I so wish I could give more stars but not able to. I took my daughter & her friend there. We were all super excited, but the young ladies working that day were absolutely horrible to us. They ALL seemed put out when we walked in. I asked the counter girl what she would recommend, her response was "whatever". And when I went to pay was scolded for not tipping...when indeed - I left a sizable cash tip in the jar. After I showed the counter girl that it was cash, she didn't feel the need to apologize nor did her co-workers. Never been treated so poorly. I thought Boise Boba was better than this. If you want a nice place to get boba and where the servers will be helpful and nice...then head to Urban Fox!! read more

We visited Boise Boba on our road trip. I'm a bobaholic so I'm excited to try different boba place. The store has a simple design with gray colour. It doesn't have many tables or seats even though they still have lots of space. I think 2 pictures of panda and sloth are very cute and unique! I ordered classic milktea , less ice. I rate this place 3 stars because the milktea that I got did not have the tea smelling, all I tasted was sugar and sugar. Many boba places also have this problem because they make milktea from powder. A little bit disappointed because boise boba has pretty high recommendation! However, the staffs were very friendly and helpful they would say goodbye whenever you come in or step out of the store, which is I like Last but not least, they gave me a sticker of a cup of boba tea in Idaho state shape very lovely ! read more

I really loved the enviroment here. It was very quiet with no one else in sight when I went in at 11. The service was great the gal who helped me was friendly and knowledgable. Also I'm a sucker for cute decor and I loved the decor in here. I got the lavender boba and it was good. Comparing to my favorite place though I think the boba was a tad too sweet for me. However they have a much larger variety of drink flavors. That's overwhelming for me because I'm so indecisive but I know my kids will love it. Can't wait to bring them in! read more

Meh- I'd definitely recommend Urban Fox over this business. The counter guy was clearly done "adulting" for the day. I tried to be gracious & tell him first time here- only seemed to annoy him more. The Bliss tea was nice, but nothing special. I had fun watching him make the drink, & watching the machine seal the cup- but then I dashed for the parking lot. I had planned to stay, but didn't feel welcomed. It's hard to separate the business product from the service with an attitude, but I'm trying, so giving it an ok- but to be clear- again I far far far recommend Urban Fox over this business. read more

Doesn't taste like any of the other boba places we been to, this was just awful! They add way to much sugar, They did not know how to freshly make the drink, so disappointed! All the tapioca was stuck together, impossible to drink with a straw. And the milk was mixed so bad .... I would not buy or go back to this place.. read more

I would give this place a 4.5+ stars but there is no such an option. I was craving for some good Boba but had not found one till now. I saw the review on Yelp and decided to give it a try. The location is fine, no problem finding parking. The store is very clean, and the staff members were very friendly and helpful. They even offered my a small sip of milk tea sample to see if I like the taste. I ordered an original (Milk Tea with regular Boba) The Boba is AWESOME! It is perfect texture. Not too soft (as over cooked) nor too hard (either under cooked or not fresh as stored it in the fridge overnight). It missed a bit of sweetness to the Boba but it is totally fine. The milk tea was pretty good. I have had quite some different ones before in Asia and California, I think it really depends on what you like. Personally, I think it is about right. My 9 year old had a popping Boba with strawberry green tea. I asked them to have more water than tea to dilute the tea a bit. They could pretty much custom make to your flavor. It came out great! A few suggestions I would like to offer to the store: more flavors to tea and to the popping boba. Perhaps consider pudding as an option as well. Maybe add some dessert so people can sit there and enjoy some tea time. Suggestions to people who have never been there before. This is pretty authentic Asian boba place. If you have tried some good ones before, this one will not disappoint you. I highly recommend it. If you have never had boba before, you may want to find out if they can give you one or 2 boba to try. See if you like the texture. It is pretty chewy, and I know lots of American people may not like that "chewy" "sticky" kind of texture. I recommend you to try popping boba instead. People with little kids, give them popping boba if they want to try. The regular boba may become a choking hazard for kids under 3. Regular bobas are like gummy balls. My 9 year old and I love the place. We cannot wait to go back and pay a visit again. Now, I am hoping they will have one location much closer to me. read more

