BROKE down on the highway (On the NJ Highway). Somebody on our bus called the 911(state trooper came shortly), because our lazy bus driver didn't do anything. Our driver, did not tell us anything, two buses came in like 40 minutes, which nobody knew where they were going to, the driver touches our luggage, and is just shoving them randomly onto both buses. Unless you were watching, there was no way to know what bus you stuff was on. When we tried to ask the driver, he was nasty and seemed nervous. This was 2nd time riding with them, the 1st time was fine, but what made me write this review was two reasons 1st- Other people on the bus, saying stories how this isn't the first time this has happen, that is why they've learn to bring carry on bags, etc. 2nd- When I tried to call for my refund, I got the whole run around. Now I want my money back so I had the patience to deal with it, but the man I finally spoke to on the phone was NASTY, he disregarded our experience, and just tells me you still got to NYC that is what matters. I kept repeating my story, how we didn't know what was going on, my luggage could have ended up lost, we didn't even know if this was stopping at Port Authority because people were saying 87th. He just kept repeating and with an attitude, you got to port authority, you got to your destination PS: I sorta feared for my life, my friends and I were sitting in the back of the bus, the back was letting out smoke and making noises. I guess there's a reason it's $15. Well, $40 for the ticket - $25 in slots voucher that I turned into $25 real dollars. Make sure you buy the voucher online. The folks at Port Authority that hadn't bought in advance looked annoyed and unhappy. Us voucher people had a short wait for our real ticket and then were the first ones on the bus. The bus left a couple of minutes early and was clean. No complaints at this point. Ride home - different story. The schedule I picked up at PA said there was a 7:15 bus home from Taj Mahal. I showed up at 7:00 and learned that there wasn't a 7:15 because they were running a Saturday schedule on Sunday. Yeah, no way for me to know that. The next bus was scheduled for 8:15 so I made $10 more on the slots then headed over for that bus. It pulled up after already having picked up a lot of people at another hotel, and could only take a few from our long line. No additional bus was being brought in so we were told we had to wait there for the 10:00 - but that they would bring an empty bus to us so we were guaranteed. They were right, but after we loaded up the bus they took it to Caesars where only 5 or so people from that line could fit. No idea how much longer those folks had to wait around. There's clearly a planning breakdown at this company. Maybe they should make people reserve a spot on a return bus to ensure this type of stuff doesn't happen. UPDATE: 7-6-2016: I am on the 530pm bus from Cambridge to Manhattan on 7/6/16 and the bus driver took a stop at 8pm on exit 31 in CT. Now the driver says he is changing drivers but he won't be here for another 30 minutes!!! Laughable. This is their explanation when we arrived. It appears that the driver scheduled to switch with with your current driver was caught in a bit of traffic coming out of NYC, & is currently still in route to your current location. Flushing often doesn't work and bathroom tissue often is not to be found. UPDATE: 8-17-15: Just when you think it couldn't get worse.......the 8am GoBus from Cambridge to Manhattan lost the air conditioning in CT near Bridgeport. The driver then decided to try and find a replacement bus and drove around the Bridgeport hood until he decided to go back on Rt.95 after wasting 20 minutes driving around town. Then on average about 50 mph while the full bus steamed and with minimal traffic took his time getting through Manhattan and wasting at least another 20 minutes. Take another bus line until further notice. UPDATE: 08-15-15: Service is slipping. Just took an early 8am bus from Manhattan to Cambridge, and the trip took 6 hours with minimal traffic. Bus driver took an unexpected 20 minute break just outside of New Haven for no reason at all, and constantly found a traffic jam instead of using GPS to go around it. When I called customer service to complain, the excuse was he was a Hoboken driver. What's the difference! Just tell him not to stop as it's a non-stop trip! UPDATE: 03-30-15: the line is operating on a much more efficient clip and trip time is back to a more consistent time of 4.5 hours on average. update: Academy Bus/11-02-14: Service has actually improved. Travel times are more in line with a proper bus trip not a sojurn to the West Coast in a plane (5.5-6hours). Hope it continues...... Update: Academy