Their homemade aiolis (highly recommend their pesto aioli) and hot sauce tie any dish together-- breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Things made to this quality are not to be unremarked. Came in with friends so we can try everything on their menu, and we were pleasantly surprised on all fronts. Presentation, ingredients, preparation all elements that made our meals great and were evident across all dishes ranging from protein to carb. Details like toasted bread with already spread with butter, perfectly poached eggs, and brioche as the bun of choice were things we peeped. We would have left satisfied if these details weren't accounted for, but we were so impressed this became a revisit during our short vacation. My disappointment is with the server. She set the menus down and then immediately asked if we were ready to order. Umm, no. She said she'd give us a couple minutes to look them over and then disappeared for 10. We had to ask another server to take our drink order and then she finally showed up. When the food came out, it came out one dish at a time. Why? We were sitting at a four top table, right in front of the bar, plenary of room to maneuver. However, she always brought the food to one side of the table and then stretched across two of us to give the food to the other side of the table. Why? Take four extra steps and set the food down right in front of the people and not across people. I'd go back but would be very careful of who my server was.
