Outside looked clean & well staffed. I tried to use a coupon for a Super Wash & was informed that's for OUTSIDE ONLY. Inside costs $18 extra. What the...? SO, I tried to use their self-service vacuums instead, but they work on a token system. Yeah, I'm out & you won't see me again. Different than any Mr Wash I've ever visited. Boo read more

They're not very thorough about vacuuming and dusting inside and they recycle rags too much, but they do a good job on the exterior.

I was sold a membership that I was very dissatisfied with. I ask prior to purchase if this was a lower level car wash I was told "you get everything, you can wash your car everyday." The car had spots No Tire shine No interior amoral. When I made complaint rep became very defensive loud and combative. Extremely unprofessional. I felt I was lied to and at the least misinformed. I initially came in for $7.49 promo. I paid 24.89 for membership monthly. I was displeased with the wash and the customer service. read more

Garbage....for 38 dollars i would expect more. I usually get my car washed at Montgomery Hills which is an excellent car wash but it was closed. This place is about as bad as it gets. I had to go behind the employees and ask them to wipe my car. Sucha set up. Save your money and go someplace that actually cares about its customers read more

I paid $17 for a super wash, which included a undercarriage wash. The wash was very quick and I suspected that I had been ripped off and given a regular wash instead which is $12. When I arrived home (I live less than a mile away) my suspicions were confirmed, my undercarriage was completely white with salt and dry. Save your money and go to a full service wash instead, the price is pretty much the same. The owners of this business are CROOKS!!!! read more

DECEPTIVE, Beware, provides no interior service. If you purchase the unlimited package for a month then you can add an interior package on for more money. NO interior service is available for a single wash, and at $30 it is a RIP OFF! When asked, the so called manager had me playing find a sign- which wasn't there. Could have gone to a gas station car wash and gotten the same thing for $8. NEVER AGAIN. Next time back to Montgomery Hills Car wash. You get what you pay for there. read more

Stay away! I have the monthly unlimited washing pass and will be canceling. The price has doubled. Closed for a few days when the weather was nice with no warning to customers. I called their customer service line to complain. I waited over 40 minutes to talk to someone, and they were rude and unhelpful. read more

$5 car wash (with a printable valpak coupon) on a conveyer belt. I've never been so scared in my life -- those things whack your car really hard and my little Mazda3 was rocking side to size. After the blower, I had to dry my trunk myself --- and found 2 scratches on my brand new baby!!! I'm never going back, it doesn't matter how cheap it is. read more

These guys stuck a thing under my windshield wiper (I live nearby) that left a residue. Not sure if this was an insidious attempt to make me now NEED a car wash, or if they're just littering jerks, but I'm definitely not taking my car there. read more

My car has black interior & I had just spent 18 hours in it w/ two dogs, one of which is a golden color - they did the most thorough cleaning job I could ask for - not a single hair left. I was really impressed! read more

Insanely expensive these days. $28 for a regular wash and vacuum. Save yourself $10 and go north a mile.

Terrible. You pay $15 for a basic exterior car wash. They don't even vacuum the inside or dry off the car. Absolute waste of money. I will never go there again. read more

I took my pristine looking, low mileage 2009 Volkswagen Jetta to this location for a wash. In the course of going through it, the machinery broke the glass on my side view mirror. The manager there, after having us wait a long time, came back and announced that he had reviewed the video and indeed saw that the mirror was unbroken on entering and saw when it broke. He dutifully filled out an incident report and told us that we would hear from the company. Well, 1 month later and no communication, I called the number on the report and got a Lisa Garcia who says that she is the Manager and reports to no-one. She recited to me that they do not have responsibilities for mirrors and plus it is a 2009 car... Beware. Do not use this crappy carwash! read more

This place is great for a quick wash, but be warned, only go if you cannot make it anywhere else or don't wanna wash your car yourself. In a nut shell the wash is pretty rough on your car, all the hardware that is used seems to just slap up against your car with soap and water lol... There was know finesse with this automatic car wash, and trust me I've been to some pretty awesome ones. Overall the price is cool ($6.00) your car will be clean (6 out 10) but it seems as if it beats the dirt off of your car verses washing it. read more

