Miss Ebony with all her experience, stated that she will make Emily her birthday balloon Garland. I couldn't believe it. In just about two days, she was able to make us the most beautiful balloon garland ever. She made the process so simple and so easy. We informed her of the color theme for the birthday and a couple days later, the balloon garland was ready. I picked up the balloons at her house, and she provided us with the instructions on how to set it up. She provided us with all the materials and made it very simple. It was easier to put the balloon garland together, than screwing in a lightbulb.
