This place used to be wonderful. Great service and you could get 3 super washes including an interior vacuum for a reasonable price. Now it's $37 for the simplest wash with interior vacuum, and the service is horrendous. I don't know if they switched owners or what. Their old model worked for me, but I will not be returning under new model. Flagship carwash still has a full wash including interior vacuum for $17, so I will be headed there instead! Will also try Mr. Gee's right down the street. read more

The whole point for taking your car to a car wash is because you don't have the time/resources to do it yourself, however if your visit 'Mr Not Washed' then you'll still be either taking it elsewhere or doing it yourself. After shelling out $33 for the 'super clean' (I think they have a typo and it should have read 'subpar' clean), I had to go home and clean the car. They didn't vacuum the entire car, didn't clean the dash or trim as it still had dust and smears where they missed, the windshield had patches that weren't cleaned and the wheels and tires hadn't been touched other than by the automated washer. The staff are entirely unenthusiastic and clearly do not want to be there which is evident in the poor quality of the service they provide. No return visits for me. read more

Terrible car wash, I paid $32 for my small SUV to be cleaned inside and out. The inside looked as if it had not been vacuumed at all and the floor mats still had visible dirt on them. This is the second time I have gotten this type of awful service there, I will not be back. read more

Don't bother... especially not the montly package. They will put an ugly bright sticker on your windshield and expect you to leave it there in your line of sight. Then when you complain and tell them to use the secondary sticker they put in your door, they complain and threaten to cancel your membership. Sp i cancelled my membership and encourage others not to get one. read more

Awful customer service, I had a very bad experience on this location.My left mirror side getting broken during washing and my car still not washed. when I contact the manager he said that he can do anything for me and I have to contact Mr wash car administrative office to follow with them the process to fix my car. when I called them today they refuse to fix my car!!!!! read more

I would give no stars for this review if I could. Overall, my experience was very disappointing. Their services are priced for customers to buy a monthly membership. If you don't get the monthly membership staff won't vacuum the interior of your car or even wipe down the water spots from the car wash. When I spoke to the manager he said that 'touching the car' wasn't part of the one-time price I paid. I explained that I paid for the car to be washed and that wiping away the water spots should be part of the service He shrugged his shoulders when I complained. To add insult to injury, my car didn't even come out clean after the wash. I will never go back to this car wash again. read more

This place is terrible. I went there to use up a living social deal. The car wash is ok if mud still being on the car afterwards is acceptable....... Then the vacuuming and the indoor part is not worth it. They emptied out my car and lost 2 mats... Not sure how that is possible. I didn't really notice anything different about the care when they were done. Still needed to be vacuumed and still needed to be wiped down. The mats they didn't lose but took to wash they put back in my car soaking wet. One they rested in the seat which now has a mud stain. When I was finally about to drive off, one man opened my passenger door to stop me and asked if I "Hit up the tip jar".... I'm not stingy and I give good tips to those who deserve them. But I had a good 5 men "clean" the inside of my car yet there was no real difference. So not only was I paying for a bad car wash I was supposed to "hit up the tip jar" too? I don't think so. Save your money and wait for a rainy day. You'll get better results. read more

i my brand new baby to the mr. wash in silver spring on georgia avenue. the car came out clean but i was left with long two scratches on my trunk and the hood of my car. they were consistant with each other with the same like pattern. not happy. read more

Stay away -- an absolute rip-off. I tried the new Mr Wash location in Kensington and found it to be a bait and switch and complete waste of money. The $10 "basic" wash includes only an exterior splash with not human hands ever touching the car. If you want the interior done, it's an additional $18. I got the basic, and without exaggeration a light rain shower would have done a better job -- the windshield remained dirty with bug smudges and last night's bird poop remained in place on the side of the door. I immediately took my SUV to the Montgomery Hills Car Wash on Georgia near Seminary road and for $17 plus tip ($12 cheaper than the $28 Mr Wash charges for a basic exterior/interior cleaning) I got an excellent car wash inside and out. I would say that Mr Wash takes customers to the cleaners, except for the fact that my car left this place still dirty. read more

If I could, I would give them zero starts. Their machine broke off my driver side view mirror and they said that they weren't responsible. There was nothing wrong with my mirror prior to the car wash but now all of a sudden it was hanging off the side as my car got out the wash. To top it off, my car wasn't even clean afterwards. There was still some bird feces on my car. So I left there with a broken mirror and a still dirty car. Do yourself a favor and do not take your car here. Absolutely terrible job and I do not recommend at all. I had to ask them to redo it several times and they rolled their eyes at me. While I do not expect the car to be sparkling, for $28 I do expect there not to be dust and dirt. Unprofessional and poor work. I could have done better by using the hand vacuums. read more

Disappointed..This is a budget car wash only..I was foolish to pay extra for their more expensive package $16. Don't waste your money! I would only go there again if I had a coupon. You clean your own interior. Check the nozzle of the vacuum hose before beginning..mine was clogged before I realized I wasted a buck. Definitely meh. read more

So here's the deal. This car wash is not worth the inflated prices they charge now. I've been going here for several years. They continue to increase price without increasing the end product. I believe the cost it now around $10 to $15 for an outside only wash. The prices go up from there. My biggest issues is that they do not brush your rims so they come out just as dirty as before you went and they do not brush the back of your vehicle where the overhead brushes can't reach. The guys that receive your car spray something on your car where ever they feel like it like a check the box exercise. Another thing is the rinse cycle cuts shorts so you have soap left over on your car when it's done. I guess the4y are trying to cut back on cost but keep increasing the cost to customers. I want to like this place because it's directly on my way to work and it's very convenient. I think I'll stick with the Kensington location. I tried them once and liked it better. At best I would pay $6 for their service. They should be very careful how they do business before they end up a vacant lot. read more

Acceptable, inexpensive car wash both exterior and interior cleaned reasonably well and prompt service. If you're near by or in the area and just need a quick wash, go for it, but I probably wouldn't go out of my way to come here with other options in the area. read more

Waste of money. They were quick but far from efficient. I needed a good cleaning after coming back from the beach with my dog. After their wash and vacuum, I still needed to do my own vacuuming and washing. Better if you try somewhere else if you want your money's worth. read more

I will never go back to this carwash again. I have a black car, so have I get a car wash every week.. sometimes more depending on the weather. I went to Mr. Wash to get the salt off my car and after purchasing the highest wash and going through what seemed like less than a minute of a wash.. I STILL HAD SALT ALL OVER MY CAR!! Zero stars. The car wash scratched my car. You could see the bits of clear coat hanging from the places where the finish had been scraped off. I alerted the manager, honestly not expecting any compensation. I wanted them to know so they could fix the problem. The manager was rude, then condescending, and then proceeded to lecture me about how it was impossible for the car wash to have caused the damage.
