Crowleys fab'd all material for backsplash except they went thicker on my kitchen behind the sink pieces. Three 23 year olds came and installed. Nothing special on the work. Now it's too thick, all others look good but for some reason it seemed like they were too lazy to cut the kitchen backsplash correctly. And if they tell you it's because of the length, and it's fragile, then cut more pieces and bond them together! Duh. Also, when I called to buy back my remnant, was absolutely treated like garbage from the gal who answered. Apparently, I put extra work on her by asking her to run out to the back and give me a quote, then they wanted a delivery charge to make a special trip, oh BTW, they had to make a special trip anyway to give me my 24"x3" piece. Garbage company,, do your self a favor and look around, plenty more places of quality to choose from. Never again.

I had another piece made for the short wall behind the cabinets and I asked them to leave it until I lowered the wall and added new backsplash. Finally finished it all this year and a BGCC team returned to install it. These gentlemen took such pride in their work to compensate for the short wall having been built not level. Had to order the wood and said would in on Friday. Called Friday but not in. They will call me. No call. Closed Saturday and Sunday. Drove to lakeside Monday and asked about the order. It did come in and the called. They called the wrong number. My order had my correct number. Got my order on Monday one week first trying to get the wood on order. Also, if I Sat home waiting for a call I would not receive the wrong number call. Nor the wood.
