Always get the edamame...reg or spicy (prefer the spicy but both are good!). Recently ordered the chicken fried rice and it was so delicious! The wine makes us happy because they provide a generous pour for your money unlike many other local restaurants. Bottom line, the food is fresh and incredible...service is always impeccable! But the real 5+ stars about Hiro is all about the owners and staff. They are professional and kind (with a lovely touch of humor) and ALWAYS make you feel like you're an extension of their family. Sometimes hero's don't always wear capes, because the real Hiro's here lie within the strong bond and passion this family has for their restaurant. I was hoping for more passion fruit flavor, but it wasn't as flavorful as passion fruit typically is. My only complaint is that the service was very bad. We were the only ones there and the waiter was ignoring us watching TV. If I'm in Telluride for dinner again, I would absolutely come back here.
