First time on a party bus and it did not disappoint. It's extremely relaxing not having to worry on who is driving especially when everyone wants to have drinks. Took limo scene to San Francisco, the driver was extremely accommodating, he help find places to stop when we needed to use the restroom, made ajustments to our pick up time so we can stay longer than originally requested, and had zero issues with how loud we were blasting the music. Worst customer service!! They were suppose to bill or card last week on Wednesday to hold our limo for our wedding and never booked our card because the AC went out in the limo. Instead of calling us to let us know that the limo was unavailable and they were unable to get it fixed knowing this was their only limo available for our wedding day they waiting for 6 days to contact us. Now 11 days before my wedding I'm having to scramble around to find a limo that can accommodate us for our wedding!! This place is a joke! Poor customer service. Aggressive driver. Speeding and crosswalk violation. I did not hire Limo Scene but I had one of their buses pass me, speeding, when I was in the slow lane. The bus then moved into the slow lane which was ending and was now merging to the left. The driver increased speed to pass one vehicle just to be stuck behind another vehicle after merging. It just happened that the bus went into my subdivision just before school let out. I parked at home and walked to the school to pick up my Grandchildren. It is one entrance/exit and it just happened that the bus dropped of it's customer and was leaving. A group of about six kids and myself were half way across in a marked crosswalk. Several vehicles had stopped and were waiting as we crossed. The bus came to a stop and in the far lane and illegally continued her route without waiting for us to cross. read more
