Number 1 :) additional salad, less rice.

This is the best teriyaki chicken and rice in Portland. The owner is also really nice!!

Drinks: - Null Food: - I got the Chicken Teriyaki plate with potstickers and a side of salad. First off, you're getting a lot of food in this plate. They really hook you up with a good amount of portions. The chicken itself has really nice flavor but not too much to the point where it gets nauseating like some other teriyaki places. Sometimes it's just way overdressed, but not here. The potstickers were good too, but the chicken is really what shines. The salad was dressed with some mayo based sauce I think. I really liked it. Everything in this plate just works Ambience: - The person taking my order was very nice and friendly - I got my food really fast, so if you're in a hurry this might be a good option - I liked how they had a variety of sauces you can add. They had sweet chili sauce, sambal and another sauce (I forgot what it was) Overall: I stopped by here for lunch. I usually get Persian Kebobs, but decided to get something new for once and I'm glad I came here on an impulse. Normally eating something like this from a place like Panda Express would make me feel gross afterwards, but I felt great after this plate. I will definitely be returning for more of that addicting teriyaki chicken

They only do one thing here, Chicken Teriyaki, but they really do ut well! Super tender chicken, great portion, and fresh ingredients. The salad was crunchy with a simple dressing. Also, the lady working in the cart couldn't be sweeter. Please go support here!

Teriyaki chicken on white rice with side salad and two potstickers.

Reasonably priced teriyaki meal that tasted great and located in a convenient location! I got the teriyaki chicken combo for $9 and it comes with the chicken on white rice, two potstickers, and salad. I believe you can also get brown rice if you're not in the mood to eat white rice. The salad had a really delicious dressing to it that tasted similar to miso dressing. The chicken also had a lot of great teriyaki and grilled flavor. It was perfectly seasoned and not too sweet like at other teriyaki restaurants. The only thing about this meal was the rice was a bit overcooked, but it didn't really ruin my meal. I would definitely come back to this food cart when I'm craving for teriyaki chicken again!

It tastes so gooood! We always come here for quick eats whenever we crave teriyaki the portion is huge compared to the price! The best place to eat in town!

Huge portion for the price, and the wait wasn't bad during rush hour either. I would definitely come here again if I was craving teriyaki. The dumplings included I was skeptical about, but when I had a bite they were cooked just right! The downside is that they charge a .50 cent fee if you use your card regardless of the price you're paying. If you're craving teriyaki or only have ~$8 to spend this is the spot to go to.

The name means "lunch box" according to their sign. Think "bento." At first I was disappointed another Asian cart was going in to the PSU pod (there are plenty!), but this one was specialized: teriyaki chicken and gyoza. For $6 you get: Charbroiled Teriyaki Chicken (I like teh charred flavor) Two pieces of gyoza (this was really good!) A heap of salad with sesame sauce Rice Very good deal! It's pretty standard flavor-wise, but they should do well. It helps that the people running this place are super friendly. A very reliable dish has arrived.

I came after a review I read on Eater for FoPo area eats. I'm not a huge fried food fan but this place was good. I got the Steelhead trout fish and chips. Wait was ok they give you a buzzer so you can stroll around the food court. Took about 10 mins not bad. The locally sourced steelhead was a delicious surprise. Tender, juicy fish with crispy breading. Good seasoning. Fries were thicker so not as crispy but still hearty. 3 medium sized pieces of fish. They included ketchup for the fries as well as malt vinegar and tartar sauce for authentic fish dip. Wedge of lemon, too! All in a earth-friendly cardboard box. They take credit just fine. Very convenient location at Carts on Foster just down the street from where I was staying. So I walked back and enjoyed there. If you're staying you could probably cruise over to any local breweries or the bar cart for a beer to complement the fried food. Good time!!!

Teen wanted boba, and we decided to order Mediterranean from this place which also strangely sells boba. Yes, I rewarded the chore avoidance. Sue me. I worked four tens, all week my mental health clients were stressed and distressed, and I was honestly a lump. We both ordered a Moroccan stewed chicken that comes with saffron rice, salad, and three spicy sauces - one yogurt and maybe sumac? , one sriracha, and one yogurt mixed with sriracha maybe? We liked the rice, chicken, salad, and the yogurt sauce. Just ok though. Not omg good. I wish the two other sauces had been in separate containers and not on the rice. My mint and honey tea was fine. Kid's boba was not full. Not because it spilled either, because it was sealed with the boba seal lid thingy. For $6 that was disappointing. The hummus and dolmades plate came with one sad not good pita, ONE, and I think our Uber eats driver flung it out the window like kids used to deliver newspapers from their bikes because yogurt sauce was freaking everywhere. The hummus was not great. Teen ( the dolmades fan) said the grape leaves were good. Probably not a repeat in store. One and done.
