I have been a customer of Quick Car Wash since 2010. The service and detailed clean has been exceptional for detailing and catching the smallest of dirt in past years. However this year in the last two visits always paying for their top service of $39 with good 20% tip, which I have always tip high , a disappointing car wash! Sadly the clean has been poor for my last two visits. The car roof was still wet. I prompt the roof to be wiped dry. The vacuum was sloppy and again I asked for it to be re looked at, and even the trunk still showed poor cleaning. The inside under level of the doors remained dirt covered , as this car was relatively clean on arrival being a Kona 2023 model, so I was expecting the car to gleam with polished beauty and sparkle in every hidden area, that did not happen for the second time. This is the most unprofessional car wash I have ever experienced. My fiancé took my car in to get washed and detailed when we went to the gas station 2 hours later I noticed the paint was chipped AND peeling on the bumper of my car (just purchased btw) AND there are tiny scratched off bits of paint around my ENTIRE car from what appears to be a brush. I called the business numerous times that day and the next every hour taking into consideration they may be busy and no one answered. I then drive back 1 hour to the business and asked to speak to the manager/owner. I politely explained to her the issue and she immediately cut me off and got defensive. She told me that no one has ever complained yet her yelp reviews state otherwise. She then proceeded to say my car was keyed which is impossible when it was perfectly fine 2 hours before it returned back to me at work which is only 10 minutes away. As I am trying to come to some sort of resolution she continues insinuating something happened outside of the shop and kept calling me "lady" then stormed away while I was talking. I asked for her name and said "I am not giving you anything lady" then stormed back into the office locking the door behind her after I suggested we reconcile here or in small claims court. On a Saturday morning at 10, it wasn't too many cars ahead of me, but like the name says, it is "quick." All emphasis on quick. Double check their work to make sure you're getting what you paid for. There wasn't a long line on a nice Saturday morning so I'm not sure what the rush was all about. Worst car wash of my life. If you want a half done car wash and be left a dirty car this is the place for you. It's rushed in and out and they charge fees other car washes charge but do a fourth of the job in 3 minutes. When brought up to their attention nothing was done. Charged for tire wax and they rushed so fast they didn't even do it, certain areas of the interior weren't even wiped. Don't ever go here. This is the worst car wash I have ever been to in my life. I stopped because Sun. When I was driving down university blvd. I got stuck for twenty min. In the right hand lane turning into the car wash. I went there the next day because I thought they must be really good. I waited over twenty min. To get in. The total wash took about four min. And cost twenty five dollars plus tip. Staff was noncommittal and my car looke like it wasn't even vacuumed. I thought it was a hand wash but it wasn't and the equipment was old as sin. Garbage everywhere. I think people must have had a groupon. They never touched the doors or wiped out anything. This is the most ghetto car wash I've ever been to in my life! When they put your car through the wash, they roll your windows down a few inches so that the solution gets on the inside of the windows and they don't have to use windex (how cheap is that?!?) which obviously results in the entire inside of your car getting soaked! So yeah, if you don't mind sitting in a soaking wet seat and feeling like you're getting rained on in your own car, come here!! read more
