I've also worked with Sabrina in the showroom who was equally as pleasant and wonderful to deal with. They schedule Aaron to take measurements of the room. He's been on time and very helpful. They've been very accommodating to install on my very specific schedule. They have a nice showroom with lots of samples to choose from. The install crew has been equally as professional, experienced, and wonderful to work with. They are so efficient and clean up when they leave. Their superstar install crew are Tyler, Jon, and Kevin. I highly recommend this business and will most likely use them again for carpet in another room when I'm ready.

A flooring project that should've taken a few days took several MONTHS. We did have some issues…read morewith the flooring material, but even after that was resolved, I continually had to follow up with (text, call, email) Jake Maurer and his team to basically beg them to respond to me and complete the job. His staff lied about product being ready at a local store in Tigard, and so I was forced to leave work, go pick up the flooring, and take it to my home. When I stated calmly told Jake that I didn't appreciate his staff not telling the truth and asked that that staff member not work on my project, Jake agreed to that and noted that his brother would complete the work after his next project. After that, I didn't hear from Jake for TWO MONTHS (May 9th to July 9th). He was clearly ducking my calls and texts. I called the distributor to try and get them to have Jake call me back, but ultimately had to have my girlfriend pretend to be a new client and ask for a quote to get him on the phone and engage in completing the job! So unprofessional. When he was caught not following up, he made up a weak excuse that I didn't want their help (which is not true - see photos attached). He did agree to show up and finish the job. No surprise, he threw the flooring together and tried to leave without putting the baseboards back on. When I asked him about it, he pretended to not know he had to do that, then slapped them on sloppily with a nail gun instead of puttying them like they did previously with all other baseboards. I could've called him on it, but I was done dealing with his garbage. Please learn from my mistake. Jake is completely unprofessional and not someone you want working on your home!

We called many in town and not a single one would pick up their phone. So I ended up doing them myself. ( don't give up on this review, there's a twist ) If I wasn't in such a rush to get them done before we moved in, I would have searched a little longer and found All Green Hardwood Floors earlier, and I would have saved myself many hours of backbreaking work. I even missing my birthday and the 4th of July because I was stuck in a house, sanding and scraping. Anyway, I looked at our stairs and threw my hands in the air. There was NO WAY I was going to do this myself. I had to break down and call a professional. After leaving a message on the phones of many of the top rated hardwood people on Yelp, I found All Green. At this time they only had one review so I was hesitant. Then I called. And guess what, they picked up the phone! Not only that, but I talked to Virgil, a very nice guy who absolutely loves what he does. He came to my house and saw what I had done, and despite knowing that I was doing the floors myself, he was gracious enough to give me a few pointers. I called many times in this period and Virgil always picked up the phone or called me back. Which is something I simply can not say about any of those other "top rated" professionals on Yelp. When we looked through his busy schedule, we found a date that was open. Though we weren't going to be in town that week, he was super helpful and willing to work with our schedule. We grew to really trust and appreciate Virgil and his willingness to work with us. While we were gone, we came home and found that not only did he do an AMAZING JOB on the stairs, but they were on time! Not to mention their price, it was perfect. Virgil, who owns the company, promoted his dustless system and ecofriendly refinishing and the new technology involved. The work was done in a timely manner with very little dust, in fact, I had to really look for it. There was a small amount on the surface of the stove and some on window sills, but it wiped off easily just like doing any other home dusting. The smell was minimal and quickly faded after a day or two. I was hesitant to put out a large amount of money and wanted to make sure I was making the right decision. Virgil was very helpful in answering my questions. He mailed the contract to me in advance so that I could review it and ask additional questions if needed. I also had several scheduling barriers and changes. Virgil was patient and answered my calls in a timely manner. He also was able to move my refrigerator out and back in without harming the floor for a relatively small fee. The worker was professional and careful. There was no damage to floor boards and no mess left behind. I got 3 quotes and he was right in the ballpark. I'm glad I didn't go with anyone else. The floors look, and feel, beautiful and I didn't have to deal with any dust or bad odor.
