NO confirmation was provided at the day of reservation. The person who answered the pone wasn't well spoken in English. He said, don't worry we are confirmed. I had my doubts and sure enough on the day of travel, there was a no show. When I called by 5:45AM looking for my driver, first there was no answer. Called three times and finally a gentleman answered the phone and said we don't have any reservation for you. I am in Tracy and will take me 35 minutes to come. I was so disappointed as I didn't want to miss my flight. I told my son to take me. Not recommended. Will never use them again.

Day of departure, FINALLY receive travel documents. No itinerary in the documents to explain my travel details. There were LOTS of papers various emails, printed confirmations...etc...It was a mess! 8. Oh did I mention upon returning, I'll be at the airport for 8 hours before my flight leaves. But neither he nor I wanted the burden of scheduling the who, what, when, where and how of adding onto this vacation. Enter Wayne Steffen! I found him through searching for a travel agent on Yelp. His reviews were awesome and folks wrote about how he came through for them when they had issues. (Very important!) From the beginning, Wayne was so incredibly knowledgeable. He gave us several excellent pieces of advice as we started the process. We just didn't know anything about Europe. I was trying to fit it all in the extra 2 weeks I wanted to add to our trip. Wayne gently suggested that we could spend the two weeks in Italy alone and never come close to seeing all it had to offer. So, that's what we did. We gave him pretty much Carte Blanche to arrange where we would go and what we would see. Well, let me tell you, Wayne, pretty much gave us the vacation of a lifetime! It was so, so wonderful! We just followed his itinerary and most everything went off without a hitch! He booked hotels, convenient to the venues, or arranged transportation for everything he scheduled. Florence, Venice, Rome, Sorento, the Amalfi Coast, Naples, Pompeii, Catania. Whew, so much to see, so beautiful, and we are so grateful for all that we got to see and do, thanks to his suggestions! Lastly, I want to thank Wayne, in particular as there were two issues that happened to us, one was the most serious as the airline taking us to the cooking vacation in Sicily changed the flight schedule and did not notify either us or Wayne.) But Wayne immediately got to work and found us a different flight to Sicily that would get us there in time to meet our shuttle to the cooking vacation!