Bus/09-08-2014: Fed up with the lack of customer service and computer malfunctions, I called the President's office and after three phone calls was sent back to a lower level trouble shooter who had only been hired a week ago and could only forward me to another "supervisor" who in turn had no idea why I called despite me calling over 20 times and leaving messages that were exactly the same. Incredible. UPDATE/GOBUS NYC-BOSTON RUN: 09/07/2014: Just when you think it couldn't get any worse.....the computer online system didn't accept any of my credit card information, thus, had to book with some other service. Yup, and I left over ten messages with Academy about this, and other items. Did anyone call back? Nope UPDATE/GOBUS NYC-BOSTON RUN: 08/23/2014: It's getting worse. Each trip is taking at least five hours with no traffic and the driver routinely take a long break in between which easily adds 30 minutes to the trip. Academy Bus headquartered in NJ/NY now runs this service and it's poor at best. The NYC-BOS bus has been consistently late and the breaks in between easily add 15-30 minute delays to a trip that should take 4.5 at most with basic traffic. I was extremely afraid of taking this bus service after reading the reviews. I had already bought tickets and foolishly didn't read beforehand. Surprisingly the service was on time and we got to our destination and back 15 minutes early! My only complaint was our driver on the returning trip. She announced to not speak on phones or be loud in order to not disturb the passengers, but mostly herself. There were people speaking at a normal level and she yelled at them. I would not give even 1 star to this bus company. I have been taking academy buses for the last 3 years since I do not have another mode of transportation from my town in NJ to my office in NYC. And every single day it is a struggle. It is not only their bad service, but they have some of the most rude and rash bus drivers that I have ever encountered in USA. I fell down once inside the bus trying to reach for my bag and hurt my knee when the bus driver was running the bus at 50 mph like a maniac in a busy street in NYC and slammed the breaks suddenly (which is their favorite driving skill for some reason!!!) Some of the drivers love to do that. Drive like a maniac and then slam the breaks suddenly. Also, sometimes they get old stinky buses which will get you a headache by the time you get off the bus. I needed to get to south Jersey to visit relatives and Academy was great. The ticket was 36 dollars round trip and they gave me a credit voucher for the Atlantic Club for 30. So before my relatives picked me up I used the 30$ card in a slot machine and got back 21$. SO all in all my ticket to was 15 dollars round trip. Not too bad. I would use them again. I am cheap so this bus ride was fine for my ride from NYC to Atlantic City ($36 with $25 voucher refund for SLOT PLAY ONLY). However, why can't Academy at least PROVIDE WHAT THEY ADVERTISE!!!! No WiFi, No Outlets, NO BATHROOM!!! The driver didn't provide any sort of directions to the passengers. When we stopped at Cheesequake, we all thought that was the bathroom stop..NO, apparently he only stops to pick up passengers! So basically, take this as a warning: 1 - GO TO THE BATHROOM BEFORE YOU GET ON LINE TO GET ON THE BUS!!!! 2 - Seating is FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE....if they oversell seats, they MIGHT double up the buses but it is not guaranteed. 3 - Do NOT drink liquids before boarding. 4 - Charge phones before boarding. You never know if you will hit traffic and riding with the need to urinate is not cute. That being said, on my future ventures with Academy, I am better prepared...Also, to make this experience 100 times better, travel with your good friends who are FUN!!!! This bus ride wasn't one of my top riding experiences ( I've had way worse) but it did get me from NYC to AC and back for $30 to a convenient location. Depending on what time you decided to depart and arrive in AC, changes which hotel they are dropping off and picking up at, so beware, just double check the schedule on their online site. They are pretty prompt but slightly disorganized in that they do not keep count of how many people are riding which bus back to NYC. They give you a ticket that expires in 4 days and you get to choose which bus to catch. The problem with that is on my way back to NYC there was just enough seats for everyone wanting to go home. Now what if there were more people? Does that mean the extra people have to catch the next bus that is picking up at another hotel? P.S. If you get off at Bally's they give you a $21 gift certificate that you can put on your Total Rewards card. read more