My friend and I had a very unpleasant first experience here, after shopping at target we decided to check this store out. Granted there was only one girl working there, it felt as she did not want to be there whatsoever. Since it was our first time there, we had no idea what to order, and when it was are time to order she very snappy and it felt as if she was rushing us. We had no idea what was good. So we ordered whatever we saw first and that was it. She made the drinks really fast and moved us along, not saying anything. I said thank you and she actually ignored me. The green machine was really good but the boba was really hard and very plastic like. My friend got the almond flavored milk tea and it was sooo bad, it was sickly sweet and it had white clumps in it. So I patiently waited until the girl was finishing up with a customer to tell her about the drink. I said this exactly," my friend did not like this drink I think somethings wrong with it, is there anything you could do, i don't mind paying for another one." And she said she get me after the next customer. So I go to throw the drink away and wait behind the next customer. Mind you after the next customer was a group of 8 school aged girls, so I waited and after she finished the customer in front of me, without even looking at me, she goes on to the group of girls and take their orders. I was directly in her line of sight but she chose to ignore me. So I took my friend and we left. I don't think I will ever go back. read more

Great place for boba! The staff is really friendly and knowledgeable about their menu. They even have us a sample of their tea before we decided what we wanted to order. My only complaint is that the boba was not warm when we received our drinks. It was still very good. I ordered the lavender tea. It was their golden tea with a hint of lavender. Delicious! Being the only boba shop in town, this place gets credit solely on taking a leap into the market. Boba tea is amazing and every municipality should have its own shop. Never knew this place was here until searching for smoothies and then seen this! So glad I gave it a try. I already love Boba so having some when I hadn't had any in forever was so yummy. I recommend 10/10. Only thing is the staff are young high school girls so when busy there isn't much sense or urgency. To be fair, they do have a sign stating they are short staffed so could be different! I will still be coming back. read more

Not many tap spots in Boise I think this is like the only spot. Came here with the family and we tried the taro, golden tea, and matcha. Taro tasted very milky and artificial, not my kind of drink. Golden tea I think was my favorite of the 3, has a decent tea flavor with a hint of sweetness. Matcha was alright. Better than the taro I felt like. So what about the Boba? It was decent but it did get hard about an hour or two later. I would like this place more if their boba lasted longer in softness. maybe it's their recipe. For being the only spot in my area, I can't complain I appreciate having boba in my life still lol. But I've tried tap from Cali and Texas, they're way better to be honest :/ read more

Prices have gone up while the quality and flavor have gone down. I ordered the same drink I always get, and there was so much ice (blended) -there was barely any flavor. Also a very small amt of boba in the bottom. read more

I love boba (gummy tapioca pearls)! I've only tried them in smoothies so I wanted to try something different the owner recommended milk tea and let me try it. I'm in love! It's slightly sweet, creamy, with that hint of black tea you are promised. The smoothies they offer are delicious and you can combine any flavor you want or go with the menu suggestions. Prices are reasonable and sizes are generous. Hot teas are available, too! The facility is clean, organized, and friendly. The staff is great and is willing to let you try the teas that are premade. Good boba. The only thing they're missing are pudding and crema of the sort that you can get at Share Tea in CA or WA. Owners, if you're reading this, please go to Share Tea, order crema and pudding with your drink, and then figure out how to copy. It's divine. :) read more

Their wide variety of flavors is amazing. We like seeing the entire process, but at the same time the guy who made our boba teas was very slow and took him too long to get our order done. The location is nice, but the staff needs to be more customer oriented, they were kinda dry, not engaging at all. We're happy that this location is closer than the downtown one. read more

A bit disappointed. First time here, charged for large drinks but given small drinks. The names of the drinks are a bit ridiculous, too, but I overlooked that because I love boba. Then we get our drinks and they just don't taste right. Something weird about them that doesn't taste like the classic boba I've had many many times. Probably won't be back. When I went to tell the girls they overcharged me/gave me the wrong drink size for what I paid for they went to the back and never came back up. I wasn't going to wait around. Oh well, I even tipped which was not well deserved. I'll over pay at the Asian restaurant instead next time. read more

There's plenty of tables and seating for a great coffee date or a spot to do homework. It's the ultimate chill spot to grab a drink and enjoy the moment.

