I was so surprised on how good their tea was. Bathroom is very clean. The shop is clean and bright. The owner was very nice and helpful. I had their avocado coffee and egg coffee, both were delicious. Boba was perfectly boiled, soft but still chewy. Definitely will stop by again! Thanks

This is the hands down the best boba in IDAHO! The matcha was real! Which is difficult to find out here. The owner is so sweet and made our drinks quickly and correctly. This spot is nice, clean and fun. I will be back over and over again

I was breezing through Yelp and this new boba tea joint popped up. I noticed that it was in my neck of the woods so it peaked my curiosity. After researching it's location, it saddens me to know that they took over Happy Boba. Happy Boba had some of the best fruit teas. And the owner and staff were so friendly. So now that Mr. Tea is here, they have very big shoes to fill cause Happy Boba held such a high standard in their products and customer service. Not gonna lie, these folks did such a great job remodeling this place. It's brighter. There's beautiful, imported lights fixtures that stretched from the front of the venue to the back. Some of the light fixtures are shaped as koi fish, so unique. There's few tables to sit and socialize at by the big windows. A comfy couch to chill and enjoy your drink at. Same space but a completely fresh look. Their drink menu is a lot smaller than the previous shop. Sometimes less is good. Keep it easy and simple. There's Vietnamese coffee, smoothies, fruit and milk teas. Now that I can't really have green tea due to my medications, I thought a black milk tea would be a great drink to start with. I asked the gentleman behind the counter if I can have it sweet. I was told yes but wasn't really asked how sweet I had wanted it. I just went with the flow and took what they made me. I did notice on their menu they have goodies to eat while sipping on your drink. The waffle options looked pretty tasty. I really wanted to snag one bit I didn't want to ruin dinner. I will have to grab one of these bubble waffles with my next drink visit. My black milk tea was good. You can taste the black tea and the creaminess from the milk. The boba pearls are chewy and soft. They were perfectly prepared. I do like my milk teas on the sweeter side and this milk tea wasn't quite there. I did end up adding some sweetner to it when I got home. It did help but it would have been nice if it was prepared the way I would have liked it. I will have to try something off their menu that's on the sweeter side so I don't have to worry about adding more sweetner to it. I am assuming the couple behind the counter were the owners. The gentleman was nice and we chatted about the remodel. I didn't really very a chance to interact with the gal behind the counter. I do look forward to coming back and trying something off their matcha menu. It sounds like a must have after reading a few of their reviews. And of course I have to add that bubble waffle with that matcha. Nice to have this joint right down the road from my house.

Wow this place was great. I got the ube milk tea and the ube matcha. Both were creamy and rich in flavor. The colors of the drinks added even more flavor to it. It was almost to nice to drink lol The store was really clean and the decorations were spot on. The staff were very nice. If you like boba milk tea or haven't had boba milk tea and want to try it, you should definitely come here.

This place is an immediate 5 stars. The staff are amazing, especially little Mina. Come on a weekend when she's at the shop and she'll tell you ALL about the boba, flavors, best combinations, etc. She's a true expert and will help you out. Plus, the art and decor was done by her!! She's amazing. Plus, the boba is delicious.

We got the ube matcha, matcha gold cloud, avocado smoothie and signature milk tea. Tasted really good. The owners are super nice, friendly, and very welcoming. We actually stayed to play board games in their shop, and we chit chatted with them. Super cool. We'll come back to try other drinks and play again. Thanks so much!

We came here on a Thursday afternoon right after lunch. The store was clean and they had the boba drinks I've been craving she once moving here! I love me my Vietnamese egg coffee and phin coffee. I can attest that this was legit and the boba was cooked perfectly. I didn't get a chance to try the egg waffles since I was stuffed from lunch, but will definitely bring the kids here next time to try it out.

Boba flight and pandan bubble waffle

Food is tasty. The pandan waffle is great and the egg rolls were piping hot . The boba flight is a great choice for indecisive people because you can pick three.

The staff is so friendly and helpful, and the drinks are delicious!! The atmosphere was also very clean and cute. This was my first time and will definitely be back!

