Three times I've been here and the clerk who is also the "manager" has spent like 10-15 mins arguing with a customer. I get there's a lot of rude people but few of the times I realized it wasn't the guest it was the lady at the register. Short glasses brunette with sort of a lazy eyes. Seems nice at first but when I saw this certainly a little disabled heavy set woman complain that there was no syrup in the soda and she said if someone could come help her. The lady "manager" said she'd call someone, the disabled woman said she's been standing in line (and yes this cashier manager lady was super slow. Talking a lot and telling people things about kwik trip policy that nobody cares about. What we wanna do is pay and go. So she begins to explain the policy as to why she can't leave the register and get her ice cream the disabled lady is told she has to wait for the line to die down or another employee to come. Which took another whole 5 minutes. People are yelling at the poor woman cause she won't hurry up (the disabled lady) and even call her a B word all simply because of the lack of professionalism and customer services this employee gave. I was late to my class and wasn't able to take my exam and now have to make up for all that because of a silly attendant in Kwik Trip. I guess is happens but 3X by the same person. Kiwk Trip in Big Lake Mn.. 2 nd stop that morning to buy a cup of soup for someone sick.. Becker Kwik Trip just opened.. they had Mac and cheese out.. we're working on other soups ... no time to wait for it to be done.. I then go to Big Lake Kwik Trip... no soup out.. I asked if some would be coming soon.. told me all microwave were being used.. that was 10. Am.. went and got lawn mowed and trimmed.. now it's 1pm.. I called Kwik Trip big lake to see if soup was out... nope still no soup... Did then go and get her soup at Coborns... On my way home was stopping at Becker kwik trip to get the butter they have on sale... they now had 3 soups done... This for a brand new store with a ton of people coming in... awesome job Becker... I did call corporate and they were like really who cares... What happened to the kwik trip wanting all good reviews??? Customer satisfaction... all gone... Sorry for ranting... Y'all I'm thoroughly embarrassed to say that THIS PLACE IS MY FAVORITE LUNCH SPOT. I was just finishing my Sept 2022 budget and dang girl I was at Kwik Trip like every dang week. You really cannot beat the convenience and the insane deals on their hot food. You can get a chicken sando for like $1.69! Not to sound like your boomer dad but "IN THIS ECONOMY" NO WAY. I dunno if my overall health will regret this era of my life, but my wallet sure doesn't. Also have to shout out the employees who are always genuinely kind. If you're looking for the quickest cheapest lunch, go to this Kwik Trip. And then head to park nearby and munch :) read more

I very rarely comment on services rendered by businesses and establishments I rarely shop or frequent, however today's experience was less than favorable at this particular business. Cons: 1. The young female working the register never greeted me upon entrance or even thanked me for my business during completion of check out. 2. The staff seemed to be annoyed by Foreign, Black and Customers of Color. Pros: The store is clean, shelves stocked and the store is well staffed. read more

As a life long customer service professional, I would like to compliment monroe Kwiktrip's hiring of Ethan. His dedication to treating each and every customer with kindness and respect make this store one of my favorite places to visit. Once when there was a span of time where I had not been to this store he remembered my affinity for unusual currency and gave me a $2 bill. Overall, this Kwik Trip is a welcome addition to the Camp Randall area. The summer before it opened, I was usually forced to stop at the nearby 7 Eleven for mediocre, overpriced convenience items. The staff are courteous and efficient (even if they can be a little slow to respond to the formation of a line to check out), and they do a good job keeping everything stocked. Rarely do they not have any of my favorites available (one of my key peeves at a few other Kwik Trip locations), and I can always find something inexpensive and quick if I'm in a hurry. If you are ever in a pinch and need to watch a Packer or Badger game on cable, stop in and sit in the lounge area. They usually have the TV tuned to something interesting. The only drawback here is the occasional homeless creeper chilling out there. The lack of five stars is mainly due to the parking situation. It can be sometimes hard to find a spot nearby, especially around 9pm when Madison Police night shift officers bogart all the spots. read more

Finally, we have a convenience store/grocery on the engineering side of campus. Kwik trip doesn't have everything you'll ever need but it definitely has enough. from vegetables to hot foods, froyo to raw meats, if you need something simple or you're missing ingredients for your cooking, you can probably find it here. read more
