I liked my lashes at first... but within a week they got really irritating and started to fall off. When I left the salon, my eyes burned a bit for a while.. I think maybe the tech may have glued them too close to my lash line. Definitely regret having these done in the first place. The staff is nice though

I've been getting my lashes done for years elsewhere--but never again. I'll be coming back here to get my lashes done every time I'm in town. This is by far the best eyelash extensions I've ever had. The owner and staff were friendly, and my lash tech got a full set done in around 45 minutes. I was a bit worried the fast speed would impact the quality but far from it. It's been over 3 weeks and my lashes are still going strong. Highly recommended.

Ms Beauty is a new shop in Chino but I have been with Coco for 3 years now doing lashes. I been doing lashes for about 5 years now. I do not go to anyone else now since I trust Coco 100%. I have never had any issues with her doing my lashes. Never had I had an infection or any eye problems since shes been working on my lashes. If you are a lash addict like me, you will understand the hardship you have to face to find a good lash tech with good pricing. When you do find that person, hold on to it cause their like gold. A good lash tech is hard to come by. COCO is that person for me. Coco is very professional, sweet and accommodating. She will listen to your needs and wants and the lashes always come out to be beautiful. Not only that, they also last a very long time. The glue she uses is a very good brand that does not irritate the eyes much and the strength is incredible. She can do a range of techniques from natural to full volume. I always get somewhere in between. Not all lash techs can do this. In her shop, she offers mink lashes that is either d curl or c curl. She has a variety if sizes and also brown lashes and colored as well for that fun look! I have followed her from shop to shop. Now I drive 45 mins to 1 hr to come see her. But it is totally worth it knowing that I am getting my eyes done by a professional that won't give me any eye infections. (Trust me, I have had many horrible things to my eyes due to work being done by unprofessional lash techs). If your in the market for a good lash tech, come see her! I promise it is worth it!

I've been coming to see Coco for lash extensions for a little over a year now! She is by far my favorite. She'll tell you what shape would be better for your eyes and if your lashes are suited for longer or shorter lengths. My lashes are thinner and shorter than most, so she gives me a nice look with more volume but also keeping it natural-looking. I've been getting the cat-eye look for the past few sessions and I love it so much. Coco is also very fast and you'll be done before you know it. Her prices are unbeatable, too! Thank you Coco!!!

I went to Ms. Beauty on 4/8/2021 to receive eyelash extensions. Staff were very friendly, being they matched The price on Groupon. Here I am a few days later, my lashes started falling out. I followed all directions given to me on how to care for them. I called Ms. Beauty to let them know my lashes were falling out. I was asked which lash style I received and I told her natural. She said, "oh those don't last long". Why wasn't I told this on the day of service? Also, I asked do they guarantee their work and she said no, only three days. She went on to say, "you can make an appointment for a refill"....nope, not doing that. I should have known something was not right with them because I called to inquire about their Groupon special and was told not to pay on Groupon, they would honor the price....hmmmmm....well, lesson learned, I will not go back for any services at Ms. Beauty. read more

My first time getting lash extensions, the young gentlemen at the front desk walked me they the difference of all the lash material, fibers, care lengths and more, super patient put me at ease the technician was wonderful too and the prices.... Took my mom to get eyelash extensions we were going to get a Groupon but when calling to make the appointment the man said they would honor the deal just not to buy it through Groupon. When getting there they tried to change the price and say it was $15 more. Fought the price ended up getting it for the Groupon price but you can clearly tell they were not really trying. My mom and I ended up getting eye brows wax as well which I broke out due to whatever they used. which has never happened to me! Very disappointed will definitely not be going back. Only good thing about it was the location. It was nice and clean. read more

Eva is very knowledgeable and walked me through the whole process. By the time she was done, we had swapped our favorite places to get dim sum, what our favorite Vietnamese foods are and what we like to order at boba tea shops. It was THE BEST experience. Sadly, I realized my eyes were sensitive and I had to get them removed. I am legit sad. Rose, the owner, is very responsive and helped me schedule a next day appointment. Bree is the artist who helped me remove my lashes. She's so gentle! The other lash artist (I'm so sad I didn't get her name) is also super knowledgeable and recommended I try ruling out what I'm sensitive to. We think it might be the primer. The salon is SUPER clean, the ladies wipe down the beds between each client and change the towels, the bathroom is SQUEAKY clean, and it's a gorgeous space. If you're ready to pampered and pampered well by artists who know their craft, come stop by Sugar Blossom Lashes. (While my set was gifted, this review was not part of the agreement. Do not go here…read more I spent $140 at this salon to get lash extensions for my graduation, and it was hands down the worst experience I've ever had. I have gotten lash extensions in the past and know how they should feel, but this set was completely clumped together with zero isolation. Within days, the heavy glue clumps began causing immense physical pain, itching, and a jagged, scratching sensation against my eyelids. Because multiple natural lashes were glued together in large chunks, the uneven growth rate began ripping my healthy natural lashes out by the root when they naturally shed (see attached photo of the massive clump that came out). When I called the salon to explain the situation and ask for a removal, they completely refused to help unless I paid an additional $10 fee on top of the $140 I already spent. They cited an arbitrary "3-day policy," completely ignoring the fact that I had to leave town immediately after graduation and that a botched, damaging application is a safety issue, not a standard adjustment. They do not properly isolate lashes, their application causes physical pain/damage, and their customer service is incredibly stingy and dismissive. Save your money, your time, and your natural lashes--go somewhere else.
