This was my second year on the 'Paris Girls Trip' and it was perfectly perfect. The itinerary was the most delicious blend of planned activities and free time. The lunch at the Eiffel Tower was a view like no other. In our free time, my daughter and I went out on our own, cause Paris is just that safe! This trip was a mix of history, sights, friendships, and memories and of course some of the best food. I could literally gush about it for days. We started as 9 individuals and ended being the best of travel friends. Girls trips are just a special way to see Paris. Stacey did all the planning, coordination, transport- giving us an immersion trip of what it's like to live in Paris. I can't wait for the next one! Five stars for First Class Travel Service. I wanted to take my son on a graduation celebration trip to London and Paris, but couldn't find affordable pricing on any of the online websites. Luckily I found Stacey Alves on Yelp. She really lived up to all the great reviews! She was able to book us on nonstop flights to London and from Paris at much cheaper prices than I was able to find online. She also booked great hotels close to transportation with easy access to the city centers. She's very good at what she does and clearly enjoys helping her customers plan amazing vacations! Worst travel agency.. This agency says they can help on Saturday's, last minute , they cancel on us. Then they said they can help on the phone, we called and they said they would give us a package deal to Japan, They never called back and no respond in emails........ You kept us hanging for a month. Will never call this agency again. Very much disappointed. read more

I booked a trip with Stacey for a week long stay in Kauai,HI. This was my first time going through a travel agency because I thought it would be much easier. The booking part was easy and I got a great deal on pricing. The only unfortunate part was that I was unaware that our hotel had no AC which is major because of how hot and humid it is in Kauai. I advised that I didn't need a super fancy place to stay and that a comfortable place to sleep would be all I need, but I definitely would have thought that AC would be included. When I brought this to her attention she claimed she had no idea that we would be without AC and that if we wanted to transfer to another hotel with AC we would have to pay $900 more. I thought that was outrageous and I thought some type of compensation would be given especially since I was a first time customer of hers. I also would have thought that she would have done her research on the hotel since she said she's never booked someone to our hotel before. I will not be using her services again. read more