I was a loyal customer for two years until yesterday. I had previously signed up for the $55 a month unlimited special and for a few weeks had no problem getting my service. Yesterday, I was told that I had the $19.99 service and that the mistake was mine, not theirs. Bad customer service and shotty service overall made me cancel my service. read more

Sometime in January I went to Mr. Wash at 3407 Mount Vernon Ave, Alexandria, VA, 22305 for one wash. I was told that there was a promotion going on and that I could have a wash for free. When I finished my 1 wash, someone approached my car wanting to put stickers on my car. I asked him why. He said for unlimited wash, which would be free for the month. I told him no, that I didn't want unlimited wash or to sign up for any service like that. He insisted. I asked him to get the manager. The manager came over to my car and told me that I didn't have to get the unlimited wash and that I could just go. I asked if I needed to do anything to cancel the wash, the manager said no. I asked this several times and each time the manager said no, I did not need to do anything to cancel. Yesterday I noticed a charge going on my credit card starting in January to June for $24.99 monthly. I contacted the cancelation email address and let them know, every politely that there must be some confusion. They told me, aggressively, that I had signed a contact and that they would not refund any money- that if I wanted any money refunded I would have to contact my bank. I called my bank and they were able to refund the past 4 months, but that Mr. Wash would need to cancel the first two bills. My bank attempted to go to Mr. Wash in order to cancel this service. My bank stated that a man picked up the phone and hung up both times. I then contacted Lisa at Mr. Wash back letting them know the status. They again stated that any refunds would need to be done through the bank, that if they were done through the bank they would accept them, but they would do nothing further. I have not had my car washed since at Mr. Wash since the one time in January. read more

I had a coupon for the deluxe wash and my car still came out filthy. I will never go here again. I also paid to get my interior vacuumed and they left wrappers in the car. I thought I paid them to vacuume that stuff. Save your money and until you find a better car wash. read more

Awful. Paid $15 for the "ultimate wash." More like ultimate disappointment. Machine pulled car through the wash in 15 seconds. Some of the brushes spun without touching the car. Our vehicle came out the same it went in. A spectacle and rip off. This place should be shut down. Don't go. read more

A clean car car just feels good! I will admit that I am a bit persnickety about my car. I don't have tricked out accessories, bumper stickers or toy animals in rear window...not my style. When I get in my car I like for it to run well, look good inside and out and to smell good. I have standards but within my budget, therefore, I am a member of the unlimited wash club. It's a good value since I get my car cleaned weekly and appreciate the convenience and savings. Their hours are convenient and the cleaning service is standard. The staff is always pleasant. My car does not get super dirty but there were times that I needed to take it in for an extra cleaning due to snow debris or pollen build up. They do a good base job with my car. You drive up to a cashier booth to request and pay for services, then your cash is washed via brushless robots. Then you drive car out and around to be hand dried and cleaned. Since I have a leather interior, I treat it myself with BMW conditioner and I also have my own car fragrance (BMW Natural Air). They have a small cramped area for customers to wait. It has coffee and water. Most customers line up against the wall outside and watch as cars are dried and cleaned. When I want special waxing and carpet shampooing services, I get these done elsewhere. They may offer such services but I have not noticed. I get my car hand waxed and the carpet shampooed annually. I am usually in and out within 15 minutes. Their convenient hours allow me to avoid the busiest times. So, my wait is usually quite short. If your car is really dirty inside and has been neglected, don't expect miracles with regular service. You will need to pay for extra services requiring more attention. People don't seem to understand this. Also, don't go to a car wash later in the day. Best to go as early as possible before workers get too tired. There is pressure on them by management to move quickly so please be kind to the staff. It's not an easy job. read more

This is my second time here Julio the so called Manager was extremely rude I was trying to understand why I paid 11 and my car wasn't wipe down after coming out of the machine he over talk me and basically said that my car is already been wash to keep it moving and I asked to speak to the Manager he said that he was the manager I will never ever ever come back here I could have save my $11 and went somewhere else cheaper for just a outside clean read more

I love this place. They always take excellent care of my car. Sign up for their emails! They send coupons at least once a month valid at all locations. read more

Quick, efficient, and they offered me a complimentary bottle of water while I waited.

