At the desk, Kristy was extremely pleasant and easy to work with. My service was complete in almost half the initially quoted time, and for a price that beat everyone else in Camarillo. For such a reasonable cost, I surely expected there to be some drawbacks but the team at Adolfo Auto Care genuinely went the extra mile to help me out with some mild extra favors during my service, they were super friendly, did great work and came in at a super reasonable price. I cannot fully express how pleased I am with the team, price, and quality of work - I will absolutely go back to them for any and all service I need and would recommend they be anyone's first call.

I have been going there for my car care needs for over 20 years. They offer great service and their staff is very friendly and they're great at explaining very technical issues. They also offer a free shuttle service if you need a ride, although it isn't always available, particularly late in the day. And also please note they are not open on weekends. One thing to keep in mind is the old saying "you get what you pay for" is very true here. On one hand, they are a bit on the expensive side. So, if you just need an oil change you can find another place that can do it for a lower price. However, if you have a serious issue with your car I can't think of a better place to take it. I've found their work is really good so it works out in the long run since you won't have to take your car back multiple times. Plus, you can get an oil change too if you need one. So, I highly recommend Camarillo Car Care Center for your auto repair needs.

I've been taking my car here since moving to Camarillo three years ago and even followed them to a new location. Luckily, all of my repairs are manageable because the 2003 Toyota Camry I drive is the most reliable car I have ever owned. They go that extra mile so to speak, taking me to and from my house if the car needs to be in the shop for several hours since I live close by. One of their mechanics even connected me with an auto detailing place that repainted and touched up my car and did an amazing job in the process!

I brought in my daughter's car for a new battery, and from the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful service. Hector, you made us feel welcome and took the time to explain what needed to be done. Your team honored our scheduled 8:00 a.m. appointment, got the car in right away, and completed the work promptly--including synchronizing the car's computer with the new battery. That kind of efficiency and attention to detail is rare and greatly appreciated. Saving several hundred dollars compared with the dealership was certainly a welcome bonus. Even more important, though, was leaving with the confidence that I had found a shop I could trust. I felt respected, valued, and well taken care of throughout the entire visit. You earned a loyal customer with this first experience. Mekaniks Plus will be my go-to shop for future automotive service, and I will gladly recommend you to family, friends, and anyone looking for honest, capable, and courteous automotive care. Thank you again for making a routine repair feel so easy and reassuring. You made an excellent first impression, and I look forward to returning. With appreciation, Andy James & Daughter

We first went to the local Toyota dealer and got hit with an estimate that was literally thousands more than what we ultimately ended up spending at Sharp's Auto Service. That's how I met Danny, who I later learned is one of the owners along with his cousin Oscar. From the beginning, what stood out was how straightforward and reasonable everything felt. The labor rate was fair, the communication was clear, and instead of pushing one expensive path, Danny took the time to explain different options for replacement parts and what made sense financially. I live in Woodland Hills, and Sharp's is in Oxnard, so this was not exactly around the corner for me. But after that first experience, I felt comfortable enough making the trip because it already felt worth it. After that, I came back with my own 2016 Chevy Volt for an A/C issue. Since that car does not have a traditional belt-driven compressor setup, I knew it was going to take more than generic trial-and-error diagnosis. Danny was patient, methodical, and clearly willing to think through a problem instead of just throwing parts at it. The issue ended up getting solved efficiently, which was a huge relief. One other thing that really stuck with me while I was there: multiple people from the neighborhood stopped by just to say hello to the team at Sharp's. That kind of thing says a lot. You can tell this is one of those local businesses that people genuinely trust and feel connected to. It's not always easy to find a shop that feels honest, competent, fair, and genuinely helpful, but that was absolutely my experience here. I left feeling really grateful that we found them. Shops like this are getting harder and harder to find, and I'll be very happy to keep bringing our cars back to Sharp's, even if it means driving out from Woodland Hills. Highly recommended.