We came into Eagle to go to the movies and stopped here afterwards for dinner…read more Located in a nice shopping center on Rivershore off Eagle, It is on the corner next to Kingfisher Sushi and a boutique, in the same complex as the Chocolot Bar. It has plain indoor table seating and there is a nice outdoor seating area in the center of the complex. The young woman taking our order was very nice and helpful. My wife had the prawns, chicken, fried rice, and vegetables. I had the teriyaki chicken with brown rice (they charge extra for that) and vegetables. The "vegetables" consist of a few pieces of broccoli and a whole lotta cabbage, which I passed on. My wife said that the fried rice was not really fried but steamed rice with some egg and veggies in it. The shrimp and chicken were cooked well and tasty. Expect to pay $12-14 for your entree, add a $1.50 if you want fried or brown rice. I'm glad we tried Happy Teriyaki, but I don't think we'll be back.

Could have been an honest mistake but PLEASE be aware of people like myself that are allergic to things! Not busy at all - laid back atmosphere.

I started looking at all their drink options. They have a lot! The two gentleman that were working gave me time to look over the menu. I did have a question about one of the teas. Rocky (the owner) and Austin did answer my questions. Rocky was nice and gave me a sample of the Thai tea before I committed to 12 oounces of it. He was also kind to modify the milk for me since I can't have dairy. I did get the Thai tea modified with oat milk. Boy, it is so good! It has the right amount of sweetness to it. It's sweetened with sugar cane vs condensed milk. I don't know the taste difference yet but the sugar cane is a total win for me! I'm not gonna lie, some of the boba pearls were still kind hard but it's ok. With the service and tea I was given, it could have had rocks on the bottom and I would still be happy! I got a chance to talk and interact with Rocky and Austin. It was nice to talk to them and get to know them. I was raised in a family full of business owners and it was great to connect with Rocky on that level! Austin was also great at promoting the donut shop next door to help promote their products and business as well. It a great to see local businesses supporting other local businesses! It helps our community thrive! If you're looking for a dope ass local joint to hit up for some milk teas or fruit teas, Happy Life CBD & Bubble Tea is your spot. I'm so shocked that this place has pretty mixed reviews.. granted I didn't come for the Boba tea so…read moretheir Boba may or may not be that great but I certainly had a delicious little iced coffee with lavender and coconut flavors here plus the 25 mg CBD shot in it has me feeling like I'm on cloud 9 right now ! I just happened to drive by as I was picking up lunch at nearby Firehouse Subs and I just had to go in and give them a try. There was a really nice guy at the register who assisted me in taking my order and making my drink which came up pretty fast so I didn't spend much time browsing their various CBD products in the cases but I will definitely be back for a more in depth look at them later and for more iced coffee too ofcourse! I also really loved that they had bamboo straws as an option rather than just regular plastic straws that are terrible for the planet. I look forward to returning to their shop as well as seeing them at Boise Hempfest !!!

After checking out the menu, I decided on the mango passionfruit tea. They give you options on ice and sweetness level which is nice. I got lite ice and 80% sweet. My tea was golden in color. I like my teas sweet so it was at the perfect level of sweetness at 80%. You can taste the mango and passionfruit. There's also passionfruit seeds in the drink. It's very delicious! I look forward to coming back and trying their other drink options on the future. A neat place to do my and grab a sweet treat.

Came in to check out how their boba compares to other Sharetea shops that I have been to. I can say…read morethat it's the same! I had a quick service and didn't wait that long. There was no line and I was able to customize my sweetness and ice levels. The tapioca pearls were cooked right, not mushy like others and had the chewiness I was looking for in the tapioca pearls. Service was great! Downside is that you will have to go in the mall 2nd floor to get your Sharetea boba fix. Other than that, the drink is perfect and will definitely be getting my boba drinks here when I am in the area.
