They were super helpful from the start. Did a full diagnostic to figure out the issue, reinstalled Windows, updated everything, and even cleaned my device while I was there -- that was a nice plus I didn't expect. I also asked about missing bolts for my PC case and they actually took the time to look for some at the store for me. Most places wouldn't bother. Pricing was fair: paid a diagnostic fee to find the problem, then $130 to fix everything. Other shops quoted me way higher just to look at it. No upselling, just honest work. Highly recommend if you're in HB. I'll definitely be back for any computer issues.

Great thing is that they were willing and able to install systems that we purchased ourselves earlier. (In our case Ring and Night owl)and not pushy to go with something else. Their price was very reasonable compared to other offers we got. Whole project took 2 days. They kept everything clean, were respectful and kept us in a loop what they were doing. They showed us how security system worked and checked that everything worked properly. Result looks very neat. They went extra mile and installed an extra camera we asked them for. There has never been a fault in my camera setup in these three years. The reason I write again is that we replaced our laptop computers this year, and needed service to help set the software up. The company runs lean, and they do not have a normal "help desk" when you call, so you don't always get an answer or help immediately, but I still give them five stars because they care about your experience with this and they make up for it once you get their highly competent technician on your case. Joe set up the software on two computers in only a couple of minutes and it feels like these cameras are sturdy and will continue running through at least a few generations of computers.
