One cool thing about Bubbles + Boba is that it's sort of a DIY experience. You pick your size and whether you want boba (they have two sweetness options, if you do). Then, they hand you a cup and you head over to the tea and topping bar, where you can add jelly, popping boba, and tea til your cup runneth over with boba-y goodness. When you're done, they'll seal the top for you, and you're off. It was fun! Added more delight than I would have expected it to. Plus, the tea itself was SO tasty. We'll definitely be back!

He was also kind to modify the milk for me since I can't have dairy. I did get the Thai tea modified with oat milk. Boy, it is so good! It has the right amount of sweetness to it. It's sweetened with sugar cane vs condensed milk. I don't know the taste difference yet but the sugar cane is a total win for me! I'm not gonna lie, some of the boba pearls were still kind hard but it's ok. With the service and tea I was given, it could have had rocks on the bottom and I would still be happy!