    Clean, cute and relaxing

Wonderful service, lovely atmosphere and super great coffee!!! I got the Sapa iced coffee with boba and it was so creamy and delicious!! Also got a croffle which is basically a waffle and it was so fresh and yummy! Definitely worth stopping!!

Two enterprising young women are owners of this gem of a popular West Bench neighborhood gathering…read morespot that they created in what was an old dump of a 1950's era strip mall space and funded in part with crowd sourcing. Being curious since they opened this in Fall'ish 2024 and finding myself in the neighborhood, this was a destination stop for my husband and me when we went in about 11:30 on a weekday for coffee and a nosh. Pride of ownership shines in the clean and funky feeling interior and it is clearly popular because it was full, almost every seat, of people that seemed from the neighborhood, including a number of parents with young children. They advertise this as coffee and market, but I honestly didn't notice the market part, in that things for sale didn't jump out at me. That may have been because I was just trying to navigate to a seat in and out in the crowded space. THE MO: Coffee and the limited menu for food is ordered at the counter, carry to your seat and bus your own when finished. Although we were the only people at the counter and there were two people in the kitchen, it took quite some time for someone to come to take the order, although once someone finally saw us, they were pleasant, if not welcoming, in taking the coffee order and then again when my hubby went back to order pastries to go with it. MENU: Coffee, other beverages and a very small option of eats is listed behind the counter and on a paper menu there. Options included soup of the day and Gaston's bakery pastries. There were some breakfast sandwiches by local provider Poppyseed Bakery in the fridge section, we weren't told about them but seeing them when passing by the fridge on a trip to the loo, asked if they could be heated and were told they could be. We chose a couple of pastries ($5.50 each) and were reminded why we seldom buy Gaston's products for being too buttery and one note. The cortado ($4) were good. I noticed a woman at the table across from us who was sipping a beverage and eating what looked like a sandwich she had carried in. I don't know if that is part of allowable stuff or not. The pottery used for all of their coffee service, ours and the mugs at other tables, is great. AMBIANCE: They did an admirable job here of making this light and bright and just funky enough with pride of ownership and loving care in maintenance sparkling through. Seating includes a few level in, not step up, booths along one wall, a sofa and chairs near the front and many standard height tables and chairs (maybe too many when all full as getting to seat is tough) and a play area for kids in the corner. It had far less comfortable 'breathing room' space than I anticipated from photos. But I didn't take interior photos to post because I think it is rude to do that when lots of people are going to be in them who maybe don't want to be. ;-) LOO: There are two and both are uni and sparkling clean with great murals on the wall and good plumbing fixtures. My husband even pointed out the "cool" sink. Both are ADA compliant so kudos to them for that. (Yes, it is law and code but you'd be astounded by how many ignore both.) ACCESSIBILITY: One ADA parking spot right outside the door. (There are too few spots for the parking lot but that is not the coffee shop owners' failure. That is the lot owner's issue.) Level in the door. All on one floor. The tables would probably work for a wheelchair user to roll under. But it would be near impossible, based on my experience yesterday (I have had multiple sclerosis since age 20 and sometimes use a wheelchair) for a wheelchair user to get between tables and chairs for a clear path of travel to get to seating or the loo.

That said, Form & Function really does bring something fresh to Eagle. The vibe is modern, clean, and thoughtfully designed without feeling cold. I also think they have the biggest alt milk selection of any local coffee shop I've been to, and I've tried basically all of them around here. Their seasonal drinks are consistently good too. One underrated thing? They're one of the only coffee shops in Eagle actually open on Sundays and open later into the afternoon. That's surprisingly rare around here. (Yes, Eagle Coffee & Bakery is open too, but their coffee always tastes burnt to me.) This place clearly thought about how people actually use coffee shops. Tons of seating options, lots of outlets, side tables that work well for laptops, a big upstairs group table, plus a little play kitchen and games for kiddos. The downstairs can get a little loud because of the high ceilings, but it's still way calmer than most busy cafés. Everything is super clean, including the bathrooms, which honestly matters more when you have kids. One of my favorite little routines now is grabbing a coffee here and taking my daughter over to Stephen Guerber Park afterward.

