The proprietors are very knowledgeable about their drinks, and will go into great detail explaining their offering to novices of Bubble Tea. I witnessed that while I was there, and it was evident that they took great pride in what they serve. Their drink offerings are plenty, and there is something for everyone. Great selection with choice of Hot or Cold. Their tapioca bubbles are cooked for an hour and a half, and they use NO POWDER at all. You can specify how sweet you want your drink by indicating Full sweet, 60% , 30% or just no sweetener at all. It's worth your time! My personal favorite is Hot ginger kumquat tea! read more

Definitely one of the better bubble tea spots in town. If you can't get a parking spot in front there's a large parking lot around back. There's an entrance from the back so it's just as convenient. Everyone is always friendly when I come. I always get the same thing...passion fruit green tea with lychee jelly and it's always good. I think they use the real fruit syrup because there's always the seeds in my drink. You can customize how much sugar and ice you want in it so there's a drink for everyone. This is literally my favorite drinks place in the world and I've been around to some great bible tea places, such as Toronto, Vancouver, SF and LA (not HK or Taiwan yet)! Their teas, I've tried most, are delicious. It is obvious if you visit - they use fresh ingredients (organic milk, real fruit, etc.). This is key. None of the powdered stuff you get for $2. Some of the must tried are the smoothies (mango, kiwi, etc) - all real fruit. Their carbonated drinks are also delicious and refreshing. Their special and fruity tea are also a delight, filled with chopped fruit. Make sure to get less sugar if you don't like it too sweet like me. They also have a pretty standard reward system, which is great as it knocks down significantly over time. The owners are absolutely great. They generally run the shop. This is a great new bubble tea location and is far superior to vivi bubble tea which is right down the block. The staff are extremely friendly and are always willing to assist with your order. I ordered the pearl milk tea and the quality was far superior to the bubble tea in any place around Great Neck. Their secret is a hint of brown sugar in each drink, which blends very nicely.
