The owner personally reached out to me--even while overseas--to listen to my concerns and make things right. Both he and the project manager communicated clearly and professionally the second time around, and they addressed all of the issues I raised within a week. The craftsmanship was corrected, the cleanup concerns were taken seriously, and I appreciated their willingness to own the missteps and follow through quickly. Not every project goes perfectly, but how a company responds makes all the difference--and in this case, they really stepped up. I'm happy to give them a full five stars for the way they resolved everything.

When I moved to my new home and needed a gate to match the existing fence, I, of course, called him. The gate matches perfectly. He did it promptly. It is so high quality and beautiful. What impressed me the most is that he offers a lifetime guarantee, and he means it. The latch on my gate broke about a year after he built it, and then again later when somebody tried to kick in my gate. It was no fault of Jason's craftsmanship (the latch was high quality, just a crummy situation that made it break!), but he immediately sent over a member of his team both times to fix it free of cost and it's worked ever since! I'm so impressed by both the quality of the work but also the humanity of the company. Jason cares about what he does and is such a kind and friendly soul!

You can really tell they take pride in their work. I would highly recommend this company for any fencing project you may have!

They came out to talk thru the project and discussed options but no hard sell (which I appreciate). They assign a project manager (Blake in my case) to coordinate and keep things on schedule. However, the heroes of the project were Michael + Jonathan who built our fence. The took out the prior fence and checked in with our 96 yr old neighbor that we share the fence with to make sure he approved. He did! The walked me thru the finished fence and even added a "puppy protector" mini fence to keep our dog contained. They were super respectful, kind and FAST. It looks great and with the great warranty, we couldn't be happier.

However, replacing the deck would mean having to update it to current building codes and permits, which would then mean having to hire an engineer for our small 6' x 14' deck... Bruce came over, took a look and casually said, we can add more supports and fix the deck instead of having to replace it. He walked us through all the repairs he would do, he listened to our concerns and wrote up an estimate that weekend. I choose to hire him because of his straightforwardness in answering all my questions, he was so down to earth and friendly, I felt like he was trustworthy. We went from potentially having to wait months and spend $20,000 on a new replacement deck to spending about $5,000 on repairs and taking considerably less time. They were booked out till about October and would contact us when the time came closer, they did just that and were able to fix the deck in a day. We hired him to come back to build a 2nd retaining wall, his son came out and built it in less than an hour. They used high quality materials, I feel like the wood used will last a long time. A year later, we noticed that the deck was starting to sink and consulted with Bruce. He came over, took a look and figured it was probably the ground material was soft and causing the deck to sink. He offered to fix it, FREE OF CHARGE. It wasn't his fault the ground was soft, it just shows how much integrity he has in his work. Hands down, I would recommend him to anyone. My neighbor immediately asked for his contact!

I put out a request for bids to multiple bidders. Lucian was not only the first to respond, but he was the only one who committed to a time to be out and evaluating the site in person. He was right on time, he physically distanced to ensure no stress of COVID, and provided excellent guidance while actively listening to my wants for the fence. Lucian was exceptionally responsive to my questions in person and in email; he provided a timely and well-detailed quote. Two weeks prior, Lucian contacted me to see if I wanted to move up the date; since I'm not going anywhere, absolutely! He showed up - again, right on time with his staff. They started and worked well into the early evening, past what I would've expected on both days. My fence was completed in two days - not only was the fence EXACTLY what I wanted/what was advertised, but the area? Cleaner than it was when the crew started. Lucian is exactly the kind of business owner I want to go out of my way to support. And his crew? Top notch, worked non-stop, and the end result is that my house looks infinitely better with this quality fencing than it could have otherwise.

Not a small job, and an emergency one, because she LOVED running around the neighbors' yards. Lucian and his Dad braved the elements on extremely short notice, and built an entire new fence (mostly in the rain) for a great price. They gave me lots of upgrades, like unknotted wood, and thicker footers, and were incredibly fast and efficient. Its beautiful. That should have been enough, but - no - then my about six months later my back neighbors got their own Bernadoodle puppy, and the two dogs decided they didn't want a fence, so my pitty figured out how to pound her head against the boards until they bowed, then get her jaws on the wood, and tear through it. Lucian agreed that metal roof panels attached to the back fence would probably work (either that or an electric cattle fence), so he and his son came back out with the panels, cut them to fit, and spent a day attaching them, which - it turns out - is not as easy as it sounds. Again, quick service and excellent value. This family business, NW Modern, is fantastic, and I highly recommend them. And yes - it appears the metal roof panels are working!

I had reached out to several fence contractors, but Juan responded immediately and gave me the answer I was looking for, which was an honest one: he couldn't tell me how much the job would cost without seeing it in person. I respect that. Juan came out punctually the next morning to give me an estimate. He immediately pointed out a couple of reasons why our decrepit gate and fence was failing and offered two solutions that would ensure that the replacements were durable and functional. He offered fair pricing which included hauling away the old materials. Within a couple of hours he had emailed a professional and clear estimate. Two days later, Juan and his crew arrived a few minutes earlier than scheduled to get started on our project. Each team member was very professional, clean, and fast- they worked together so quietly it almost seemed as if they had an unspoken way of communicating with each other. This was really appreciated since the work was being done just outside of our home office where my husband was on several meetings that morning. When the project was done, my husband and I were very impressed with the quality of the work and materials. Juan had called me an hour after his crew left to ensure that we were satisfied with the job. I got an estimate from him for some more work we need to get done in the future, we'll definitely hire him again! If you want a reliable, experienced, and professional contractor to build, fix, or repair your fence call Juan. Each step of the way he was great at communicating with me via text, email, and phone.
