Love that this Gong Cha location serves bubble waffles! They're so hard to come by on Long Island and are always a nice treat to complement your boba tea. I enjoy their pearl milk tea and the milk tea with a trio of fillings (forgot the official name), but it includes herbal jelly, pudding and boba. I've also tried their milk foam series and my kids have had their fruit drinks (slushes/smoothies) and enjoyed them as well. Pricing is also decent so hope they stick around! read more

I went to try their seasonal pumpkin pie milk tea with milk foam (with pearl) and I loved it! I recommend you adding the pearl since it becomes so soft and chewy with the hot milk tea! I chose the 30% sugar and it was still sweet. If you like pumpkins, I recommend you to try this! The store is small and quiet and the service is great too :) read more

An amazing spot to put gong cha!! I love the service they gave me and they were so sweet about the menu and questions I had. The place is very very clean and spacious, I would def recommend coming here if you need to study or catch up with a friend. The milk tea was fresh, not too sweet (which I prefer) and the tapioca was freshly cooked as well. They put extra love into the drinks I admit. Like the place. We ordered the bubble waffles and Boba tea. She had a Matcha Bubble waffle and Taro with Babo and pudding. I had the Original Bubble waffle and Peach Oolong tea. The servers were cool. One offered a sample of the jelly. Thanks for that. The place has a decor. Fitting for the store. A few seats and a bench. Honestly, I only came here because I had received coupons in the mail for this new Gong Cha location, so why not. I don't really like the one inside Roosevelt Field Mall and the one in Little Neck is a bit too far. I used both of the bogo free & bogo 50% off coupons and it was perfect for my family of four. The service was really slow with only 1 staff making the drinks and 1 taking orders but the drinks came out good and everyone was happy. I went back today to use my birthday reward ($1 off) before it expires and had a really good experience, thus the extra star. The girl who took my order and made my drink was great, she told me that 70% is normal (regular sugar level) and that 100% is extra sugar (I never knew!) I got my usual, hot taro milk tea with 70% sugar and this time, it was actually filled to the top & perfectly sweetened (100% is way too sweet). She even asked if I needed the sealed lid (Love this! Nomore spills in the car). Overall, good location with plenty of street parking, friendly staff and good drinks- will definitely be back again even without the promos. Zippin' around Mineola, I figured lemme grab an iced coffee before heading back to the burbs. Come to find out the coffee place has been taken over by my favorite bubble tea spot Gong Cha. Now when you say "Gong Cha" you have to say it like in the Pitbull song: I Know You Want Me (Want cha). Kinda like a fast whisper. Anyhoo, the place looks the same as the coffee spot except with white paint and the Gong Cha sign. I order my cold Bubble Tea with Oreo and boba. Zip in and zap out. I'm just so happy to have yet another bubble tea spot in Mineola. This is actually perfect because this one is on the complete opposite side of the other bubble tea spot on Hillside. I love Gong Cha, I've been going to them since they opened up their location in Little Neck. Their passion fruit bubble tea is one of my favorites along with their brown sugar. We came here during grand opening week and the service was super friendly. The place was obviously super clean. I don't understand how this place has such good reviews. This was absolutely the worst bubble tea I've ever had in my life. I am a diehard taro slush girl with Boba. This slush tasted nothing like taro. It was all watered down and gross. No flavor at all and a weird aftertaste. cups are definitely smaller than most other bubble tea shops. my friend got chocolate caramel slush and his was even worse than mine. Nice addition to the neighborhood! The store is located near the train station, perfect for grabbing a drink before or after a train ride, or while waiting for family/Uber to pick you up. The store is clean and spacious for a bubble tea shop, outlets are available if you need to charge your phone. Drink options are pretty much the same as any other Gong Cha locations. I always go for the lemon ai-yu white pearl if I want a fruity drink. Peach slush tastes a little artificial but overall okay. read more

Great Bubble Tea. Lots of variety. However, a little hard to find a parking but it's just the issue of few walks.

I stopped in with a friend this weekend after trying one of the locations in NYC and realizing we had two local (the other being inside Roosevelt Field) locations. We both got creme brulee brown sugar milk tea with boba and loved them. They make it perfect every time.. I love the subtle crunch of the creme brulee topping. The location was clean with plenty of seating and the staff were friendly and did not mind my friend and I sticking around to chat. They were celebrating their one year anniversary with BOGO drinks so that was an unexpected plus! I am already planning my trip back later today. read more
