Needed a plumber in short order! The dual sinks in my master bath were clogged and would not drain. A friend recommended MRC. They were able to get over in to the house within two days. I had read the reviews and saw the varied jobs that MRC performs, and the great reviews regarding the quality of the work. Then I saw the fair price comments. After the experience I have had with plumbers who work for those large firms, I was determined I needed a change. So, I looked these guys up. Nice but very modest office and shop. Nice trucks but not over elaborate. I thought I'd give them a try. I had sink drain in the kitchen plug up and this time I couldn't do it with a 50 ft hand snake, so I called them. I spoke with Tori. Very nice lady eager to help and.... familiar with plumbing. This was Monday and they were booked until Thursday so I took that appointment. She said if she had an opening come up she would fit us in. By that afternoon, we were set for Wednesday. Tuesday, Tori called and said she had an opening but we couldn't take it due to other appointments. So, Wednesday Cameron showed up. He's nice, very knowledgeable and efficient. I felt confident that the job was done right, and it was. He is extremely knowledgeable and made me feel the extent of his professionalism. The sign on the truck says.....at fair prices. He did the tally and handed me the bill. I couldn't believe my eyes. If this had been one of big company knuckle heads it would have easily been double. Needed some work done last minute on a saturday and I was given everything I needed over the phone as far as scope of work and cost goes. Then the tech showed up. I cannot say enough good things about our tech, Wes, who went above and beyond to fix the issues at hand as well as explain to me the do's and do not's so that I wouldn't have the issue again. Never once did he hesitate or seem unsure while performing any of the work and was extremely knowledgable when I stuck my head in to ask questions. I can't give these guys enough stars, they were fantastic! We got up this morning to no water and called them after doing some unsuccessful problem solving on our own. Two technicians, Wayne and Tom came to our home and worked for two solid hours. Turns out we had a broken valve in the well and they were able to repair it. We are taking turns showering now! Habit called them for me because we couldn't get our tub water to turn off not knowing this when we started water for a bath. Went to turn the nob it just kept spinning it was stripped or something I started freaking out crying cause if it had over flowed it would have ruined my upstairs we had the flow open water was still filling up. Had an awesome experience with MRC today. We had received an estimate from another company that was ridiculous. After calling MRC I was quoted 250, which was a great deal lower than competitor . My experience with MRC Plumbing was a good one, although not quick. Service was prompt, but our gas fireplace problem reqired a part that proved hard-to-get. It took 3 tries and a couple of weeks, but throughout the plumber was courteous and helpful, and we knew what the issues were that caused the delay. If I could give them 0 stars I would. My warranty company set up an appointment for 20 December 2017 between 12-4. I called at 1130 to see if I could narrow that down and was told "you are next, expect them to be there in 30-60 minutes." At 3pm they called back and said that the technicians had run into a problem. They said that they would call back, but "would be there today." No show....I called later, but no answer. They had an "emergency/after hours number"....no answer there either, so I left 2 messages......no call back. Unreliable. read more

I cannot praise MRC Plumbing enough! Last week during the horrible freeze, I had a pipe crack in my well pump house. No water in the house. The power to the water pump had to be turned off to keep the well from running dry, which meant the electric heater used to keep the pipes from freezing couldn't be used. It was a very stressful time, as that same afternoon I needed to take my mother to a critical medical appointment. Multiple plumbers were contacted and all were booked until the next day. MRC was the only one that said they would see if they could work me in. I had no expectations of this happening. But I got a call just before noon from the office that someone was on his way and only 10 minutes out. Justin was able to cap off the cracked pipe, unfreeze the pipes that had frozen inside the pump house, and get me better water into the house than I had had in weeks. And all in under an hour, which allowed me to easily meet my mother's appointment. Justin was polite, understanding, and incredibly efficient in his service. And the price was so reasonable, I couldn't believe it! I was so pleased I was nearly in tears, and called back to the office immediately to tell them how grateful I was for such amazing service. We had a complicated plumbing problem. The iron pipe under the slab in our rec room had deteriorated after 40 years and was seeping back into the room. We had three plumbing companies provide estimates and two of them wanted to tear up the rec room floor (and the stairway). MRC's Duane showed up and devised an alternative plan to bypass the old pipe and run a new PVC pipe to the nearest stack leading to the septic tank. That solution was priced less and wouldn't destroy our rec room. The work was done, the replacement pipe worked well, but we weren't completely satisfied with the appearance. I emailed the owner, Mike Rowzee, and he sent Duane back out. Duane spent 2.5 hours addressing and resolving our concerns -- all for no additional cost. I couldn't possibly recommend MRC any higher. They came out to our house to provide an update on a quote we had from them previously and never followed up with us. After we called the owner, Mike, several times with no return phone call; three weeks later we decided to go with another local contractor. Too bad we never got any follow up or return phone calls. Called on a Monday to have an estimate done on finishing off a basement bathroom. We confirmed they would be out between 10am-12pm that Wednesday. At noon on Wednesday when nobody had stopped by or called, I called asking what the deal was and the lady was apologetic saying the guy who was going to come to my house was stuck at another job. We agreed they would come later that day but at 2:45 they called and cancelled. Tried to reschedule for the next day but they couldn't make it happen. I would highly recommend this company to anyone who's in need of plumbing services, big or small. Our home is over 50 years old and has copper pipe. Little by little, most of that has been replaced buy doing other repairs. We found a small leak one day & a friend suggested MRC. Within 2 days of calling, they were there. Because of some exterior corrosion, we made the decision to bite the bullet and replace all of our drainage pipe--approx 30 feet. Due to age and condition of pipes, we knew it was only a matter time before something major would happen. A gentleman showed up exactly on time and spent an entire afternoon replacing it all by himself. He was very courteous and was very thorough in cleaning up the areas in the basement where he worked.
