Rev Mortgage req. insurance. This put ME in a MAJOR bind, adding a lot of pressure to resolve quickly, rather than waiting for early summer. Zack at PNW Roofing, and Tiffany got me QUICKLY scheduled, and better weather came about. Brought me out sample for composite. Being an Ex-Graphic Designer, went with the Sherwood Green to compliment Hunter Green going on all the trim. Martin at PNW might have drone shots on their website. Biggest requirement was new gutters to replace crappy plastic ones. Went with a Faux Copper color, as real copper ones are expensive. Sent them issues via Text and photos ahead of time. Wood was still all SOLID. Crew did cottage roof in 1.5 days, and shed 2nd afternoon. Cottage has a severe pitch, crew took precautions. Lead had 30 yrs experience. Did great job on clean-up. With 140 trees on less than 1/2 acre, moss and pine needles abound. Will just require more annual inspections to keep it all looking new. With the algae killer embedded, should be easier to deal with.

We are absolutely thrilled with the work, quality of materials, the very hard-working crew and their attention to details. We had an unusual request: to insulate the steep-pitched roof of our gabled 1940 home. It's a story and a half, so the roof actually acts like the walls for the second story. There is no heat or air conditioning up there. On hot summer days, the second floor where we sleep broils, and in the winter it is terribly cold. The new insulated roof has made an incredible difference in our home. When it was nearly 85 degrees out, the upstairs was pleasant in temperature, and not hot at all. As a result the rest of the house remained cooler too. We feel confident that winter will be a similar experience in comfort. Because the house is older, there were several places on the eaves where the wood had to be replaced. The insulation 'raised' the roof, and they installed venting, and flashing. The workmanship and attention to details (such as flashing over the protruding new eaves) is so wonderful to see. When the house painter came, he was very impressed with the finishing work, and said he often does not see that attention to the details. The crew was lead by Edgar, and the other crew members were Fernando, Hector, Christian and Kylar. They were very friendly and helpful, and had an excellent work ethic. (The owner should be proud of this team!) They seemed proud of their company, and the finished work. They roofed the house, garage and gazebo. The house was an unenviable job because of the pitch of the roof and number of gables, but the crew eagerly met the challenge! Overall, it was an amazing experience and we love the result. I can't recommend this company enough!!!
