Soft piano music plays in the background while a television displays peaceful ocean scenes with fish and sea turtles swimming through crystal-blue water. A colorful mural brightens one wall, and beautiful woven rattan fish hang from the ceiling throughout the shop. There are also shelves displaying merchandise, along with many small decorative touches that make the space feel warm and unique. When reaching out to customer service they denied crediting my account and began ignoring me. Luckily I was able to file a dispute through my credit card company but I am absolutely disappointed in the customer service of this location. I have never been to a Dutch Bros location where duplicate charges has been a problem nor would I ever expect the company to be so difficult to deal with. I would not attend this Dutch Bros anymore due to their repeated charges and refusing to resolve their mistakes.
