Excellent quick service and beautiful little cafe. Had the fish tacos because this is a fishing town. They came with a nice sauce, tomatoes, onions, few chilis for spice and nice greens. It's not Rubio style but it's delicious. Hubby had Rueben sandwich on sourdough which was delicious. Great place to stop after hiking around the cliffs. read more

Fantastic coffee and espresso and solid selections from the bakery case in a great spot to get out of the rain.

If you have an hour to kill in this beautiful little town, you do not want to miss this place. Every item in their bakery shelf looks amazing, and like someone's grandmother made it at four in the morning! Also, the coffee is extraordinary. We were visiting Killybegs during our trip to Donegal and just popped in because it looked so inviting. We are so glad we did because this is a real gem. First of all, the service is super friendly and helpful. The food is excellent. On Wednesday, May 27, 2015 we bought a loaf of Irish brown bread to take with us for a snack. The young woman kindly sliced it by hand for us. Let me be clear---this is best Irish brown bread in the world, in my humble opinion! It was so good that the four of us decided we had to return the next day for lunch. The seafood chowder and brown bread made for a great lunch. Then I asked if i could meet Mrs. B so they called the two women who own the shop over. I told them how much I loved their brown bread and wanted to bake some for my grandchildren back home in the US. We compared notes and they shared their tips! That, my friends, is Irish hospitality at its finest. If you're anywhere near Killybegs stop in. You will not be disappointed. read more