I am a fan because I am cheap, and if you are going to Atlantic City you can get between $20-30 in coupons for your chosen casino in return for your $35 round trip bus fare. However, the bus picking us up was almost half an hour late. That bus itself was dirty, seat cushions were tossed about and all over the place, the bathroom was a (gross) situation. We were on the 1:40 bus, which left after 2, and got into AC at 5:30. The quick ride back (2 hours 15 min) from AC to NY was only hampered by the disorganized queuing up that people did at the bus station in the casino, with no staff around to keep the peace, almost causing some fights between passengers. Their website could use some clarification on how exactly the voucher thing works. They could also explain the path of the buses in Manhattan a bit better (or, at all.) If you go the the stop at E 85th and 3rd Ave the bus will also go to Port Authority, and that trip and pick up takes about an hour. Save yourself the sleep and avoid waiting on the street if they are late by just picking it up at Port Authority. read more

Was super nervous about riding Academy when reading the reviews, but it turned out to be a smooth ride, albeit small details. When I first got to the ticket window in Port Authority, I told the woman I had bought a ticket online and needed it printed out by her. She didn't even acknowledge me and continued to do whatever it was she was doing on a computer. I stood at the window for two minutes, not trying to be rude, as I grew impatient and made a fuss about the bus coming soon and me wanting my ticket now. She threw a pen and paper under the glass window and told me to fill out my confirmation code, blah blah blah, and then she finally gave me my ticket. Crazy rude; not the kind of person you'd want representing any company. Anyway, the bus came exactly on time and the driver was super friendly; welcoming all passengers and politely taking their bags for them. I was informed we'd be arriving at 10:30 (we left Port Authority at 8) and I dozed off; when I woke up it was 10:00 and we were already getting ready to park; how awesome! On the way back, I had a bit of trouble finding the lots which the bus will be arriving at, but I called their customer service number and was immediately given all locations and pickup times. Once again, the bus came and left exactly at the advertised time and the driver was very polite. My phone was dead, so I was a bit annoyed there were no ports to plug in your charger; this was the first long-distance bus ride I've experienced without charging ports! But whatever; I fell asleep and woke up to see we were half hour early AGAIN! Very impressive, Academy. Would be five stars if it weren't for that rude woman you have at your ticket counter. I'm sooo pissed the heck off right now. What's wrong with Academy? They need to figure ish out for real. I bought a round trip ticket to go to AC on Saturday reassuring returning Sunday. They were on time Saturday morning. But then they were late to pick up at the Casino at 1Pm & why do they only have a 6:30 am bus going back to NY on Sunday and the next one isn't until 1pm making 2 stops at two casinos??? As many ppl they would have?? C'mon, there is no control of how many people are getting on the bus. So i am told that there is one more seat by the time they did 2 get to me. I get on & it's a quarter of a seat. Not to be offensive but there is this big woman in the seat and really no room left for me. I had no choice but to squish in. I was sooo uncomfortable. I got the bus to West Long Branch from Port Authority. The bus was 15 minutes late (no big deal) and there were only a few passengers so no problems with seating. However the driver went straight through West Long Branch and by the time I realised and got him to stop we were in Long Branch. He explained that he doesn't stop unless he is asked to, which I guess is OK if you are a commuter and familiar with your stop and might also be acceptable if this were all explained in advance. I had to get a $10 dollar taxi ride back to my destination and got there over an hour later than anticipated. So it is a cheap service but a bit third world and confusing for a first time traveller. read more

