But the staff at Whitney Way in the pharmacy and at the store are so good that I stayed. However, yesterday I went into the bathroom. Not only did it have the grime from the last time I was there, but it was absolutely filthy with bodily fluids and more. Please please clean the bathrom. Scrub the thick layer of grime. You can't fully blame the customers. Make it clean and customers are more apt to respect the space and be cleaner themselves. It needs to be tended to. Come on -- gas stations are cleaner than this store that dispenses medicine, where people get shots. BAD.

When I called on the phone, they didn't listen, interrupting to ask for information I had already given them. When you are neurodivergent, as I am, being constantly interrupted breaks your focus, and a pharmacy worker steamrolling you just makes it impossible to get your point across. I shouldn't have to fight to be heard or mask my frustration just to get basic medical needs met. Neuhauser has also lost my prescriptions on more than one occasion, once for weeks. The owner told me "just get the OTC version." The owner was no help. He simply wrote me off, deciding that I was apparently just a jerk, telling me "You should go to Walgreens." Bad as Walgreens can be, it is still better than Neuhauser at least for me. It's a pity because I was a Mallot's customer for years before they closed. I wanted to support a local business rather than a chain, but Neuhauser did not do right by me.

We recently moved to the northern part of WI and closest Costco is 2.5 hrs away. We bought a membership to Sam's Club only an hour away but after shopping there a couple of times we elected to travel to Costco and make a day of it. But, now we are heading to FL for 4 months and no Costco. . I value and trust Costco and their deli foods taste better than Sam's also. We had to return some recalled Carrots and lucky for us we did not have a line to wait in. We did self check out as we only had 4 items. Busy store but we were able to get in and out fairly quick.

The store is very clean and organized. The shelves are always stocked and item are always available. Excellent location just off beltline highway. Easy to get to. Many registers always open. Can get congested at times at registers depending on time of day but normally short wait times at registers. Also love that they have self checkout registers. Prices are very reasonable with excellent quality and super exchange/return policy. The bathrooms are very clean and maintained. Above all, the employees are exceptional. They are helpful, friendly, courteous, helpful, and very knowledgeably...they are great! Great job Walmart and staff!!! Has a SUBWAY®Restaurant in the store which is very clean, well maintained, and has excellent/very friendly employees. Always fresh subs, meats, vegetables, like all Subway Subs I have visited.

Got the run around and 2 assistants had trouble speaking English that they gave me their phone to translate. I'm not against other nationalities but there must be a better process for communication. Finally went to checkout and they just looked it up and charged me and told me to drive over to the pile of bags and grab one. Took almost 1 hr to get to that point.

But their pharmacy system leaves a lot to be desired. I've experienced mix ups on my prescriptions, long delays at the drive through and on the phone. One call I waited for twenty minutes on hold only to have the call dropped. I had to call back in and then wait another twenty minutes. The staff has been friendly and appears patient but from my experience they appear understaffed. At my old pharmacy I could speak with someone fairly quickly and my issues were always quickly understood and resolved. So I know it can be done but apparently Walgreens management doesn't know how to manage their customer service system very well. They need to improve their phone system and wait time. The staff has given me conflicting information and I have had to be assertive to get my prescriptions listed correctly. I still don't know if they have it right yet. I will see at the next refill.
