I have used Fritz and Joyrides a couple of times now, one for a Morgan Hill/Gilroy wine trip and…read moreanother for a Sonoma wine trip. Fritz was great and quite helpful with the planning, and was able to adapt to my specific needs and requests. The bus itself was perfect with plenty of space to store our purchase and really a comfortable ride. He also had a cooler for waters for everyone which was key. But most of all, his rate is better than anything else you will find out there. All in all, will be using Fritz and Joyrides for all of our future events.

Day before my flight the weather was bad with heavy rain likely so I called and she was happy to change my pickup a half hour earlier just in case. Ty, the driver showed up 5 minutes early and was very helpful offering to get luggage etc. Also a great driver, didn't waste any time but was smooth and even with bad weather my wife and I felt safe & secure in the backseat going over hwy 17. I think my wife was much happier with his driving than she is riding with me over 17. Very nice, clean new Lincoln SUV, plenty of room. 5 star service all around.

This is another place which inserts artificial, positive reviews. While the driver for our outbound…read moreleg was very polite, he almost got into an accident several times. He wasn't paying attention and didn't see a car stopped short on I280. If I didn't warn him, we'd have ended up hitting a stopped car at nearly 60mph. The driver had to skid into the other lane. It gets worse. They transposed the wrong return date and went to the airport yesterday. The problem is that I don't return for two more days. I'm not in a close time zone and had strange text messages appear. I investigated and found that they'd entered the date incorrectly from the webform, however, I had missed this (my fault) in their confirmation email. The biggest reason was that I had talked to the dispatcher on the telephone; she'd confirmed the correct date. Such babysitting of detail isn't appropriate for a car ride. Worse, I already felt uncomfortable about using them for the return flight. The driver texted me and told me he'd come back and not charge me for their missed trip. Sadly, I sent my feedback to the management and they cancelled my return trip--they were upset that I reported the terrible driving and their administrative indifference. Yelp allowed me to find another service that's cheaper and has a long track record. The bottom line's that too many chauffeur services exist in the Bay Area, so, you have more choice than you realize. I wouldn't;t use this company if it was free. To be fair, I gave them a chance to intervene again before posting negative feedback and they ignored me. If you look closely, you'll see some recent reviews discussing how safe the reviewer felt, which I feel are suspect. When you see a low amount of reviews which'er questionable, it's usually the business planting their own artificial reviews, just as in this case. When you look at my reviews (generally) you'll see general objectivity and concessions; which is honesty. While I still would;t have utilized this company again, they clearly should have taken ownership of their issues. You don't blame the customer for your mistakes.

The customer service was substandard. The check-in process was an easily-avoidable hassle. When we…read morearrived at the property, we realized there was a security gate, but we were never given a gate code. I called Delyse and she insisted that I was given the gate code in the emailed Check-in instructions. I was not. She then said that they were given in the app. Giving her the benefit of the doubt, I downloaded the app and checked only to see that the code was not there either. She was made aware of this. An hour later, the gate code has yet to be sent to me and I had plans to leave the property. I called her again, and instead of giving me the gate code, she told me that I do not need the code to exit the property. I know I don't need the code to exit, but I need the code to enter. After explaining to her that I still need the gate code for when I come back, she finally gave it to me. Later, I'm looking through previous reviews and I see that another guest had the same issue as me. The fact that the check-in instructions were not corrected after a previous guest had this exact issue means that you may run into the same issue as well. If you plan to book this property, be sure to have the gate code before arriving. The property is beautiful and secluded. We loved using the hot tub. The suite we were in (Louise) was cozy and had all the necesites. I wish the shower had more shelving and/or hooks so that we could hang our toiletries. Overall, it was a nice stay.