Took the bus from 85th st to Atlantic city on a Saturday (3:40pm bus). We got there at 3:35pm and had to run down to the store on 85th to get tickets! Bus driver said quick or he will leave as he has to be on schedule, so ok I respect that he wants to be punctual....... Then he departed and reached port authority by 4pm and waited till 4:30pm to depart for AC. Wtf, if you know you had to wait till 4:30 at port authority, why don't you just wait a few mins in the UES? (there were few ppl from ues that didn't have their tickets and he wouldn't wait!) Anyways we departed from port authority around 4:35pm, and he drove for maybe an hour, stopped for 5 mins to pick/drop some ppl off. Then straight to AC. We got there around 7pm so that isn't too bad but the crowd on the bus, OMG..... LOUD!! I mean real loud! Not going to comment more but next time I'll not take this anymore I'll rent a car and drive! IN SHORT: Not impressed. Plain about 2hr 15/25min bus ride. Feel like it wasn't bad or anything, but wasn't great either. I think you can probably get better deals for $36 roundtrip from NY to AC. $25 coupon when you get off at your casino is good, but its not like they are the only ones that offer that. BREAKDOWN: Was a simple bus ride. Had no real features other than the $25 casino coupon. No water. No TV(there were TVs, but they didn't put them on). It left on time (9:30 AM Sunday bus) Had one very brief stop to pick up a few more passengers, and we got there around 2 hours 20 minutes (11:50AM) Bus had a few empty seats, but was mostly full. It had one bathroom. A lot of ghetto looking people. The absolute worst. I started commuting (Union Hill Rd. to Wall St.) recently and found out that Academy is the only company around me that services this route. I am the only person to wait on my bus stop in the morning (I get on at around 6AM) and the bus ALWAYS passes by without picking me up. For the past month, I've added Academy Bus on speed dial on my phone and find myself calling their dispatch department to relay the message to their bus drivers to stop passing my stop... I assume they just can't see me because it's so dark out at 6AM, but after my 28th call you would think someone would tell them to look for me at this stop... nope. And this really bothers me now, I can't even begin to think how much this will bother me once the temperature drops and I 3 consecutive buses just fly by (this happens quite often). Also, I don't know if this company just hires miserable people, but the drivers are ALWAYS giving people attitudes, and never acknowledging riders. One time, on my way home, I requested a stop by hitting that stupid red button, and the bus driver didn't stop... I yelled "Wait!! You passed my stop!" and the bus driver yelled back "Well next time friggin' tell me where you're getting off! No one ever gets off at that stop!" Whatever, it was like 9PM and I was in no mood to argue with someone who apparently hates himself anyway. I just called up a friend to pick me up at the next stop. Now, I don't even hit that stupid red button because it obviously served no purpose and I didn't want to run into that terrible situation ever again... so I walk up to the driver EVERY TIME as he/she is approaching my stop and personally request my stop. One time I did this (it was the same driver who flipped out at me that one time) and the driver didn't acknowledge me or acknowledge if he heard me or not... so I began to repeat myself "Sir, next st...." and he interrupted "I heard you the first time." WELL ACKNOWLEDGE IT AND STOP ASSUMING I KNOW YOU HEARD ME!!!!! Again... The absolute worst- but they effectively have a monopoly on this route... what else can you expect? read more

HORRIBLE service....after a chaotic boarding at Port Authority, full of misinformation, I get to my destination....fine...but on the return from Asbury Park, I was at Kingsley and Sunset on a Monday for the 8:05am and the bus/driver just drove as fast as he could...NO stop and we were waving to him as a WTF...and nothing. Had to take the train and lost $38 bucks in unused tkts...bc the driver chose not to stop....heard it may be bc the bus was full but still, shouldn't he had stopped and tell us sorry, you can't take the bus but take the next one (at 10:10am)....horrible horrible. I am writing to complain about your driver Rafael Sargeant. He was extremely unprofessional not knowing the directions to our drop off location, sexually suggestive (which made me feel uncomfortable), and took inappropriate risks when driving. When he arrived, I informed him that we were still wrapping things up and that we would be about an hour late. He said that was ok and asked me if the ice tea I was drinking was tequila. Shocked I stated that no it was not, this was a student trip and no one was drinking alcohol. He then stated asked if I was a student, smiled and licked his lips. I told him that I was a staff member and left to return to the group. Once we left he informed my colleague that he did not have the directions to our drop off point. My colleague informed him that he could lead him to NYC, but did not have directions from there. One we got to the city the driver got lost and ended up taking us to queens (we were supposed to be in the lower east side). When I instructed him that he was going the wrong way, he said that I should have told him that before and it was my job to give him (the driver) directions. Once we were in the city, he drove inappropriately, at one point taking a wild turn. We everyone in the bus exclaimed he turned to my male colleague and said is "that how you do it when you drive" and laughed. Even factoring in for traffic and our delayed start, we were two hours late. I have never been so disgusted or disrespected by a driver. I am sending a copy of these remarks to the Dean at NYU and will do everything in my power to advocate that NYU cancel its contract with Academy. read more

