When I completed the project, they refused to take back the 6 bags of sand that I did not need. ( I even wanted to purchase $400 dollars worth of more sealer). My customer does not want to pay me to make multiple trips to the supplier for the sand. Neither does my customer want to pay for 6 bags of sand that were not used on their project. This policy might work for a large contractor that does lots of paver projects and can stock the product for their next job, but it doesn't work for the rest of us. I should have used Willamette Greystone as they will let you return the product that is unused! Willamette Greystone did get the sale for the sealer I still needed and will get my business from now on.
