Run. Mario has decent prices, but the quality of his work is actually really bad. The pictures…read moredon't show how bad it really is. He is now actively ignoring my requests to make it right. I got my new car ceramic coated by another shop and they threw in a little bit of PPF from Mario on the house. Mario came over to my house and applied the PPF. Big mistake on my part. He cut one section way too short and waited to see if I would notice. He re-did it only after I noticed and asked him to fix it. He didnt even open the doors to properly tuck the film. I had to do it myself in some places. The worst part is that there are a lot of bubbles and lines. He assured me it would look better after the car sat in the sun for a little bit. This was not true. All the imperfections are still there. The pictures only show half of them. He also left a blade in my car. Its a brand new car and I'm a little embarrassed because now people are starting to notice the bad PPF job. Don't let him touch your car. He is not a professional and absolutely does not stand behind his work.

You can't help but feel good doing business with good people like these people. This place is located near the DMV, library, good will, restaurant, and post office. It's also closer to a bunch of small businesses. There's a small waiting room here, air conditioned. 3 seats, free drinks, WiFi, phone charging station, and restroom available. Either find a ride home or plan to stay here about 1-2 hours. I'd bring all my family cars here if I could. They help you make a decision with which tint to choose, if you need it. To the other damages he says, "oh that wasn't us." But yet gives me $300 cash because he knows he messed up. He then tells me is this what you do? You just go to businesses find damage and try to get your money back? I'm insulted and reply no, I don't have time to for that bs. I'm literally there to show them the damage and have this matter resolved. I show him the cuts of tint because they were done by a 4 year old and he says you can't see that, it's suppose to be like that. He asked me okay so what do I want these damages? I say a full reimbursement for the job and to repair the vehicle back to new. He says no way and demands the cash he gave me back. He then insists to call the sheriff. I later view the footage of the installation and Carlos at the front desk admits to the damages made on the window seal. I see where the damages on the hood were made because they just throw the tint onto my hood like it'a trash. Carlos says I'm reaching by claiming these damages, so why am I there? Steve says if I would've cut that piece of your window seal you'd never been able to find it? Really? That's the business owner talking to me. We get nowhere. I leave unhappy and dissatisfied. He's still talking smack saying sue me and see what judge says about this. My family and friends have had numerous cars done here and will not be coming back because of how disgusted they are with this customer service. Just own your mistake and make this problem right again. They have a nice office where you can easily see the different levels of tint, as well as a super cool demonstration box where you can feel the difference in heat (IR) blocking. He was also very informative when it came to giving advice on what's popular, as well as advice on night time driving, after care for the tint, best practices on cleaning, and anything else you can think of. I was planning on getting the mid-tier tint, but after using the demonstration box, I decided to upgrade to the XR Plus, which has even better IR blocking. Logan TRANSFERRED the price match discount, which I got for the mid-tier tint, to the higher one! They also offer a very generous one-time insurance payment that covers you if you get a ticket. They will remove the tint for free AND install a different shade if you like. All in all, I had an incredible experience getting my windows tinted at Evolve, and I really feel like I got not just the best price, but also the best service.
