They said they would send cleaners again to rectify and messed up the whole scheduling the second time by sending cleaner at a time totally different from the message. The cleaner said she would return at the scheduled time and did not, which I only realized after I called the company. No communication from them. Terrible cleaning and worst of all terrible management managed by amateurs. They will take your money and not provide the promised service. Worst off they do not acknowledge their mistakes. Terrible experience and I highly recommend people not to give them any business if you are looking for quality or even decent service. Not professional, and don't bother to rectify their mistakes.

There are many people in Seattle but when I looked up "affordable home cleaning" on google, this cleaning service came up as one of the top rated companies, so I scheduled an appointment with them. Their response time and ability to be flexible with my schedule was on point. Three maids were sent to my place. I'm not sure how they decide on how many maids to send, but they were great! Claudette and Maria, in particular, were super caring. They showed that customer satisfaction, alongside with the cleaning results, was their number one priority. Another thing I loved was that it was a green cleaning company! The floors and furniture at the end looked phenomenal! It was definitely so much cleaner than whenever I clean it myself, which was good because I wouldn't want to pay for a service with results that I can easily obtain myself. PLUS it was super affordable. I'm so glad I found these amazing women to come to my house and help it seem brand new and smell amazing because its hard to keep it like that with kids and a dog. They are an honest home cleaning service with very very nice maids. I had a lovely experience with them and I will definitely contact them again, but hopefully, I wouldn't have to rely on them too often!

Deanna was very nice, but I was very disappointed with the deep cleaning service. I was even more…read moredisappointed by how the company handled my concerns afterward. Diana came in and thought my place would be a breeze because it looked clean. She spent two hours cleaning the fridge and stove, which were not particularly dirty, while a number of other areas were left undone. I repeatedly had to ask her to do things that I would have expected to be included in a deep cleaning, such as wiping the walls of the shower, cleaning the bedroom window and windowsill, and shaking out the shag bath mat. When I asked about the bath mat, Diana told me she had vacuumed it, but there were still white bits in it. Even after I asked her to address it, the white bits remained. She also left dust along the edges of the room, streaks along the edges of the windows, white powder on the floor along the base of the toilet, and one of my kitchen counters was not wiped down. She did not sweep the floors of the closets until I specifically asked her to. The company later contacted me to ask how I felt about the service. I initially gave them four stars because Diana was nice and I wanted to give myself some time to think about the cleaning. As I went through the rest of my day, however, I kept noticing additional things that had been missed. I first changed my rating to three stars and later asked for a partial refund. The company responded that because I had been there before Diana left, I should have been able to identify everything she had missed and have her correct it before she left. I had already asked her to address numerous things while she was there, but it was impossible for me to identify every missed area without essentially inspecting her work throughout the entire cleaning. I did not hire a cleaning service expecting that I would have to supervise the cleaner and check every surface to make sure the work was completed properly. The company told me they would get back to me about my concerns, but they never did. I also asked Deanna whether the company has a training program, and she told me that they do not because the cleaners already know how to clean. Based on my experience, the quality of the cleaning appears to depend heavily on which cleaner you happen to get. I was looking for a deep cleaning service that would allow me to trust that the job had been done thoroughly without having to supervise it. Unfortunately, that was not my experience with this company.
