My first impression of the salon is that it's fresh and clean. It's painted a light mossy green which is soothing. I really like the large chandelier in the front area and the funky chic silver filigree lights in the pedicure area. I had booked an appointment for noon and I had to wait about 15 minutes for my turn. They were really busy on Saturday. The pedicure was ok. Then it was time for my manicure. The guy in the shop did my manicure and did a terrible job of it. He was filing my nails wildly and I ended up fixing some nails that were not looking good. Then after he painted my nails, I looked closely at them and noticed he missed parts here and there and I saw fibers from the cotton balls mixed in the polish. What a mess. So he removed all the polish and started over. But he made a mess again. The one girl came over to finish my manicure and I was pleased with what she did. So now I technically have a 3/4 arm wax. I understand probably most people that's all they want. But you asked and I answered. I just wanted everything gone. Which I did not get and that's what I'm paying for right?
