Went and got my nails done here yesterday and paid 80$ for these nails and when I left the nail salon it was close to closing so I couldn't call later in the evening when I noticed that my fingers were in pain and burning. I went in the next day after work and asked if they could please take my nails off and possibly give me a refund as they had actually hurt me and damaged my skin with burns and blisters on my cuticles. They were very rude basically yelled, laughed and made fun of me, telling me no and that they didn't do anything wrong. They told me to come back for a free set but wouldn't refund me the money, I politely told them I didn't want to come back here and get my nails done as I am clearly in pain from the last set they did. They didn't help me in anyways or care at all that they had hurt me, I do not recommend coming here especially if you have children the staff don't listen and are disrespectful. read more

i went in for a nail filling yesterday and chose an ombré look since the reference nail looked well done and funky. was going good and seemed normal until about 10 minutes in another customer walked in and said she wanted a manicure. my nail tech got up, didn't say a word to me or even look at me and started doing her nails over mine. ?????? after 5 minutes of being confused the tech that was sitting beside him started talking about me to him (no i didn't understand the language but the looking at me then saying something to him and repeating was obvious) she told me "won't be long ok?". 20 minutes later the nail tech that was sitting beside him takes over my nails. nails are different lengths, there was no matching lengths to make sure they were even. ombré isn't even an ombré, and there's more pink on left hand than right. right thumb nail is cut short and stubby. see pictures read more

My daughter and her friend got their nails done here today. It was my daughters first time. They called ahead to make sure they had enough for two sets of acrylics. The nail techs were rough with them, made both of them bleed, yelled at my daughter when she didn't understand the instruction her tech gave her (made her cry) and didn't do enough coats on some of her nails so they look patchy. Once the nails were done they were charged $20 more than what they were told on the phone. They also charged them for nail files that they didn't ask for. They will not be back. Came here after another salon turned me down due to high volume. There were plenty of people to do nails and they were all very friendly and nice. Didn't have to wait when I walked in and was sat down right away. They did my nails really nice and after showing them a picture of what I wanted they were able to duplicate it almost perfectly. Very clean, upbeat place. Even all the ladies doing the nails have lovely and extremely modern nails. I'm very big on current trends (being in my early 20's) and think they totally nailed it. Didn't butcher my cuticles like most other places would and putting my fingers under the lights never burned once. Prices were fair and I got my full set of acrylics for 63 dollars. Would recommend this place to anyone living in Airdrie. I was visiting from Calgary, but if I ever drop in again I would definitely go get my nails done another time. read more

really dissapointed.I've been going here for a while and i've never been more disappointed they completely ignored that i was there i had to wait for an hour before someone came to do my nails and they didnt know what they were doing because it took him 10 minutes to simply apply the tips and mid way he gets up and starts taking out the garbage?. after an hour and a half a lash finally comes to do my nails, i've had her before and she completely ignores what u ask for and does her own thing. when i told her i didn't like it she rolled her eyes and starts shouting at her friend it their language. i don't speak it but it was obvious they were talking about me. the final fee was 100 dollars the most i've ever paid and i hate the nails so much i'm gonna paint over them‍‍‍‍their so chunky and uneven the thumbs are painted completely different i feel like they take advantage of me being nice read more

Been going here for years, and a new staff member just arrived in the past few months. He cut my skin multiple times, and I started bleeding and put nail glue on my open wound. Not going here anymore, They lost a regular client because of this new staff member. I also made an appointment and still had to wait. Every single time I have come here over the years you ALWAYS have to wait even if you book appointments. They do not care about any appointments and about their clients. Really disappointed. read more