Worst. Absolute worst I have ever patronized. Several scratches appeared after wash. I am meticulous with my vehicles and would notice new marks. There were none prior to using this facility. Damage to my vehicle met with insulting dismissal by 'owner'. Attempts to discuss were met with a door literally slammed in my face. Attempt to film facility operation to discover nature of scratches (from neutral, off-property location) was met with several employees scrambling to run inside facility, to escape camera. I contacted ICE to report suspicious behavior. Aside from that, the wash itself was poor as it left soapy film on wheels, removed treatments I had applied to rubber/vinyl trim. read more

This used to be a good carwash,.reasonably priced. It's in my neighborhood, so I have been coming here for over 20 years. They must be under new management now, because their efficiency and quality of service have plummeted while their prices have skyrocketed. They no longer accept Mr. Wash coupons, and their pricing structure is crazy. After paying $11 for the "ultimate" wash, I saw that it would be exterior only. The surly cashier I informed me that interior would be $15 extra. Given the shoddy quality of the exterior wash, I'm glad I didn't pay the extra. My windows and trunk are still visibly dirty, so I can't imagine what use to "wash". There's no wipedown / dry, so my car is spotted and somewhat dirty. Waste of $11. read more

Really bad when it comes to grid locking their busy parking lot. If I have enough time to write this review while waiting for the drying line then they certainly have a management problem. Yelp requires selecting at least one star in order to submit a review, but this place doesn't deserve any stars. They wouldn't vacuum/clean inside without paying the monthly $29.99 "membership" fee. Then the $20 external "wash" they did was so bad, we had to re-wash the car after we got home. Avoid this place at all costs. read more

This place HAS to do a better job of corralling traffic that gets backed up as a result of heavy customer use. If the managers who run this place can't do that, they need to be fired. People have their lives threatened every day over traffic in downtown Silver Spring, so this is a very serious issue. As a result of their poor management, this business will never get any of my money. read more

I'm beyond disappointed. I just paid $20 for a sh*&y exterior carwash thinking I was getting the interior done too. Apparently it says on the sign that the interior is for monthly members only... this is true - on a sign you cannot see unless I get out of my car to look around once I'm already at the cashier. BY THE WAY THE CASHIER SAYS NOTHING OF IT WHEN I PURCHASED. The initial sign just offers the regular, super, blah blah with zero indication of whats happening. Does the cashier clarify? NO. Does she say anything like, "if you'd like to become a monthly member you can have the interior done too?" NO. So I sat in the machines for maybe 1.5 minutes - not joking - to get the fastest exterior carwash I have ever had, only to drive through and find out that there is no interior cleaning and no I cannot upgrade, "Sorry Ma'am." Luckily the people are lovely. Still, 1 star. Shame on them, shame on me. I should have checked yelp first. Sorry Dad, I wanted to do something nice for you but apparently that's not an option here. I should have gone up the road. read more

This is the absolute dumbest business model ever. I don't live in town and needed my car washed and they would ABSOLUTELY NOT wash my car and do interior unless I payed $59.99 PER MONTH to become a member. PLEASE put your dumb policy on google so people don't waste their time. read more

Mr Car Wash zero stars! I paid $ 57.99 per month for can wash my car every day in Mr Car Wash right, I'm in my car a dashcam filming the front of the car and inside the car as well. The camera filming in my car the stand was broken by one employee and I do not complain not say anything just I left it was two weeks ago, but today the support of my other camera filming the front of the car was broken while the man was cleaning the front glass I realized and I let him finish waiting for him to tell me what happened but that did not happen he came out and said that the car was ready not even told me that he had broken. Ok. I called the manager and explained to him what had happened he told me that is not the responsibility of mr car wash damage inside the car and that I was to peocurar the insurer of my car to repair the damage, I said it is serious ? then to say that if someone break my car here or if someone get something in my car to mr car wash is not responsible for it? he said no . I asked him if he would rather lose a customer to pay monthly than solve my problem? he said this: this amount you pay $ 57.99 per month and it s good for you to us not because the correct value and then $ 99.00 per month if you cancel your monthly subscription for I have not any problem. I said I had seven friends who subscribe to the same plan I qie of $ 57.99 and that if they cancel not also make difference to him? he said it does not matter if you want to cancel is the will to do this. The guy with bulging breasts finding the world's best manager and totally arrogant and rude treatment with the customer 0% So if someone is member ship of mr car wash to take care if they break something in your car they're gonna send you seek the insurer of your car, relamente they do not have any treatment with your customer.
