The prices may be a bit more, but I live by ," You get what you pay for". The guys who work here or manage the place are very kind and nice. Respectful men. The owner is extremely kind. You can't help but feel good doing business with good people like these people. This place is located near the DMV, library, good will, restaurant, and post office. It's also closer to a bunch of small businesses. There's a small waiting room here, air conditioned. 3 seats, free drinks, WiFi, phone charging station, and restroom available. Either find a ride home or plan to stay here about 1-2 hours. I'd bring all my family cars here if I could. They help you make a decision with which tint to choose, if you need it. To the other damages he says, "oh that wasn't us." But yet gives me $300 cash because he knows he messed up. He then tells me is this what you do? You just go to businesses find damage and try to get your money back? I'm insulted and reply no, I don't have time to for that bs. I'm literally there to show them the damage and have this matter resolved. I show him the cuts of tint because they were done by a 4 year old and he says you can't see that, it's suppose to be like that. He asked me okay so what do I want these damages? I say a full reimbursement for the job and to repair the vehicle back to new. He says no way and demands the cash he gave me back. He then insists to call the sheriff. I later view the footage of the installation and Carlos at the front desk admits to the damages made on the window seal. I see where the damages on the hood were made because they just throw the tint onto my hood like it'a trash. Carlos says I'm reaching by claiming these damages, so why am I there? Steve says if I would've cut that piece of your window seal you'd never been able to find it? Really? That's the business owner talking to me. We get nowhere. I leave unhappy and dissatisfied. He's still talking smack saying sue me and see what judge says about this. My family and friends have had numerous cars done here and will not be coming back because of how disgusted they are with this customer service. Just own your mistake and make this problem right again. Damage is damage small or big, this is a brand new vehicle and I paid for a 5 star service and what was I returned with? 1 not a 5 star service. 2 a damaged vehicle. 3 called a liar, I'm reaching, sue me etc. 4 waste of my time and money. 5 a messed up tint job and what a headache. Not sure why I neglected to yelp them, but I should have. The quality was there, the level of service was excellent and the pricing was fair. So why Yelp them now? I had a little incident with the wrap on my mirror, caused by a human, not the wrap. I called Evolve Film Concepts and they told me my options. I brought it down the next day and after inspecting the issue, they rewrapped a tiny portion and fixed it up beautifully. Then I tried to pay and they would only accept a tip. The gentleman told me that they try to take care of their customers. And take care of my car they did! I would highly recommend Evolve Film Concepts and will come back for my future car needs.

He price matched the best quote, and was able to finish my car the SAME DAY! They have a nice office where you can easily see the different levels of tint, as well as a super cool demonstration box where you can feel the difference in heat (IR) blocking. He was also very informative when it came to giving advice on what's popular, as well as advice on night time driving, after care for the tint, best practices on cleaning, and anything else you can think of. I was planning on getting the mid-tier tint, but after using the demonstration box, I decided to upgrade to the XR Plus, which has even better IR blocking. Logan TRANSFERRED the price match discount, which I got for the mid-tier tint, to the higher one! They also offer a very generous one-time insurance payment that covers you if you get a ticket. They will remove the tint for free AND install a different shade if you like. All in all, I had an incredible experience getting my windows tinted at Evolve, and I really feel like I got not just the best price, but also the best service. I went from getting cooked inside my car to feeling no heat at all. Thank you to Logan and his team for doing such a great job! If you want to feel like a valued customer, I honestly cannot recommend anyone else but Evolve Film Concepts, because they are the best.

Rudy replaced my Highlander's JBL speakers with...JBL. For my two front windows, I chose a 50% tint, a smoje gray dark enough to block dangerous UV rays and provide some privacy, yet not quite as opaque as the 35% grade tints that Toyota outfitted the rear and side windows with when it rolled off the factory floor in Princeton, Indiana...Now I just hope that my freshly filtered windows don't draw the attention of the police! My replacement speakers sound...ROBUST and pleasing! The bees have most assuredly departed my SUV's cabin! Rudy finished my dual project in two hours, 15 minutes and performed it all for a very fair price. Pro Tip- Rudy's work carries a 3yr warranty on newly installed components.
