I discovered this intimate establishment a few months ago, after using YELP to find nearby ramen. I have frequented other stores/restaurants in this shopping area and never knew this gem existed. I was warmly greeted and seated right away. The staff is friendly and efficient. I ordered the asparagus salad, seafood ramen and a large Passion Land fruit tea. The food is fresh, tasty and delicious. Large portions and presented well. If you love ramen and appreciate good wait service, plan a visit. Or just follow your craving here, as I did. If you do not prefer it to be sweet, I would suggest ordering it with 30% sugar. The Uji Matcha itself had a traditional matcha bitter flavor which I loved, and the cheese foam was delicious!