I have had the pleasure of checking out their downtown locations, especially their location at the Sparrow. It's such a great vibe down there! After finding out that this location is right down the road from me, you know I had to make my way in. I came in later in the morning so it was pretty chill. The venue is bright and simple. I love the simplicity of everything. The walls aren't over decorated. The tables and chairs and nicely spaced, the big windows give such great bright lightening and there's wonderful outdoor seating available too. I initially was on the wrong end of the counter. I finally realized and made my way to the register. I wasn't greeted by a barista. She wasn't the friendliest but she wasn't rude, she was there. She got my order squared away and I just hung out till it was ready. While waiting, I did notice all the goodies they had available. The baked goods looked fresh and yummy. I do believe they have a chia seed pudding in the little refrigerated case, it looked good. I'll have to grab some chia seed pudding the next time I'm in! I got myself something different from my normal americano. Today's drink was an iced matcha with almond milk. I did ask for some sugar free syrup. The few couple drinks I have gotten from the two other locations were Chai so it's good to know about not having sugar free syrups as an option. The barista did offer me honey or maple syrup as an alternative. I took up on her suggestion for the honey. My drink looked fabulous. It was rich in color. I really like the ice they serve here, it's great ice to chew on. I do like my coffee/tea to be slightly sweeter so I did end up adding a couple packets of blue sugar to my drink. I did a good few sips before I added the extra sweetner. It was hearty in matcha and you can taste the creaminess of the almond milk. The honey was there but the added sweetener did help enhance the honey. I enjoyed the nice weather today and had my drink outside. They have quite a few options for outdoor seating. Picnic tables, a few andorak chairs and a pint size picnic table for kids were available. I appreciate the big umbrellas at the picnic tables. It gave nice shade. In the space between the coffee shop and the boutique next door is where a lot of the seating is. It's quite charming and relaxing. I adore the strung up lights. I couldn't really enjoy them today since it was so bright out but I can imagine it being a great way to end day in a fall day. A hot cup of coffee, sitting in a huge andorak chair under the lights. It's great to know this local coffee joint is right down the road from me. I have always gotten great drinks from the other Form and Functions so it's nice to have this location as an option. My drink was good and it was nice being able to enjoy it under a huge umbrella today. I do wish the staff was a little friendlier. I came later in the day so my mood is already set. I couldn't imagine having the people working today start my day. I wouldn't be in the best mood. Hopefully the customer service will be a pleasant as my drink the next time around.

It was a casual place, and the woman at the bar explained all there was to know about Kava, including that my taste expectations shouldn't be too high, as it's a very "earthy" flavor. I would say it's a bit more than earthy. It's strong-flavored, but the affects hit me within minutes!! My tongue went numb and a wave of relaxation washed over me....reminiscent of Xanax, lol. We had to wait it out a little bit before driving home, especially me...I felt very sleepy after drinking the whole cup. It's definitely very relaxing, but not a drink that you would crave. It's kind of something you have to do quickly to get to the relaxing part. Don't try and sip it...just drink it down and suck on the pineapple. That's the best way to do it. We bought four containers of the stuff to take home with us, because we thought it would help us sleep better at night, and it definitely is, but I wouldn't do it too close to bedtime or you'll have to wake up to pee. All in all, interesting experience, for sure. Before this, I had not known much about Kava, so it was definitely worth doing. Will likely be back!

It has a very local, community feel that's getting harder to find. The coffee itself is fine -- not terrible, not "drive across town for it" amazing either. I usually just get the unlimited refill cup and drink from one of their mugs while I work for a bit. Where this place really shines is the baked goods and breakfast food. You can smell everything being made from their little kitchen, and it feels genuinely homemade in a way most coffee shops don't anymore. Their molasses cookies are somehow available year-round and I'm not exaggerating when I say if they're sold out, my day takes a turn. The quiche Lorraine is also legitimately excellent with a buttery crust, and they usually have a surprisingly good variety of gluten-free baked goods too. One thing I oddly appreciate: no music and no giant café chaos. Also no plugs, so this isn't the place to camp for 6 hours on a laptop. But if I need a quiet spot to answer emails or get 1-1.5 hours of work done without distraction, this is actually one of my favorite places to go.
