I called my doctor back and was told that a message was left with the Verona Walgreens, and the doctor called the prescription in AGAIN. It is now nearly 4PM, and it took 15 minutes to find out if they were filling the prescription. Finally, they are, but there is no reason why a prescription refill should be SO-O-O-O difficult! I long for the days when we got our prescriptions at Target. We never had these problems. Unfortunately, our insurance will not allow us to use Target anymore and we are stuck with Walgreens. If I could move my prescriptions somewhere else, I would jump at the opportunity!

I took my mother in-law here for her flu shot. We had an…read moreappointment, but when we arrived they asked us to scan the QR code. I was glad I was there because she would have struggled with it. Even after entering her information using the QR code, it kept saying they couldn't locate her appointment. So someone eventually checked us in manually. Actual shot was super quick and the person administering it was friendly. We shop here fairly regularly and usually get good to great service. My only complaint is they have been out of my deodorant for many weeks!
