A Wonderful Paris Girls Trip Experience from Start to Finish!…read more I recently returned from an amazing girls' trip to Paris, and I have Stacey at First Class Service Travel to thank for making it such a wonderful experience. From the moment we left SFO, Stacey had everything organized. When we arrived in Paris, our transportation was waiting for us, and she also arranged our transportation back to the airport at the end of our trip. Having all of those details taken care of made traveling so much easier and allowed us to simply enjoy ourselves. The tours were fantastic, the Louvre, Palace of Versailles, the Opera House, lunch at the Eiffel Tower, and a wonderful food tour. We also had some great restaurant and café experiences with the group, and plenty of time to walk around Paris, shop, and take in the beauty of the city. Stacey was an exceptional tour guide as well. The Hôtel du Louvre was absolutely beautiful. Our room was very well kept, and the staff at the hotel bar were exceptional -- friendly, attentive, and just wonderful. Paris was truly unforgettable, and having Stacey handle the planning made the entire trip feel seamless and stress-free. Everything was so well organized, and you could tell she put a lot of thought into the experience. I would absolutely recommend Stacey and First Class Service Travel. Five stars all around!

NO confirmation was provided at the day of reservation. The person who answered the pone wasn't well spoken in English. He said, don't worry we are confirmed. I had my doubts and sure enough on the day of travel, there was a no show. When I called by 5:45AM looking for my driver, first there was no answer. Called three times and finally a gentleman answered the phone and said we don't have any reservation for you. I am in Tracy and will take me 35 minutes to come. I was so disappointed as I didn't want to miss my flight. I told my son to take me. Not recommended. Will never use them again.

I called to ask her about a itinerary (thinking I might have made a mistake, since they're were SO MANY emails) and of course voicemail! I emailed her and she responded over 13 hours later, via email, with a run around about getting me a itinerary. She then called crying saying this had never happened before and that she realized her error when she begun typing out the itinerary I requested. 6. She corrected her error by correcting my flights BUT she complained the whole time saying SHE was out of allot of monies for this. **I'm confused aren't I the customer? **Did I not PAY for your services AND my travel already? (No offer of ANY additional services, upgrades, credits and/or refunds for the stress or inconvenience. Had I NOT CAUGHT HER ERROR I guess I would've been stuck..WOW) 7. Day of departure, FINALLY receive travel documents. No itinerary in the documents to explain my travel details. There were LOTS of papers various emails, printed confirmations...etc...It was a mess! 8. Oh did I mention upon returning, I'll be at the airport for 8 hours before my flight leaves. She booked this without any regard for my time. I'M DONE WITH THIS POST AND THIS TRAVEL AGENCY!

I came in with a California Live Scan form that still needed some information completed. Rather than making me feel like I had done something wrong, he simply explained what was needed and helped me get everything taken care of. I especially appreciated that when it came time to enter my Social Security number, he let me enter it directly into the system myself for privacy rather than requiring me to write it on the form. The whole experience was comfortable, efficient, and straightforward. Exactly how a service like this should be handled. I would absolutely come back here if I ever need Live Scan services again.
