Very authentic Hong Kong style noodle soup. I had the roast pork, shrimp dumpling and traditional Cantonese noodles. The dumplings were excellent but I wanted one more dumpling (there were only 2) but it was delicious. Very fresh. At another Yelper's recommendation, I got the shrimp dumpling with spicy sesame sauce. OMG, so good. It tasted more like a peanut sauce but it was so yummy. Nice balance. I'll be back. It's a little far for me to get Chinese takeout but when I want real Hong Kong style noodle soup, it's nice to know I can get it at Mr Wang's. Highly recommend. Fair prices. Nice staff. read more

Workers are super disrespectful. Placed an order was told 20 minutes for pickup. Food wasn't ready for over an hour (no big deal stuff happens) but They also ignored me for about 20 min when I was trying to pick up my food. I don't ever write reviews but I was shocked by the service. read more

Unfortunately the last 2 times i went there for lunch i was very disappointed. It seems like they pre cook popular lunch items earlier in the day. The sesame chicken was very dry and tasted like it was re-heated. read more

Omg The dumplings here shrimp ones are awesome i keep craving then and thinking of them i cant!!! It is also very clean whenever we walk in which is oddly strange. Mr wang needs more locations !!! read more

Way over priced and they leave everything out. No nobles sauce etc when you ask for some they go really cheap

The dumplings are hand made and thick and delicious. Such a big fan of the garlic sauce here too. They will make it spicy if you ask, which I find hard to come by these days. I also feel quite safe here, health wise, which I can't say for all local businesses since covid became a concern. read more

Very fresh and delicious food. Prompt service as well. The broths in the soups are well made. The dumplings are delicious. Haven't had a bad experience yet. read more

Neutral, good place for the chicken buckets and stuff but everything else is ehh. Prices are pretty low though including delivery cost in their prices so that's good. So if you want good chicken call them up for delivery but if you want a meal don't order it. read more

The only Wang that will go in this mouth. I have nothing but amazing things to say about this food. I have tried every Chinese place in Oakdale and the surrounding area. it used to be JJ Dynasty or Fortune Cookies as the go to but man this place is FANTASTIC!!!!!!!!! They changed me from going to those other places. Cleanest tasting Chinese food ever. Delicious and I never felt like crap after. Chicken & Broccoli / Pork Pan Fried Dumplings / Crab Rangoon / Egg Rolls / Wonton & Egg Drop Soup / Chicken Mei Fun That is what I have tried here. All of it was DELICIOUS. Staff is really nice and they deliver. You owe it to yourself to try this place at least once. read more

Thank you Mr Wang! We have been so disappointed in the local Chinese and Thai restaurants. Some were good in the past but have declined - dishes look all the same loaded with peppers, onions and broccoli and smothered in salty brown sauce. We ordered from Mr Wang and enjoyed each of our dishes. The shrimp were especially good! Can't wait to try your noodle soups when the weather cools off! read more

Love Mr Wang. All the food is prepared well and fresh. Love shumi, Chinatown soups. And steamed healthy choices

Everybody have fun tonight Everybody Wang Chung tonight The homemade dumplings by Wang are an absolute banger. Normally my adolescent humor would take over and I would make a Wang (dick) joke here. But thats simply not the case. Their Asian cuisine really tickled my fancy. Try the tube steak its to die for. read more

Great local Chinese food. I love the variety. The food is tasty and soups are great. Can't go wrong. My favorite is the Ramen soup and sesame chicken. read more

I was not wowed. They did not seemed thrilled to deal with people and the food was really bland. The kung pao chicken was a few pieces of chicken, a fistful of nuts and pineapple (?) The egg rolls had a funny taste. It didn't kill me, but it was not very good. read more

Superior to Norma take outs in oakdale !! We had seafood and shrimp dunking noodle soup. Broth was fantastic. Also tried the shrimp dumplings. Light and tasty. Shrimp Szechuan was good... spice was lacking. Next time I'll ask for added heat Strongly recommend a try for your take out. read more

Went here based on high yelp/google ratings. First good sign upon arrival was the line of people waiting to order. In addition, this is the cleanest take-out Chinese restaurant I've ever visited. Food was ready within ten minutes. Chicken and broccoli was fantastic, made with fresh broccoli (I could see them trimming it) and white meat chicken. Also tried the chicken dumplings (advertised as homemade) and they did not disappoint; not overly doughy and the filling juicy and delicious. This place takes its food and customers seriously and if you find yourself in Oakdale, definitely make a point of stopping in! read more

MR WANG - Asian Fusion Near Me - Oakdale, New York

Nice to find a good Chinese food place. The food was fresh and tasty. Hopefully it stays that way.

best chinese food around! can't recommend this place enough. their chicken and broccoli and sesame chicken are delicious.

Place has exceptional Chinese food. Everything they make is seasoned perfectly. Their sauces have perfect flavor combinations. Presentation exceeds a Chinese take out place. You can tell they put a lot of thought into the food they make. I don't order from ANYWHERE else in the neighborhood anymore. read more

This is my favorite Chinese place around. It's always crazy busy on fridays but it's definitely worth the wait!!!!

The food at the take out is delicious. We've never been disappointed. My new addiction is Singapore Mei Fun. Noodles, meats, shrimp a bit of veg and spicy. The garlic sauce, ooh the fantastic garlic sauce, on rice, for dipping.. or have the broccoli w/ garlic sauce. YUM YUM!! read more

Awesome Orange chicken and sesame chicken. Not too much breading on the chicken like most Chinese food places. I'll be back next time I'm in town. read more

Veggie dumplings are good. Not super memorable but still tasty nonetheless. I'd eat here again but only if I was already in the area

Growing up in NYC, I had a lot of opportunities to develop my taste for good Chinese food. When you walk into wangs the first thing you see is big illuminated pictures of food, which made me think this wouldn't be good food. But in fact I found that there is a full menu. I ate lunch here with my father, who frequently travels to China for his work. I had mushu pork and he had chicken with snow peas and both were excellent! read more

Moved to Islip Terrace and this is now my Chinese spot. Everything I've ordered was delicious. Inside is very clean and they seem to really have a handle on the business! I've tried a few Chinese places around here and this one stands out! read more

Great. Nice and clean restaurant. More of a take out. Awesome roast pork noodle soup, great pork egg roll ,great non greasy fried rice and the roast pork with mushroom rocks. MR WANG is probably the best take out Chinese restaurant I have ever received food from. They are comparable in taste and quality of many of the sit down Chinese restaurants I have ever been too. They are great for delivery. Food is still hot when received and the price is very competitive. read more

Best soups and dumplings. Delivery is quick , prices reasonable and food is fresh and fulfilling. A plus. THE BEST!!!

Mr Wang is the place for China Town style noodle soup in Suffolk county. I had roast pork and egg noodles. Very flavorful stock, and a good portion of perfectly prepared roast pork. My wife had the jumbo shrimp noodle soup. The shrimp were done just right also. This is primarily a fast food Chinese, but there is seating and the place has been tastefully redecorated. No alcohol available I would recommend this restaurant read more

This place is great! Nice selection of Thai and Chinese choices. Personally love the Pad thai, Thai cashew shrimp or chicken and steamed shrimp dumplings. We get take out from here about once a week and have never been disappointed. Definitely worth it! read more

Best Chinese Food in Suffolk County that I've found. As everyone has already said, it's very fresh and delicious. The dumplings are addictive so be forewarned. Try the roast pork mei fun soup, or the regular roast pork mei fun (not soup). Excellent, both of 'em. Great won ton soup. Best in a good long while. read more