The customer service representative was very unprofessional, hung up in my ear, then lies about it. This bus company also overpriced their services; tried to charge $3300 for an overnight bus rental, and I was told the driver would only be availabe to drive 10 hrs and off 14 hrs? Are you for real? What a scam!!! I will not recommend this company, buyer beware of Laura the sales rep!!! read more

I pay $425 a MONTH to take the bus daily from Monmouth Rest area to Manhattan, which is already a sin. What makes it worse, is that this bus provider is consistently terrible. From bus drivers who don't know their scheduled arrival times, buses that don't show at all, buses that get cancelled, and bus drivers who just plain can't drive, it's never a surprise when things go wrong, because it happens daily. For example, I'm currently waiting in line at Port Authority after a long week on a Friday, when all one really wants, is to get home as soon as possible. They cancelled my bus, without warning or notice. I have been waiting in line for an hour for the 7pm, and no surprise, it's late. Academy, please show respect to your customers, who pay you more than what a beautiful car and car payment would be, to get treated like scum. Unreliable leaving NYC weeknight after rush hour; communication from head office is virtually non-existent. Showed up at 9:20 tonight to catch the 9:30 bus and found a crude handwritten sign at the gate saying 9:30 was cancelled and next bus is 10:00... Yet nowhere on their web site is any kind of service advisory to warn you in advance, so by the time you find out, you're stuck an extra half hour at the PABT, a dump of a facility that looks like it hasn't been remodeled since the 70s, frequented by homeless dudes who haven't showered in weeks. About the only thing that keeps them in business is that the obvious alternative, NJ Transit, is even worse. read more

The price for a monthly pass is over $300! That's almost a monthly payment on my car. The buses leave early from the pick up locations and they arrive late close to every day. How are they still in business you ask? They have no competition so they treat their customers however they like. read more

2 stars for skipping on the schedule when they don't have enough people and make you wait for another bus. And greyhound is not better, just more people but more buses leaving late at night from casino. read more

I wish there was an option of - stars, this company would get a lot more reviews....there are never enough buses, yet there is always much more machines to sell the tickets for this and any other bus line. It is ridiculous and very annoying to be waiting for the 119 bus on several bus stops and not being able to ride on the bus because it is always so crowed and the buses won't even stop anymore. read more

I downloaded this app to specifically speak about this experience. FIRST OF ALL....I booked and paid for my tickets with academy. They send me an email saying they moved my time to 12pn because my original 1pm was sold out. When I call to request the 230 she said I'm all set. That was yesterday, Saturday. So here we are today Sunday I get to the bus and show my ticket and it's actually set for 230 YESTERDAY December 28 when originally everything was for the 29. So today I call their office and the most unprofessional rachet manager answered the phone and hung up on me because I was panicked and the bus was going to leave me. I called back and got everything settled. I hung up without saying thank you because she was nothing but rude but my issue was resolved. She calls me back from a fake number to tell me again they fucked up and now I'm on the 225 not the 230 like she just said and then says "YOUR WELCOME YOUR WELCOME I SHOULD HAVE HUNG UP LIKE THE FIRST TIME". im not disrespectful but I don't tolerate stupidity at all and this was stupid and such an easy fix. There's a reason they have such low ratings. Trust me, and if the manager or dispatcher who ever is on today 12-29-19 around 2:15pm i hope you got to read this. Im gonna pay my $60 next time to a quality company. read more
