WOW. Disappointed.
I already read underneath 2 reviews before I was writing down this review but I never got the sample or hard boiling egg even I waited outside entire of he was cooking. My husband had ordered jeyuk bokkeum bibimbob and 3 spam musubi but he gave us 4 pcs musubi and charged us $12. My husband just ordered them and pay $20 so I have no idea how much the spam musubi was. However, why he made 4 pcs?!?? We asked for only 3 pcs!! When every order came out, and I asked for how much each musubi was, he was hesitated to answer how much it was. Anyways I asked twice and he told me 2pcs spam musubi is 6 dollars. Okay, well, at the front of the truck menu did not mention for the price so WHATEVER.
The main problem is tasting.
First of all, Jeyuk means pork but why the chicken came out? It was not PORK, and it was CHICKEN!! What the heck.... and it was too spicy! Even my husband and I love spicy but this was terrible!!!! If it was too spicy like this why he did not mention to us? And how come jeyuk is chicken? It was supposed to be PORK!!! Well, maybe he did not have enough pork, I guess...
Second of all, the spam musubi was bad tasty...
Even my friend's kids did not want to eat those. One of the kid was trying to eat because she was hungry but after several biting, she told me it was tasted bad. Even smells like a fish... and the rice color did not match, maybe he ran out for the white rice I guess. (How come I understand what he did to my food!) There was a black bean too......... and there's only one bean inside. HAHA. I really do not get it why he put just one bean and used a different color of the rice and it was supposed to be all white rice!!
Overall, it was disgusting (I really don't want to say it.)
We could not finish Jeyuk Bokkeum Bibimbab, and throw out all the spam musubi.
I am never going back there again, never ever! read more
